Connect to itunes problem. Iphone 4 16gb
Hi.
The phone is an Iphone 4 16gb 7.1.2
Restored the phone the other day and when I selected the region the phone goes to connect to Itunes with the blue logo.
Connected to Itunes but Itunes can not connect to the phone.
Restored the phone in DFU mode but it is still the same.
Tried to connect it to different USB ports but it is still the same.
What can I do to get it back to work?

0X is a Windows Error. Take the time to look over on the right under the "More Like This" and look for ones that have the green checkmark as being solved. You should find answers there.

Open current iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with lightning cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

so i went back to the apple store and the only solution was to trade in your phone for a new one because there was a faulty conector in the microport. hopefully you have a waranty and your stuff backed up!

You will have to put your phone into recovery mode and then restore it using iTunes..

HT1414 Iphone 7.0.4 connecting to itunes problem
My iphone 4s has just ungraded the software to iOS 7.0.4 and ever since it won't connect to itunes. Itunes tells me I need version 11.1 to use my iphone but I can't get 11.1 unless my mac is 10.6 which it isn't. What do I do?

I goto find the driver in commonfiles\apple\mobile device support etc click the driver, it installs then gives me an error 10 code

connected it today, update was available, downloaded etc, and eventually when iphone restarted got the same usb-cable-itunes picture on screen. itunes says i have to restore the iphone and when you do this it eventually fails so stuck in a deadly circle.
i really don't want to have to pay to contact apple about this via support since this is caused by their itunes update. -

There are a few forums discussing this problem, and I only found one solution that actually worked, posted by MarkyMark8 on Jan 22nd. That solution was to deleted the App - iBooks. Once I did that I was able to update apps, purchase songs, download new apps. It was great because I have been unable to do any of these activities for almost 3 weeks. Iphone died. "please connect to itunes" message. iphone recovery no go.
After 3 days of working fine, my iphone died. it only shows "Please connect to itunes". iTunes does not recognize phone (Windows asks for "iphone (recovery mode)" device driver). I tried holding all button combinations down for many seconds (reset) to no avail.
I'm stuck. And I'm out of town for a week without a cell phone (in NYC). I hope to get a replacement fast. Is this common? I barely used the phone.I had that problem, upgrading to the latest iTunes (7.3.1) and QuickTime fixed it.

My iPhone 4 won't connect to iTunes (Sometimes it does, most of the time it won't). I have full signal strength on 3G network. I never had a problem connecting with my 3GS iPhone.
Anyone else on here having issues with connecting to ITunes Store (App store) via your new iPhone 4?
Also, I'm posting this message from my iPhone 4 now and it's taking a few tries because I keep getting the following message: "Cannot Open Page. Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found"
Wonder what's wrong??Same problem here. Haven't been able to access to App Store since I got the iPhone 4. Keep getting "Cannot connect to iTunes store". I have tried everything, logging in and out, hard reset, syncing with iTunes - nothing works. I called support multiple time - it still isn't fixed. I have repeatedly tried to access the App Store on my iPhone 4 and on my friend's 3GS. His works fine everytime, yet my iPhone 4 can hardly ever connect. Very frustrating and dissapointing. I may have to return and go back to my 3GS - much more reliable in my opinion.

Windows 8 and itunes problem (iphone not showing up as a device)
My new PC laptop has Windows 8 and in itunes my iphone doesn't show up as a device when I connect it to the laptop. I've tried all the fixes mentioned.
Try one or more of the following:
- Restart your computer
- Uninstall & Reinstall iTunes
- Reset iPhone (will NOT delete everything) [Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset All Settings]
- Go to My Computer (Windows XP) or Computer (Windows Vista or 7) and see if it shows (should show as a digital camera)
- Restore iPhone (will DELETE everything) [Settings>>General>>Reset>>Erase All Content & Settings]
- Make sure iTunes & iOS Firmware is up to date.

I dont know whats going on but I need someones help. I just bought an iphone today and cant log in into app store. It says "Cannot connect to Itunes store" when entering my apple id. I have made an account online. The weird thing is that my girlfriend account logs in just fine. Same thing with the Itunes on out laptop. I can sign in to Itunes with her account just fine, but when i sign in with mine it says "We cannot complete your itunes store request, an unknown error occured (0x800B010F) There was error in the Itunes store please try again later" But how can that be possible if my girlfriends account logs in perfectly fine? I made another account and nothing still the same, Help very frustrating since we just moved from android. I did the time adjustment by switching the year and time and going back to app store, made a new account, reseted iphone, reseted settings, whats going on? Please help
Start iTunes on your computer and make sure you are logged into your account. Now connect and sync your iPhone and Touch, disconnect and try again.
