Connect printer with lumix zs-30 camera via wifi

Does anyone know how to link a lumix zs-30 camera to an hp envy 100 WiFi enabled printer? I have tried calling both hp and lumix product support without a solution. Any ideas? The WiFi on the camera works with other devices and the WiFi on the printer works with my Mac.

I have iphone 4 os 7.04, tried updating to 7.1, but continously shows error that I dont have working internet connection, though I have one and tried via wifi and 3g same error comes. The update has been downloaded, the page shping license agreement comes. As soon as I press agree, it asks me to wait for verification and then this error that there is no working internet connection comes, even though I have one and it works fine

    Try these steps as needed:
Reset phone: press both the home and power buttons, releasing when the Apple logo appears
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.  You will have to re-enter WiFi passwords
Connect phone to iTunes on your computer and update using iTunes

  • Fail to install driver HP1050 deskjet for windows 8 when connecting printer with computer

I have this great HP desket 1050 printer for less than a year. My computer broke down so I bought a new one, but now with windows 8.1. So my printer was not working anymore, I fail to install my new printer. I can install the driver for HP1050 deskjet, but then there is a moment that you have to connect the PC and printer with an USB cable. This is the moment that the installation fails, nothing happens when I plug my printer into my PC. So I never finish the installation process complelty. The same thing happens when I choose add printer later and then add my printer. My printer is on and the cable is well plugged in. Anybody any suggestions as I would like to use this printer again. Thanks in advance

  • How can i connect labview with ge fanuc versamax plc via VISA

I, ve a ge fanuc versamax plc. I am building a data logger in labview. There are two current trasmitters. I dont have any other data acquisition devices other than PLC. How can i access data acquired by PLC and how can i connect it with labview using VISA?

There may be variations between models, but I believe all VersaMax support Modbus and GE's own SNP/SNPX serial communication protocols.
    For Modbus communication protocol:
The link here is a good outline of the different options available. If you really want to limit yourself to the option of using VISA, then it's Items 1. and 2. in Khalid's list that are applicable. You might have to modify some of the free LabVIEW Modbus VIs to suit you needs, but they are useful as examples if you have little experience programming a serial driver.
    For SNP/SNPX:
Your options are similar to those for Modbus, except that I'm not aware of any existing free set of LabVIEW VI's for it. With a web search you might find something (I almost programmed one 10 years ago). The SNP/SNPX protocol is/was well documented in a GE FANUC manual which you could get from them (in 1993 it was GFK-052B "Series 90 PLC Serial Communications User's Manual") so you still can write your own set of VIs.
If you don't really need to limit yourself to using VISA, there are ActiveX and OPC drivers available which use SNP/SNPX that you can find with a web search. And you can see here that NI's Industrial Automation OPC Server's do include an object for GE Fanuc Versamax via Ethernet. This would not be the cheapest in terms of capital cost though.
    Good luck.

  • Connecting WRT54G with Westell Versa Link router via wireless

    Hi,
I have a Westell wireless router from verizon which seats next to my phone in one part of the house.
I got very week signal from that router on the other part of the house so I decided to use a WRT54G version 2.2 router I had to improve the signal.
I can set up the WRT54G fine if i use a cable but I don't like that solution. It would be almost impossible for me to run the cable from one part of the house to the other.
So that let me with only one option. make the routers commuunicate with each other via wireless. I tried for several hours to make this work and I couldn't.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if this is possible and if so what are the steps involved to make this work.
    Thanks in advance

    1. The results are far better running a cable than setting up a wireless bridge or repeater. Thus, unless it is really impossible to run a wire I would always prefer the wired option.
    2. A WRT does not connect wireless to anything else with Linksys firmware. It is a wireless router. They only provide an access point to which clients connect but the access point never connects to anything else.
    3. The only alternative would be to flash a 3rd party firmware. Those usually add repeater and/or bridging capabilities. See the wikipedia article on "WRT54G" for a start. Remember, a bad flash may brick the router.

  • Connecting printer with a wireless bridge

I have an airport extreme base station. I am trying to connect a HP Photosmart 3200 printer. It has built in networking and I have a motorola wireless bridge to plug it into. What do I need to do? The tech at motorola said to see the range of the router ip addresses and to see if it was compatible with a DHCP wireless bridge. We did connect the bridge to my laptop and gave it the webkey. She wanted to assign it an IP address, but I wasn't sure it needed one. There is already a printer plugged into the USB and the printer does work with both my mac and wireless toshiba laptop when connected with a USB cable. TIA

You need to do two things.
Configure the Motorola Wireless Bridge to connect to your wireless network.
And then by connecting the printer to the bridge you need to configure the PhotoSmart 3200 to join your network.

  • After ois 7 upgrade i can no longer connect my camera via wifi to upload photos to my iphone, nor ipad

I have a Canon camera that has wifi.  Before the OIS 7 upgrade, I could upoad phots from my camera to either the iphone, or ipad wirelessly.  Since the upgrade, i cannot.  Anyone found a soluti on.  I have tried resetting the settings on the camera to original, renaming the camera name to remove the apostrophe.

Yes I tried this manyfold. But did not work.  Reading on, I took Tesserac's advice. Shut down router and computer.
Start router after 15 minutes and wait another 10 minutes before starting the computer.
Et voila.... everything is back in working order,

  • Which printer is compatabile for an ipad via wifi please

would like to purchase a printer for my ipad does anyone recommend a printer mainly for typing letters/emails.

    Pick a printer, any printer.
If you want it to print natively from the iPad, look for one that's air print enabled.
if you dont' want one of those, look for a wireless printer that also has an app in the App Store to enable printing. Or if they don't have an app there are plenty of third party apps that will enable printing.

  • Slow start up of iTunes 10.6 on Windows 7 & Network issues connecting iPhone via WiFi

Ever since I updated to iTunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 both my computer don't want to open iTunes quickly and my Phone doesn't get noticed on iTunes via WiFi on my network. When I go to start iTunes from the icon on my desktop it doesn't pop up on screen right away like it did on the version before 10.6 and on iOS 5.0.1 my phone would sync and connect on to iTunes to update apps just fine now all that has changed. Doesn't want to connect to update apps on my network via WiFi and I have tried a few different things to see if I could correct the issue but nothing has worked. I tried what another person posted to try and it did not work, I also uninstalled, rebooted computer and reinstalled iTunes but that did not work either. Nothing I have tried seems to work, it must be a Apple glitch in the software for Windows 7 to have iTunes 10.6 and iOS 5.1 not to work properly like it should as it once did without fail. Before on the versions before this everything worked just fine no issues. Apple get with the program and fix these issues we are having please. Thanks and hope they get it fixed and straightened out quick!!!

Well, here is the results of my Diagnostic Test of the phone when plugged into the computer. Maybe with this someone would be able to see something that might need looking into, if so please let me know. Thanks so much in advance. I have not tried going back to a older version of iTunes as I am just gonna wait and see if Apple can correct it, hopefully they can. It seems as if on update they left something out to make iTunes, and Syncing not working properly.

  • My HP Photosmart C4580 won't connect to my computer via WiFi!

I'm running a mac OS X 6. I updated the driver for the printer, restored the printer's wireless network defaults. When I run the set-up assistant, I attempt to "configure [my] device for a wireless network." A box pops up: "Device not connected. To configure the network settings of the selected device, please connect it temporarily via USB. The device can be disconnected from the USB once the network settings are transferred." But my computer is connected via USB.  Also, the setup assistant isn't listing my wifi network. I manually enter my wifi network, hit connect, but the same "device not connected" box pops up.
My Wireless Network Test Report lists an old Network Name (SSID), where I was when I first bought this printer, the last time it worked via WiFi.
what do I do to make this thing connect via this new WiFi network?

Make sure you follow the instructions exactly.  You should not have the USB connected to the printer until you are told to do so.  Now try.

  • When connecting ipad to iPhones personal hotspot via wifi it is showin up as 2 connections when only 1 device is connected. Is someone hacking my phone?

When connecting ipad to my iPhones personal hotspot via wifi it is showin up as 2 connections when only 1 device is connected. Is someone hacking my phone? I only figured out I had a problem when my partner did the exact same set up and it showed up as only 1 device connected. I have changed the password and turned it off/on and etc. the really weird thing is now when my ipad is turned off and I turn my iphone personal hotspot on it shows up with 1 connection (when I don't have anything connected) for about 5 secs and then goes off and then 1 device connected for about 5 secs and then back off. This just keeps going on and off. What is going on. Could my phone have a bug or be hacked. Please help as it is kinda freaking me out. Thanks.

    Hello asrt17,
This may occur if your iPhone is connected to your computer via USB, as it will automatically share the connection via USB.
    iOS: Troubleshooting Personal Hotspot
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2756
When Personal Hotspot is enabled, your iOS device automatically shares your Internet connection with your computer when connected using USB.
Example: When you connect iPhone to your computer to charge or sync with iTunes. To avoid unnecessary data charges, turn off Personal Hotspot when not in use.
    Cheers,
    Allen

  • Sync iPad with an internal network via WIFI and file exchange?

    Hi all,
Our architects firm is currently trying to cut down on its paper waste. One sollution we are exploring is a system by which Ipad's can be synced with our internal file network (via wifi), we can download onto an Ipad PDF files which can be viewed, annotated and reuploaded via the network. It would be essential that the network is internal and isn't an icloud type of thing. Is such a system possible?
    Thanks

This will give you access to the documents.  You are own your own about version control.
