Connecting iPhone 4s to 2013 Camry
Are there several different ways to connect my iPhone 4s to my 2013 Camry?
I look online and I see several ways that people start the process using the car:"radio"
One shows
Hit Setup Button>Bluetooth>Add new device Then pair Carmultimedia
My sales man said
Hit Phone button first then add phone then pair phone with carmultimedia
Online I have also seen several other variations.
So my question is does it matter if one starts with the "set up" button or starts with the "phone" button on the camry?
Do you wind up adding the device either way you do it?
I think the issue I’m confused is where do you start with the Car radio buttons.
Some things I read and see (videos) show starting with the set up button on the Toyota radio. Others show starting with the phone button on the Toyota radio. None show that one has to use both.
Example an online video shows
Pressing the set up button on the Toyota radio> Pressing the Bluetooth on the scree> press add new device
Then pair the CarMultiMedia on your phone
My salesman says to
Press the phone button on the Toyota radio. The screen comes up says no phone, do you want to add? Then press yes, then when the CARMULTIMEDIA pops up on the care radio screen, on your iPhone press the CARMULTIMEDIA button to pair
The main sticking point I have is do you start off with the setup button on the radio or the phone button (Or do both actually lead to set up, just a different set of steps?

How to connect iPhone 5s with Mercedies GL command online
How to connect iPhone 5s with new Mercedies GL s command online to access internet in Indian my service provider is Airtel
Ensure Bluetooth connection has been established for voice. On the iPhone ensure you've got personal hotspot enabled. On the GL Command system, go to online, and select your phone connection from the bottom left.
Works with my GL 2013 model, my iPhone 5S and also the 5 from my wife. Works great in glorious 4G speeds on my Vodafone connection. -
I have an iphone 5. I have no idea of the ios version in it. Recently i broke my iphone screen and its showing up nothing. it was never synced to itunes or to any pc. When i tried to connect iphone to itunes in my pc it was asking for passcode which i had forgotten ages ago. Suggest me the possible ways to recover my iphone.
Since the screen doesn't work, it will be challenging to get it working, even thru iTunes. You will need to ask yourself if you want to invest more money in it or get a new one, especially since the contents will be lost since you don't know the passcode. Apple will gladly replace the screen for a cost that represents a significant portion of the price of a new. Once the screen is done, you may or may not be eligible for the free iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program.
Or, if you decide to salvage it and are strong of heart and firm of hand, you can replace the screen yourself for less. See here and note they carry kits with all needed tools and parts. -
HT5299 which cables do I need to connect my macbook pro 2013 to an hd tv?
which cables do I need to connect my macbook pro 2013 to an hd tv? The port's on the side have changed from my previous Mac. Thank you.
If you have a retina MBP use a HDMI to HDMI cable.
If you have a non retina MBP, use a minidisplay port to HDMI cable. Insert the minidisplay end in the Thunderbolt port.

I am encountering the following error when trying to connect to an Access 2013 database:
The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.
I have Visual Studio 2013 SP3 running on Windows 8.1 64bit OS which also has Office 2013 installed (which includes MS Access 2013). My project is a WCF web service using .NET Framework 4.5.1 using any cpu as target. I have tried reluctantly
to install the older drivers as described by in the below article:
https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/1d5c04c7-157f-4955-a14b-41d912d50a64/how-to-fix-error-the-microsoftaceoledb120-provider-is-not-registered-on-the-local-machine?forum=vstsdb
and also went through the "Add Data Source" wizard in the Project menu to have the connect string automatically built. Even with the automatically built connect string I can not connect to the .accdb file from within my WCF web service.
What's odd is if I use the Database Explorer in Visual Studio it has no problem connecting the my Access file. I inspected the connect string and tried to use it as well but still get the same error. Even stranger is that I have no problem connecting
to the Access DB in an ASP.NET project on the same PC. I am also able to connect to the Access file using a simple Windows Forms application. So I'm wondering if it has something to do with trying to connect to the Access file from a WCF web service
project.
What I'd like to know is if anyone has been able to get this to work in an environment as I described above as a 64bit WCF web service project? I tried to switch my project to 32bit but when I do I get a different error which reads:
System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'file:
Almost to the point of trying to get this web service project done with SQL Express but would like to know if it can be done with MS Access 2013. Any information anyone can provide to help me get past this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks.Have you installed the 64-bit Access driver on your machine? See
Data Source Names and 64-Bit Operating Systems for the differences in odbcad32. Call %SystemRoot%\system32\odbcad32.exe to check the drivers.
How do you host your service? Stand-alone or IIS or embedded to another application? Keep in mind that IIS7 runs it in its application pool which is defaullt 64bit. Thus the bad image exception, when compiling your service as 32bit.
When you need the Access database for your service to store informtation, then I would switch to SQL Server (Express) or XML files depending on your actual needs.
Also check whether your account under which your service is run has the necessary NTFS file permissions on the access file and the folder. This is getting even more complex when it's a remote folder. -
I have 3 iPhones, one iPad and 2 PC's, all using the same iTunes account. I want to be able to have each iPhone keep their own list of accounts and music list and the I pad different as well. I want to 2 PC's music list to match. How do I do this?
Additionally, when I connected iPhone #3 to one PC, it removed the contacts from #3 and replaced it with contacts from iPhone #2. How do I get those contacts back and prevent this from happening again?Hey joshuafromisr,
If you resintall iTunes, it should fix the issue. The following document will go over how to remove iTunes fully and then reinstall. Depending on what version of Windows you're running you'll either follow the directions here:
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

or here:

iphone 4 is not recognized by itunes and is only on emergency mode, keeps telling me to connect to itunes but when I connect iphone to computer it does not recognize it
Did you try recovery mode? Hold down the home button as you connect it to iTunes. iTunes should pop up a window that says "iTunes has detected a device in recovery mode" and give you the option to restore.

MDP to HDMI adapter causing issues while connecting Macbook air late 2013 edition to Projector. Projector shows grains on the display.
Sounds like you may have been in extended display mode. If so, all you had to do was drag a window to the projector display. Or, if you wanted mirrored mode, in display preferences select check mirror display.

Hi there.
I connected to my livebox after about three attempts. You have to pair the livebox by pressing either the number one or two that is on the box. When it is in pair mode it stays that way for ten minutes so it gives you chance to try your wep code that is on the bottom of the box a few times. I can't remember which one was successful but i did try the letters in uppercase and lower and one of them seemed to connect.
Welcome to discussions by the way.
Hope this helps JB -

What cable do I need to connect iPhone /iPad to my receiver
Any stereo audio cable will work strictly for audio, just like your headphones.
If you want to use AirPlay Mirroring you need an AirPlay - compatible receiver, or an AppleTV.
Denon, Marantz, Pioneer, Onkyo, Yamaha and others all manufacture AirPlay compatible receivers. -
