I need help connecting facebook 'Events' feed to Adobe Muse website.... Help?

aztlanny, thanks for the advice. Sadly, that does not work with what Im trying to accomplish. The Facebook 'EVENTS' somehow is different from the activity or LIKEs feed.... which can be accomplished. I have seen this work in word press, but lately even those set ups are starting to break down. I'm starting to think facebook developement team doesnt like external website usage of things they would rather see grow their numbers versus being useful to people in a real way(but doesnt boost the facebook brand/image)..... I'm hoping some coder could figure it out, and show me...... I've used the facebook SDK jumped through their hoops to create an App ID and App secret about umpteeen attempts: no luck! maybe I'm just missing something!!!???

For some reason adobe muse websites published to osx server do not work, I am wondering if anyone else has had any trouble.

The site is hosted through business catalyst: northstarconservancy.org. I've had no issues with this website in three years and have been able to edit and publish with no problems. It shows a server error and says to check my network connection. I noticed that adobe was working on their server the night before I had this issue, so I will probably have to call the tech support and see whats up with it, since it seems related. Thanks, Amanda

Adding idx feed to adobe muse?

I'm in a bit of a pickle right now, basicly i need to put an idx MLS ( Multiple listing service ) feed onto my website. The service I use to provide me with this feed is providing me with custom links that they want me to place onto my website ( via the navigation menu coding within the site ) problem is im not a coder ( although not uncomfterble with it ) and the only other way would be to iframe it and i would realy perfer not to have to do that.
so the question is how do i add an idx feed to adobe muse?

Hi Tina, the MLS system we use did actaully give me embed code for ours. However, There are other pages on our site that they only gave us links for. We did use Iframes which work out great. This is the small string of code..Add this the same way you would the embed code as normal.

you will have to resize the width and height dimensions appropriately of course and you could change scrolling to yes if you wanted a scrollbar within your Iframe. Hope this helps!

You can sell the website to the client, but if you give out the .muse file to the client, then they would need a muse license to be able to open that file in Muse and make edits to the website (in case they do need to make edits). If you simply give out the exported files, then they can upload the site to their host, but they would not be able to make too many edits to the website. The In Browser Editor is a feature that is available if the site is hosted with Adobe Business Catalyst, where they would be able to make certain basic edit/changes to the site.

I need to embed mp3 or similar audio files on several different Adobe muse websites, why has this simple task not been provided for? Is this going to be available? Otherwise I may as well dump Muse and use some other software that can actually achieve this basic necessity...

Automatic Soundcloud updates to Adobe Muse website

Hi! My client uploads 3 or 4 different weekly podcasts to Soundcloud and iTunes. I've just designed an Adobe Muse website for his business.
I'd like him to be able to update the Adobe Muse website automatically, ie, when he adds a podcast episode to Soundcloud, I'd like it to automatically upload to the Shows section of his website.
How do I do this? Is there a script or widget out there?

My question was a little bit different: I was wondering if it was possible to automatically add an actual track to the page rather than a playlist?
Ie. if I upload the Soundcloud page with a track, I would like the track to be added to the page on the Adobe Muse website as the first track.

I have tried to object insert html for the 1st code
then right click and paste for the later. only t o get no thumbnail generated.
Also in this manner how does it recognize the fb page you want it to actively feed??

My Adobe Muse website wont publish, it's running slow and showing a server error

I've had a website in adobe muse that I've published many times before with no errors. After publishing, It tries to upload the site and loads it very slow and stops at about 69% and says the server is not connected, even though I have internet, checked the firewall and updated the cache in explorer. I was able to upload another website that I have on Muse, it loaded slowly also, stopped at 97%, I resumed it and it loaded. What to do next?

Je souhaiterais ajouter un feed facebook d'une page de groupe facebook sur mon site créé avec muse.
Je viens d'essayer pas mal de fois et il y a un truc qui coince...
Je voudrais que les internautes puissent via le site en question intervenir directement et poster un commentaire qui sera donc visible directement sur la page fb mais également sur le site suivre les derniers commentaires effectués via FB ou autre.
Voilà comment je m'y prends:
1- Je vais sur la page

2- ensuite sur l'onglet docs
3- social plugins
4- Like box

5- je recopie l'url dans la partie correspondante.
6- je clique sur get code et je recopie le code HTML5
7- je paste sur adobe muse, mais alors le gros souci c'est qu'en résultat j'ai une petite icone et boite à damier gris et transparent ou il est indiqué, impossible de générer la vignette.
Est ce que je fais une erreur dans ma procédure?

Quel est le code que vous avez renseigné ? A priori, vous devriez vous baser sur le code iFrame, c'est le plus intégré et il ne nécessite pas d'accéder au SDK Javascript de FB.
