Difference between RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST and RP-PROVIDE-FROM-LAST

Can anyone tell me the difference between RP_PROVIDE_FROM_LAST and RP-PROVIDE-FROM-LAST? Both the macros are same difference is with underscore(_) and hiphen(-). Both are working fine for the functionality without any difference. Then why there are two macros for a single functionality?

Just providing the links are considered as link farming ( which are against the rules of the forums ), the links would be removed for the following reasons:

Domain name and hosting provider

Can anyone recommend a good domain name and hosting provider (preferably based in Australia if possible) that I can use to set up my customers' websites? I'm with Domain Central and ready to hang myself. I've been with them for 3 years and decided to stay because it was just too hard to leave, but if I could find something better I'd be out of there. The interface is the most confusing, erronious, complex, slow, antiquated and difficult piece of software I've ever known and the help documentation in way relates to what is actually there.
I have a reseller account with them, which means I buy the domain name and hosting space at about half the price that it would normally be, make a small profit on it, and still pass on a good rate to my customers. Domain Central is cheap, but after this latest fiasco, I've wasted so much time on Help desk it's not worth it. I want a provider that has an easy to use, straightforward website, so I can sign up for some sort of reseller account, buy the domain name and hosting at a discounted rate, do the name servers and all that stuff myself and even set up email accounts without too much grief and suffering.
Any advice would be so appreciated. What do other web designers do? I've come to the point of having a hollow feeling of dread when I log in to Domain Central : (

I'd recommend heading over to www.webhostingtalk.com . You'll get a better and faster response. But you will need to be more specific for them with your needs. The registrar part is simple, but the hosting you should add in what type of plan you think you are looking for (reseller, VPS, dedicated), how much space/bandwidth you require, environment (Unix vs Windows), database/scripting information, etc., etc.

There is no networing between gurest and host

i installed linux in vmware and vmware on windows 7.
now the problem is guest machine is not pining with host machine, and host machines are also not pining amount it's (there are two linux guest machines)
i am searching from 2 days for the solution, but i didn't get.

What's the best way to sync the time between FP and host?

I have tried with Set Date and Time (Client).VI and Write Time to FP RT Module (Server).VI in order to synchronize the time, but I have got different behaviours running this VIs. Is there any recommended way to do it?

The easiest way would be set the host to be the time server of the FP module. The host would have to be a static IP address and running the Logos Time Server. Otherwise if you have LabVIEW RT 7.0 there is a VI in the RT>>Utilities palette which allows you to programmatically set the time of the FP module.

Unfortunately, the VBOx docs can be pretty spotty.
What is your guest OS?
What is your host OS?
From you example above it appears you are working with Ubuntu on one side or the other, but it it is not clear if that is host or guest. If we can get that clarified perhaps we can offer some more assistance.

Mapping between send port and host instance

I am not able to retrieve send port names according to host instance names using C#.NET (WMI) from BizTalkMgmtDb. I had tried using BTSCatalog-Send Port class and MSBTS_SendPort but couldn't get the desired output. Can anyone help me out with the mapping between
send port and host instance?

BtsCatalogExplorer's SendPort collection doesn't provide access to its corresponding SendHandler/host-Instance name. Only option is to relay on executing the SQL query against the BizTalkMgmtDb. So you can create a C# execute the query as show by la Cour.
Following uses the BtsCatalogExplorer. but as said, there is no option to retrieve its corresponding SendHandler/host-Instance.

PROVIDE is like a loop statement and it reads records between BEGDA and ENDDA. There is a lot to it, you can read doc...
RP-PROVIDE-.. _> This is like read table.
It is similar to : Sort itab descending. read itab index 1.
If you want data between BEGDA and ENDDA and you have 2 internal tables, you can use PROVIDE. Otherwise, you can use a normal LOOP statement. Provide is helpful if you want to get data from more than 1 table.
For eg: Infotype 0000 has 2 records from 1.1.2000 to 1.1.2006, and 2.1.2006 to 31.12.9999, and Infotype 0185 has 1 record from 1.1.2005 to 31.12.9999.
If you use a provide BETWEEN BEGDA and endda in this case, it will run through the loop 3 times with these dates :
1.1.2000 to 31.12.2004.
1.1.2005 to 1.1.2006
2.1.2006 to 31.12.9999
If a record is not there in one of the internal tables during the date, there is a PNNNN_VALID flag which is filled up (4.6c) and in mySAP onwards, you have explicit valid flags.

Per the previous thread, to debug SharePoint provider hosted app in local, we should configure S2S authentication.

I do receive emails into my iMac for which I have 3 email accounts but am struggling on how synchronise between iMac and iPad so that both are up to date at all times. I have also set up a iCloud email account thinking this was the way to go but have drawn a blank.

I have set up my email address both within my iMac and my ISP as IMAP accounts and I receive all emails without problem on my iMac. I have also set up an iCloud email address using my iMac.
I have enabled the email within "setting" on my iPad and have used the iCloud account. I have sent emails from the iMac to iPad using the iCloud account address and vice versa. I have also sent emails from the iPad to the iMac using my non-iCloud email address and they have gotten through.
The one thing I would like to have is for the iPad "mail" mailboxes to mimic the iMac "mail" mailboxes and both to be "in sync". I am not really interested in using the iCloud email address for my email but would really like to use my "normal" addresses as these are what most people know me by.
Do I need to set additional accounts within the iPad which are the same as the email accounts I have within the iMac and my ISP? I have reached the end of my knowledge as regards email synchronsing.

SSO between Portal and Nakia.....problem with SSO... library not found..

We have a Portal environment 7.02 , a Nakisa environment 3.0 (CE) and and HR backend environment 701 (604).
We are busy setting up SSO between Portal and Nakisa via the, URL iview for the Org chart (http://<host>:<port>OrgChart/default.jsp).

Getting remote context to "s1" is toggling between "s1" and "s2"

I'm on WLS8.1SP4.
I have an app that runs on my admin server, which communicates to a custom mbean hosted on my cluster (managed servers "s1" and "s2"). Some of the operations in the app send the same message to both "s1" and "s2", and some of the operations target either "s1" or "s2".
Each time the app needs to connect to the mbean on a specific server, it gets the remote context to the server, using the Environment object, setting the provider URL to the URL for that server (I've watched this in the debugger). From that remote context, it does the JNDI lookup, gets the RemoteMBeanServer object, builds the ObjectName for the attribute (most of the calls are just attribute get/set calls), and then calls "getAttribute()" on the remoteMBeanServer. This all seems ok.
Here's where something goes wrong. What I see happening is very odd. When the application first starts, it makes a set of calls specifically to "s1" and "s2". This first set of calls appears to be ok. However, when I make it go through the same set of calls again, all the calls that specifically build a URL for "s1" actually end up calling "s2". I can verify this by monitoring the debug output in the "get" methods in the mbean code. When I make it go through the calls again, it does them correctly. It very consistently toggles back and forth between "s1" calling "s1" and "s1" calling "s2".
I'm at a loss to understand why this is happening.
My admin server (where the main app is running) is Win2k Server, and the managed servers are Solaris 8.
I've managed to repeat this on a different domain, but hosted on the same distribution and set of servers.
I filed a ticket for this, and the engineer is working on building a test case to see if they can repeat this.
I tried one experiment they wanted me to try, by adding the admin server to the cluster, effectively making the main app communicate to "s1", "s2", and "adminServer". What I saw happen with this configuration is that calls to "adminServer" always went to "adminServer", and the same with "s2". The calls to "s1" continued to toggle between "s1" and "s2".

Minor clarification: I realized that the domain this is on is actually running 8.1SP2 (not SP4).

Understanding App Development and Hosting options

I am having some confusion around Provider/ Autohosted App.
Below is my understanding. Please correct my understanding or misunderstanding of the following:
1. We cannot develop Apps on SharePoint Online which will have server side code. The Apps developed on SharePoint online can only use html5 and javascript, not even CSOM?
2. Auto hosted / provider hosted apps can be developed on any system where Visual Studio Express / Professional / Premium/ Ultimate is installed. It doesn't require SharePoint on the system. It however requires IIS to help us in debugging and testing
3. On App development environment, even though it does not have SharePoint installed, we can write code using server object model
4. We need Azure or provider hosted environment only to host the app and not for development purpose
5. It is best practice to keep the hosting environment separate from development environment
6. The only difference between Auto hosted and Provider hosted environment is that in case of Auto hosted , everything is managed by SharePoint while Provider hosted has to be managed by IT.
7. Auto hosted app will work equally well on Provider hosted app. A provider hosted app can be installed on auto hosted app and vice versa
8. We do not have control over the auto hosted app which is installed on Azure. If we want to unistall or upgrade, we will need to write remote event receiver.
9. We have control over provider hosted app, meaning that, IT can manually uninstall or upgrade or do the same using remote event receiver.
10. Remote event receiver's can be created either as Auto hosted or Provider hosted app
11. Though we cannot create Apps with server side code on SharePoint online, but we can launch (host) apps that have server side code, created as auto hosted or provider hosted app.

That depends, if you are just developing Apps you don't need the SharePoint Server, just you need to be connected to the SharePoint Server. If you need to develop sandbox solutions or farm solutions, then you need to have both on same server, VS &
SharePoint.
Even if you are developing console application with CSOM, you don't need SharePoint to be installed you just need SharePoint Client libraries.
5. Can we launch Apps with server side code (hosted on provider hosted app) on SharePoint online?
No, you cannot use the server side code in hosted or provider hosted app. You can use CSOM in provider hosted model.
