Confused...is FTTC available in this area or not?
Hi,
I am just looking for some guidance. I will be moving to a new property in a couple of months, and it appears to be served by exchange DONCASTER NORTH, Cabinet 16 for broadband.
Looking at the BT Broadband Availability Checker, it advises that:
WBC ADSL 2+
Up to 2
1 to 3.5
Available
ADSL Max
Up to 1.5
1 to 2.5
Available
WBC Fixed Rate
0.5
Available
Fixed Rate

Available
However, the http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/ says that the Exchange is Accepting Orders for Superfast Broadband and the http://www.samknows.com/ website says FTTC is available, so I am assuming that the exchange must have been upgraded.
Does the Broadband Checker have old data? Or is it the case although the exchange has been upgraded, the cabinet has not? If the latter how do I find out when the cabinet will be upgraded?
If superfast broadband is unavailable, then I may consider line bonding, but I would rather not get into a 12/24 month contract for that service - with independent suppliers - if BT will be offering FTTC shortly.

The cabinet has not been upgraded.
Up until recently you could email Openreach and ask when your cabinet was likely to be upgraded however Openreach are no longer giving out that information, instead they are replying:-

It will also provide links to those service providers that sell fibre broadband at the moment so you can check if your particular line is enabled.

So in short, you just need to keep checking to see if your cabinet has been up graded.
If you continue to use the checker it will tell when the cabinet is upgraded.

Think about it...
The reason they won't use email is so they can "stretch the truth" and get away with it. They can tell you anything you want to hear over the phone and deny it all later. In these forums, posts can magically disappear.
With email, they are caught between a rock and a hard place, so it will never happen. Things said in email are much harder to go back on. -
FTTC Available but BT Infinity is not
Hi, I would like to get BT infinity so I checked what I could receive using the ADSL Checker (table below), the results said that I could get FTTC however when I try to buy BT infinity, Only DSL is available. Why is BT infinity not available, or what could I do to get it?

The gist of the chat was that there were "unknown delays in the shipment of HTC phones" and the best guess is shipping approximately a week after the initial promise date. Perhaps I'm the only one experiencing their "ship date" moving from a given date to the text, "Not available at this time", and therefore should consider myself "special".

Some of my purchases are either not available or showing up as purchased tracks...
I had a problem with this most recent update and had to re-download all my purchased music again which is fine, those tracks are playing fine now... However, some of my tracks were not available for re-download or just didn't show as purchased music... Those selections are still hosed, they'll either play the first 27 seconds then skip to the next selection or the last 15 or so seconds will not play at the end of the song...

removing all copies of adobe software manually
installing from a new account, safe mode, plist everything suggested that i found did not work.
A colleague suggested that removing the below folder would allow the installation:
/Library/Application Supports/Adobe
They turned out to be correct, so i am passing this on, because this took far too many hours of my time.

BalIs the system in maintenance mode, by any chance ? You put the app in maintenance mode when applying patches. If you connect as the apps database user, what does this sql statement return ?

I got this message after importing about ten or so H.264 files that I encoded from Adobe media encoder. "adobe encore the software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. installing the correct decoders for the file you are working with may help correct the problem."
The files we're shot with HD cameras. Edited in Premiere Pro CS3. I installed the update 3.0.1 with still the same error.
I also tried a brand new project and after about ten or so files being imported into a timeline, the system crash. I tried this twice....

Here is the skinny. A window base PC. footage shot with HD sony HD cameras, Project imported to Premiere CS3. Once completed sent file to Adobe media encoder and render them as H.264 widescreen high Quality. Imported them to Adobe Encore CS3. After about ten files or so. I got the error message. Did all the basic trouble shoot like restarting the computer, got latest patch. Even build a new test project with the same problem.
Something else I read in the forums, is the encore will transcoded the project to Mpeg 2 anyway, after looking at my project I realized those few files were indeed untranscoded. So it will be a double compression and I dont want that. So, my new question is, what is H.264 good for ?????????? I was research that Mpeg 2 is a faster render but H.264 is a slower render but better quality.....
what do you think ????

available for all users of this project server) when trying to insert a new column in the Gannt Chart View.
Due to this what all are the columns that inserted in the project plan, will be lost when open the project in the next time.
I have opened the Enterprise Global Template and cross checked for Gaant Chart view it is showing the table as "Entry" only.
The requirement is what all columns are required for the project plan, manager will insert in the project first time. Next time on-wards it needs to be display the columns when opened the project from server by default.
We are unable to reproduce this issue in our Dev Envt.
Could anyone of you please help me.

I suggest to remove Gantt Chart view and Entry table from Eglobal. These are default views from client and it is highly recommended to not use them in Enterprise Global.
Whatever a user ist doing on a view or table which is included in Enterprise Global will be reset on next open - therefore you receive this message.
If you need some server wide defined views and tables, create them. But remove Gantt Chart and Entry.

Some of the messages in a gmail mailbox are missing. I tried to select rebuild but this option is not available (i.e. it is greyed out). Any suggestions? The mail is all there when I go into the Google Mailbox.

OSD Task Sequence fails with "There are no task sequences available for this computer"
Let me preface this by saying that I have read at least 100 forum posts with people having similar issues. However, none of the solutions in those
posts have worked for me.
The Problem: SCCM 2012 R2 will not image unknown computers.
The task sequence gives the error "There are no task sequences available for this computer." As soon as that error occurs, SCCM places an Unknown entry into the All Systems collection. I have been imaging unknown computers, without fail, for
4 months and no environmental changes have been made. NOTE: I am using USB media, not PXE.
What I've Tried:
Checked for duplicate SMSBIOS GUIDS in the console, none.
Checked for duplicate MAC Addresses in the console, none.
Checked for expired certificates, none.
Recreated Boot Media, twice.
Deleted the Unknown entry and retried, SCCM just recreates the Unknown entry.
Deleted all of my task sequence deployments, and then redeployed them each to All Systems (Only Boot Media and PXE) and to Unknown Systems (Only Boot Media and PXE)
I have also ran the following in the SQL Server Management Studio;

The installation process creates a network bridge and therefore you need 3 network interfaces: eth0 ist for management access, eth1 and eth2 are the ports for the bridge (an IP will not be assigned for these two interfaces) and at last the br0 interface. When you don't provide enough interfaces during the installation process, the bridge will not be configured and this could be the problem. -

I am using EWS Java APIs and passing OAuth tokens to fetch data from office 365 mailboxes.
Because I am developing Web APIs I preferred using "Application Permissions" defined in Azure active directory application for Office 365, and used "client credential flow" OAuth flow to fetch OAuth token specific to application which will
allow "Have full access via EWS to all mailboxes in the organisation".
After fetching token with the procedure specified in the document "http://blogs.msdn.com/b/exchangedev/archive/2015/01/21/building-demon-or-service-apps-with-office-365-mail-calendar-and-contacts-apis-oauth2-client-credential-flow.aspx"
I passed this token to EWS Java APIs,
it gave me error saying:
microsoft.exchange.webservices.data.ServiceResponseException: Exchange Web Services are not currently available for this request because none of the Client Access Servers in the destination site could process the request.
I tried similar thing with EWS managed APIs for .net. Got similar error.
Can anyone provide some help and direction to resolve this error.
