Conky gets 'erased' when open window moves over it

Just installed conky on my 32-bit, xfce machine. It seems to be working fine--with the exception that moving any open window over it erases the part it passes over--almost as if the conky display were chalk on a chalkboard.
Within 2 or 3 seconds conky 'redraws' itself, but it's kind of annoying to have pieces of it disappear like that.
I've tried some own_window_type settings, but nothing has helped so far...

Not enough information. What is some here ?
"Some" is all of the options I've seen to try during heavy Googling--which I was too lazy to go back an look up as I was posting this: "desktop", "override", "normal". Is there a 'best choice' for xfce4? Transparency is working, but I don't have any compositing turned on...

You can if it was in your camera roll when you last backed up to iCloud, but you will have to restore the entire backup to recover it (not just photos). If you want to do this, it has to be done in the initial setup process. If you have any data on your phone now that is not in the backup that you want to save you'll need to do that first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. You will then go through the setup screens as you did when the phone was new. When given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup (see image below). Be sure you are connected to wifi and your charger as this will take some time to finish.

As a rule syncing is one way, from the library to the device. There should have been a warning that media content on the device would be removed and replaced with that in the local library. If the content were still on the device it could be recovered with the steps in Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. You can redownload your qualifying past purchases from the iTunes Store, Amazon store, etc. Do you have the previous computer your device synced with, or a backup, from which the library could be recovered?

Making window active when mouse pointer moves over it?

As the subject line says, how do I configure Mac OS X such that a window automatically becomes the active one (also in the menu bar) when the mouse pointer moves over it? If possible, with a slight delay?

A far as I know it doesn't work that way. You need to click on the window to make it active.

Getting error message when opening i-movie!

Why I am getting this error message when I try to open i-movie?
"i-movie requires a graphic card that is compatible with Quartz Extreme. One of your graphics cards does not support Quartz Extreme."
I need to do a quick project tonight and need this program to open. I have not updated or done anything to my computer.

iMovie is saying it doesn't think you have it installed on a computer that has the proper video card.

Error Occurs When Opening PDF Documents Over Home Netrwork

Installation: XP/SP3; Adobe CS2 Premium (Acrobat Professional 7.1.0); Wireless Home Network with Cisco Router; shared My Documents folder stored on the Desktop PC.
Problem: PDF documents created locally with Adobe Acrobat and stored in the My Documents folder on the Desktop PC can not be opened by my laptop PC when they are accessed over the home network. The error message received from Adobe Acrobat is “There was an error opening this document. Access denied.” There is no error number. Click OK is the only option. However, the same PDF documents can be successfully accessed and opened using the Desktop PC.
PDF documents stored in the shared My Documents folder on the PC that have NOT been created locally using Adobe Acrobat can be successfully opened over the home network and by the Desktop PC. All other non-PDF files can be successfully access and opened over the home network.
Is there some setting within the Adobe installation that is blocking access to locally created PDF files over my home network?

John - in viewing Properties the key difference is under the PDF Tab. The
PDF documents that can't be accessed over my home network do not have any
entry for the application that created the document, and the PDF Producer
section is also blank. I also discovered a PDF document created on my
laptop and stored on my Desktop can be successfully accessed by the laptop
over my home network as well as the Desktop PC, and the PDF Tab has the
correct information. It would appear there is incorrect option or corrupted
application with the Adobe software on my Desktop.
Can you provide some additional guidance on how best to provide you all the
creation options in Acrobat?

Crash when opening windows in extension...

Hello everybody.
I have encountered a strange issue when trying to open a window from within my extension on OSX: It seems that whenever i try to open a "spark" window from Photoshop CS6, it instantly crashes. The same extension works flawlessly in InDesign.
I have tested it on OSX v. 10.7.5 and 10.8.2 - I haven't tested on Windows, so I don't know if it's a Mac only issue.
I have tried to compile a minimal test case to illustrate the problem - using Extension Builder (2.0.0.62-32314) I created a new project targeting Photoshop and InDesign CS6. I have pasted the contents of the extension and a simple window below.
Now - when i execute this in InDesign, the window opens and displays fine when I click the "Open window"-button - but executing it in Photoshop causes a crash. If don't set the window type, I can debug and see a different kind of error (Error #3200: Cannot perform operation on closed window) and still no window is shown. And again: only in Photoshop...
So: Have I run into a bug introduced in the latest versions of PS/Extension Builder? I'm pretty sure this used to work in earlier versions (with mx:Window rather than s:Window)? Or is there any other way to open these kinds of native windows, that Photoshop might be happier about?

Same problem for me.
This happens only on Mac from version 13.0.4 Photoshop.
It doesn't works with mx:Windows and s:Windows.
I tried with Extension builder version 1.5.0 and 2.0.0.4 but the problem persists.

You don't need to upgrade your software. But if you're struggling with Spry, IMO you should cut your losses and switch to something better for the longrun.
If you have a budget to work with, I highly recommend Project Seven's Pop-Menu Magic 3. It's easy to use in DW CS4, 5, 6 or CC. More importantly, it's bullet proof and works in all devices.

Data records in an IDoc getting erased, when conversion rules are defined

Hello ,
We are sending IDocs of message type GLMAST & COELEM from a system(version 4.7) to another system (version 4.6B).
The segment data in the IDocs are changed using the user exit enhancement KKCD0001. The function exits used are EXIT_SAPFKCIM_001 and EXIT_SAPFKCIM_002.
If there is no conversion rule defined in the receiver system, for the segments, the IDocs are posted correctly in the receiving system. But if we define conversion rules , then the data records for all the segments for which conversion rule is defined are getting erased, and an error occurs during processing of IDocs
Please let me know what can be the the reason behind this issue..And how to solve this..

How can I get imovie to open my movies made on previous iMac?

I have transferred all my movies from my old computer (iMac 10.5.3) to a new 27" on OS 10.6.5. I have resisted installing the newest iLife after some warnings against doing so.
The new version of iMovie won't open my movies which are listed there, but the old imovie app. doesn't seem to be there or want to open.

Hi Bengt, yes it was, but I have solved the problem by copying the old iMovie app onto a disk and then installing it on the new computer. Works fine!

Error 2048 under Windows 7 64bit when opening DNxHD .mov

Hi people,
i'm experiencing a weird problem while trying to open a DNxHD encoded .mov file with quicktimeplayer under windows 7 64 bit.
getting the error 2048: "Couldn't open the file because it's not a file that QuickTime understands."
filesize is 5,6 GB and im running Quicktime 7.7.5, the file was encoded using avid media composer.
Other (smaller, around 2GB) files from the same source and using the same codec will play back fine!
This file is running fine on my macbook (10.8.5), but will fail to play under windows 7 bootcamp or on my PC.
I've read about filesize-limits around 4 GB, is there some truth to that?

EDIT: i need to be able to play back the file with quicktime-components (not vlc or something like that) because im working with protools, which is using quicktime for video-playback.
