    I'm running a Windows 7 desktop and a MacBook Air with 10.8.3. In my Creative Cloud Connection menu on I have a promt that says "Unable to connect to the Creative Cloud" on both the Mac and Windows. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it the Creative Cloud?

    I have to say that I still *cannot* believe that you continue to re-post the same message all over in many other post forums in Creative Cloud forums for past few days.
    Consider my constructive critque of Adobe's major failure to fix this in a reasonable, satisfactory fix whereas Adobe has billions of dollars (in profits over the years, along with retained earnings set aside), I find that very amusing that Adobe is NOT able to fix "Unable to connect to the Creative Cloud."
    It would be wise FOR you to focus on fixing stubborn "whatever" outage problem associated with "Unable to connect to the Creative Cloud"..., focus on highest priority just to fix this problem once for all.
    Mind you, if I may suggest... CREATE a new FAQ on top of Creative Cloud forum to include status link that you provided. This will save many other Creative Cloud subscribers some time... and possibly some other workaround temporary solution!
    Yet, I have to admit that I am disappointed with this outage problem. I love the concept of Creative Cloud programme, it took me some time to adjust from traditional license to "renting" apps. What is more, I felt strongly that it is VERY wrong of Adobe management to alienate long-time die-hard Adobe pro-nusmers for years like myself since my college days at RIT back in late 1980s. I believe that Adobe should give the choices, not ONE choice all together.
    In closing, PLEASE fix outage problem at once. It has been more than a week now. Unbelievable if you dare to say!

    Just sign in with your Adobe ID at the Creative Cloud Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files. You can then use the upload button to upload files, or drag-and-drop files from the Windows Explorer/Mac Finder.     If you use one of the Adobe Touch Apps (Ideas, Photoshop Touch, Proto) then the files you sync with these apps are also stored in the same file storage, and are accessible from the Files page.

    It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to.  Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application.  If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

    In the future you may want to use the uninstaller/s instead of trying to manually delete Adobe applications.

    Here's my problem:
    I have installed my Creative Cloud successfully and my CC Connector logged in and looked for updates and stuff - all fine. Unfortunately after that the connector gives the status: "No Connection to Creative Cloud!"...
    My internet connection is OK, no local proxy, just Kaspersky Internet Security running etc...
    My aim is to give material to a customer - so what went wrong?

    OS: Windows 7 ultimate
    PC: Chronos 7 (Samsung)
    connected via LAN

    Now that it is live, all of my pages are linked correctly besides my
    paypal page and I need some additional help please.  I have created a
    ribbon and a drop down buy it now menu with many options to choose from at
    all different prices.  I created the ribbon via muse and have imported the
    html generated when I completed my button from paypal.com.  When I paste it
    in, I look at the preview and everything looks great and I am satisfied
    with its looks and performance.  When I publish it and view it via Google
    Chrome, I get this error:

  • Cancelling Creative Cloud Free Trial

    Hi all,
    I downloaded the Creative Cloud free trial a while back, but the project I was using it for is done now. I was wondering: do you automatically enter into a contract for CC once the 30 day period is up? If so, could somebody please tell me how to cancel? I can't find out how to do so. I am definitely still on the free trial right now as my account is displaying "creative cloud free membership" under "plans and products." However, I am not sure how long ago I begun the trial, and if continuing it past 30 days will enter me into a contractual obligation I need to know how to cancel it. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

    You will not be automatically entered into a contractual obligation.  When the trial ends, you will not be able to use it further unless you pay for a subscription.  As far as uninstalling goes, see the following:  Creative Cloud Help | Install, update, or uninstall apps

    I've been trying to download the Photoshop Free Trial, however when the Creative Cloud application appears and asks me to verify my email it send the verification email to an old, inactive account that I can no longer access.
    Here is what the window looks like:
    I've read the reply to another similar question asked formerly on this website, however I can't find this specific window, and the gear icon on the window shown above has no log out button or anything similar to what was mentioned in the already answered question.
    I'm not sure if there are multiple versions of the Creative Cloud or not.  On my Adobe ID, it says that it's the "Creative Cloud Free membership", and I'm not sure if there is a paid version that's different or not.
    I'm terribly sorry if I'm using the wrong terms and I hope this makes sense.

  • Tried to download trail version of CS6 had problems with the instalation primarily - did not work (Windows 7). So deleted all files and re-installed the creative cloud now no apps showing on CC? Please help!

    Downloaded CS6 from the cloud on trial version a few weeks back. During instalation my computer crashed and left it kind of partially installed i think. I deleted the files i could find to try and re-instal. Have managed to get the creative cloud back but when i load it up im not given any options - no apps or home or anything just the shell. Does anyone know whats up or cangive me some advice to get my trial please. Many thanks

    I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and have photoshop CC in "my Apps.  I have watched several tutorials and want to launch it to practice what I have learned. How do I launch my trial version of photoshop?  It is not in my application folder as it says it would be on the Creative cloud help web page.
