Connecting 22" ACD (1999) to laptop VGA

From reading other posts I gather my old 22" ACD
has an ADC connector (used my old G4 400). I had to move on
to a PC laptop for work and now would like to use
the ACD as a second screen for the PC (sony with Radeon AGP 345M) which only has VGA output...
Links / products / input on connecting this older ACD to PC VGA?

Can you help me understand what type of connector I have
(not totally fluent here) on my 22" ACD - it is a
square connector with 18 pins in 2 groups of 9 (3x3)
and a separate blade pin for alignment or possibly ground.
Purchase date was Feb/2000; product# M7478LL/A
There is no description on the box or enclosed literature
on the type of connection other than "designed to work with
the power macintosh g4 digital graphics interface..."
What is the difference between a ADC and DVI? Link to see?

This means that the phone you have was software unlocked to use on any carrier, or hacked. When you installed the update it restored the lock that originaly came with your phone. Not much you can do now. Apple will not support hacked phones. You will need to find out the carrier your phone is locked to and see if they offer official unlocking, or start googling to see if you can find a way to unlock 4.2.

I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Restore your phone using the last backup that you made. That should put everything back the way it was.

How can I delete my old Laptop from my iPhone (iTunes Wifi Sync) and connect it to my new Laptop

I have an iPhone 4S Factory Unlocked, up to date (iOS 6.0.1). I connect it to my Laptop named "The Love" via USB and opend iTunes and checked Sync over Wifi to enable this feature. Everything works great.
After a couple months I sold my Laptop and bought a new Laptop named "Raid", I did the smae steeps, connect it to my new Laptop via USB and opend iTunes and I checked Syn over Wifi to enable this feature and hit Apply, also I did the sync via USB cable and it works fine.
Now I want to sync via wifi, so I went to General --> iTunes Wi-Fi Sync --> here my iPhone still showing "Sync will resume when "The Love-PC" is available", Okay I sold it!! What I will do! I stock! does this mean I will need to find my old Laptop and buy it back????!!!!
I tried to do those steeps over and over, same result, my iPhone stock with the my old Laptop, It seems my iPhone liked my "The Love" Laptop
My question is:
How do I delete this setting? and connect it to my new Laptop?

Well " even if I plugged it via usb" I meant that I did all the spteps, connect my iPhone via USB, Open iTunes, Check on Sync this device via WiFi, click on Sync, Unplug the iPhone.

Internet connection is fine, but my laptop no longer recognizes the router (WRT54G)

I discovered this problem while trying to add a wired PC to my router. Even though I connected, disconnected, and reconnected my laptop multiple times, it was unable to recognize the router (WRT54G). This has not always been a problem, since I set up the initial wireless connection and later an Xbox Live connection, but that was over six months ago. There's no obvious physical damage to the router or my laptop, neither has been dropped recently or anything like that.

Well, 2 quick things. Try a cable from one of the working systems on the laptop. Also check your local area network connection (Start Menu, Connect to, -> Local area network, right click, properties, scroll down to "TCP/IP") and make sure it is set to "Obtain IP Address automatically, and "Obtain DNS Automatically". I have had nothing but trouble with the setup CD's.

It also make a footnote which states "make sure that your network connection ia active and try again". When I click the button labeled OK just below the messages, another message will come up which reads, "A new iphone software version (5.1) is available for the iphone software. Would you like to download it and update your iphone now?". It gives me the option buttons such as CANCEL or DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE or DOWNLOAD ONLY. If I click on DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE or DOWNLOAD ONLY. The above challenge has continued for more that 3 months now. 2. After the above, an alert message comes up which states that A new iphone software version 5.1 is availlable for my iphone. It then states would you like to download it and update your iphone now? Wireless connection between cable imac and laptop Windows,

This should be an easy question so here goes. I currently have an Imac with a cable connection. I plan to buy a Windows laptop within the next week. I want to be able to access the internet with the laptop from another room. There are airports and routers from Apple and wireless network cards for Windows. I'm confused. What's the simplest way for my Mac to wirlessly connect to the Window's laptop so that I can access the web from another room?

1. Your new laptop needs to have a wireless card.
2. You then need a wireless router with several lan ports.
The iMac will connect to the router via ethernet cable to one of the lan ports and your laptop should connect via the wireless connection. There are many wireless routers out there that will do the job. Check out the Linksys wrt54g. make sure your laptop comes with a wireless card built it.

The error message you're seeing is likely the other way around -- i.e. something like "This iPhone has previously been synced with a different computer". There's no problem syncing multiple iOS devices to the same computer.
However, the reverse is not true for the iPhone -- you cannot connect an iPhone to another computer without it being erased, even if you manually manage music and video. So, it sounds like you've been syncing your iPhone to a different computer?
Also, 5.1 (not 5.0.1) is the latest iOS.

You should be importing all pics/vids taken with your iphone to your computer regularly as you would with any digital camera.

If the message that is displaying is "Network connection timed out", disable any Anti-Virus or Firewall software on the comptuer or check with the company that supports the product on how to modify it to allow iTunes to connect to the Internet.

go to 'Edit' in the menu bar. Then choose 'Preferences'.
you'll see a pop-up and there's a tab called 'Devices' there. If you click that, you will be able to check a box that says 'prevent automatic syncing for iPods, iPads and iPhones' or something like that.

NB: if you don't even see the menu bar that has options like 'File, Edit, View, etc', first click the black/white square button on the top left of your screen, and then click 'show menu bar'. It should pop right up.
