Connecting my all in one to my TV

Hiya guys!
I have a Wind Top AE2260 & would like to connect it to my TV. I have the HDMI cable which I connected to both, but don't seem to be able to get it to work,
I am trying to use the tv as a monitor to watch my blu-rays.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Cheers

  • Wirelless connected HP All-in-one won't appear on any device

Hello, I have a strange issue regarding my HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-In-One. It's been working flaulessly since I bought it almost one year ago. It has no device connected by cable, so it's working entirely by wirelless and I've printed documents as from my laptop as from my android and IOS devices. The printer was always imediatly recognized on the network. Today when I went printing a document I wasn't unable to do it because the printer shows offline on the laptop and my other devices can't find it on the network. The printer itself shows it's online, the signal great, and connections tests I ran shows no problems. But still no device can find it on the network. I searched a bit here on the forum, tried some software, checked every option, every connection but the printed continues showing everything is ok and impossible to connect to. Not even the software HP Print and Scan Doctor was abble to solve the issue, because just like everything else it was unable to find the printer.
I could use some help here please...

    Welcome to the Forums, tiago31088!
I came across your post about your Officejet 6700 Premium not being found on your network when you attempt to print from your devices. It seems as though the connection was lost. I am going to suggest following a few steps to try and get it connected again.
Please check out this troubleshooting guide: Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection
I hope this helps you get connected again!
If you run into any other issues, please let me know and I will do my best to help out.

  • Internet connection to all but one IP address

    Dear Community,
I'm recently facing a problem to connect to our company server (smb, nameserver etc). I can access (ping all IP addresses but this one). For this particular IP address I'm receiving ICMP timeouts. It is worth to note that this server has an internal (private) and an external (public) IP address. I only cannot acces the private IP address when I'm connected to our company network. I can ping the external IP address (from outside).
I've unsuccessfully tried the following (same behaviour - ICMP timeouts on this particular private IP address):
    - tried WiFi and Ethernet connections
    - switched off firewall
    - switched off sophos anti virus
    - deleted cisco VPN
    - assigned a static IP address (manually - that I just freed - from my Iphone)
    - checked the routing table
    - checked proxy settings
    - cleared the ARP cache
    - monitored system.log (while ping)
    - monitored appfirewall.log (while ping)
    - upgraded from 10.7 to 10.8
    - booted in safe mode
    - booted the rescue system
    - spoofed my Ethernet Mac address (our dhcpd does NOT deny unknown MAC address, which makes me think it really is my MBP)
Do anyone have more hint to try or which log files I should monitor to find out what the problem could be?
    Thanks,
    Sven

First thing to try is renewing the DHCP lease.
    System Preferences > Network.
    Do you have a green dot next to Ethernet? If so, with ethernet selected in the left pane;
Check the location is set to 'automatic'
Check 'configure IPv4' is set to DHCP
    Click the 'Advanced' button
Check that DHCP is selected in that window for IPv4
Turn off IPv6 (gives a conflict on some routers)
Click the button 'renew DHCP lease'
That should persuade the router to give you a different IP.

  • Do I need to connect my all-in-one printer to a PC in order to make a copy?

Hello- I found this printer and am trying to see if it still works. It boots up fine but  says" load paper" when there is paper.  I have already gone through all the trouble shooting options listed for this problem except connecting the printer to my PC.  Do I need to connect to a PC just to make a copy?  Thanks, Kathy

Bonjour only allows the print function to work when a multi-function printer is connected to the USB port on the AirPorts.
The bottom line here is that if you need the advanced features like copy, scan, maintenance, etc, the printer cannot be connected to the USB port on the AirPort routers.....since only the print function is supported at the USB port.
If you need full functionality, you have 3 possible options:
Connect the printer directly to USB port on a computer
Connect the printer (if capable) using an Ethernet cable to any LAN Ethernet port on your router or AirPort
Connec the printer (if capable) using wireless

  • Connect C6380 all in one printer thru router

I installed and ran test report . Report indicates setup is ok but cannot print wireless. It will print  hardwired. I am running thru Dlink DIR-628 router. Any help will be appreciated.

OK, good, then the issue is likely with your PC.  Try this utility: http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Nav?h_pagetype=s-926&h_lang=en&h_client=s-h-e17-1&h_keyword=dg-NDU&ju...

  • Airport Extreme connects to Epson all in one printer, scanner doesn't work

I got a new Airport Extreme to connect my all-in-one printer, copier, scanner Epson CX8400. Connecting the printer feature to my MacBook Pro and my HP laptop was very easy, however can't get the scanning feature to work. Has anyone had this same issue? Do you know how to solve it other than plugging the USB cable directly to the computer? thanks!

    Hi Carlos9912,
Does the Epson CX8400 support scanning over WiFi/Bonjour? I know my two HP Photosmart printers and my Epson I have do not support scanning over WiFi/Bonjour, despite the fact that they support printing functionality.

  • Wireless and the HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One

I'd like to know if it's possible to connect an HP Officejet J4580 to a wireless network, and if so, how to go about it.
The documentation provided with my All-in-One indicates it's possible, but refers to a "Wireless Connection Guide", which was not included with my product. The only references I can find to this particular model and wireless connections on the HP website seem to indicate it can only be connected wirelessly to a Mac.
I'm running Windows Vista (32-bit) on an HP Pavilion laptop, with a Linksys WRT54G router. There is one other computer connected to the wireless network (a Gateway PC running Vista 64-bit, if that's relevant).
I watched the video in the stickied thread above, regarding how to connect an All-in-One to a network in Windows XP, but 1) I wasn't given the wireless option during installation (bummer), 2) I'm not really excited about the prospect of installing ALL their fluff software to get this thing working, and 3) I'm not running XP (also kind of a bummer, but whaddyagonnado).
I'd also like to mention that my product didn't come with the USB cable necessary to connect it to my computer. The simple set-up directions imply that this cord was only shipped with the J4680 model, along with the aforementioned "Wireless Connection Guide".
Is this true? Why on earth would HP neglect to include necessary hardware AND neglect to supply an alternative method? That just strikes me as bad customer service.
Any assistance or commiseration you can offer will be appreciated! Thanks for your time!

  • All in one devices wireless print & scan?

    Hi,
Can I print and Scan wirelessly, without connecting the all in one device to the USB port on the air port express? I speak about the Canon PIXMA MP600R which has a 802.11g wireless interface. Theoritically yes but how is it in real life?
I will appreciate an answer soon becasue I need to buy such a device but I will not spend this money and it won`t work at the end with appologies from the Apple Store !
PS. I will connect the system with my iBook G3/600 which has no USB 2.0 that`s why I need to buy the MP600R and not the normal MP600, I had no answer from the Apple Shop here if a USB 2.0 device can work normally with a 1.1 equipped Mac, I will also appreciate an answer for that.
    Thanks a lot,

Can I print and Scan wirelessly, without connecting the all in one device to the USB port on the air port express?
No. The USB port only supports printing to a single compatible printer. You can also read iFelix's user tip "Can I Scan?"

  • How can I use Active Print on my Ipad and print to my usb connected HP officejet 6110 all in one

I was previously able to use Active Print on my Ipod to print to my usb connected HP officejet 6110 all in one.  Now, however, with my Ipad version 2 I can no longer get this to work.  Can anyone help?  Thanks.

    Hi,
HP do not provide any USB connection solution for iOS.
As Active Print is a 3rd party application which provide this functionality, i believe you may find a better help within Active Print support as they more familier with their application requirement and functionality:

  • In my small office ethernet network all of a sudden one of my imacs cannot be connected to. It can connect to all other computers and can access internet, but as soon as someone tries to connect to that mac, it disconnects from the network. Any ideas

I have a network of 9 macs that connect via ethernet and a router. All of a sudden one of the macs cannot be connected to. It can connect to all others and the internet, but no one can connect to that one. I have appletalk active and file sharing on, but everytime someone tries to connect to it, it is not on the network. Additionally, the personal file sharing keeps turning off even though I have it locked. Any ideas?

not sure where you got the idea that I have

because I do not have any such running, just normal Applescripts that do tasks that could be done by hand.

  • Can not connect All in one 209b to new router for wireless printing....

Have an HP laptop and All in one priner 209b.  All was working fine, wired and wireless printing.  Then we had to upgrade our ATT Uverse router.  Everything works...even wireless laptop and printer when connected to laptop.  However, can't get printer to printer wireless since it has the old router info.  I used the disk but when it asks to you to pick the printer, I choose the printer but it says printer now found ??? what ???? and this is with the cable connected.  I do not have the wizard on the touch screen but I did reset to factory settings hoping it would load new router info but it does not.  How do you manually enter router into for wireless printing.  Is it best to delete the printer and reinstall as new...wired and then wireless ???
I am about to call an outsite company and pay the outrageous charge as the help on HP is not working.  Thanks

  • Is it possible to connect HP DESKJET 1510 All-in-One series Wireless printer without USB cable?

my mom recently bought me the HP DESKJET 1510 All-in-One series so i have an at home printer for school work. but when we bought it we did not know there was a certain USB that had to connect to the printer. so we bought the wrong one. now i have a project due and i cannot print. we have a small USB that fits it but its hard to connect it to the computer and printer because its so small. so if we can have it sent to the printer without the USB that would be perfect!

    Hi,
No, in many cases printers won't come with USB cables. You need a cable which is similar to the following one:

  • Installed a new harddrive in my macbook pro. cannot connect to hp photosmart all in one printer!!

I, recently, installed a new hard drive on my MacBook Pro Laptop Computer (2007 model).
Now, I cannot print out anything on my HP Photosmart  C7180 All-In-One Printer! They don't
seem to be connected, as the printer icon shows up on my computer,  and then, immediately, evaporates
    into thin air.
How do I connect my HP Printer to my laptop, now that I have a new harddrive installed?

    Hello Lady22:
When you received your printer you should have received two insulation disks one is for Windows computers and the other one is for Mac ( Apple Computer) If you have the disks please install Mac disk.  Apple computers do search and down load the parcel software so you can do basic printing commands. You need to find the program that is some where in your computer that allows you to hook up Pinters and Devices. Ounce you find this open it up then connect the printer cable to the lap top. The computer program will list HP's printers yuo need to select your printers model number. Then it will down load the drivers for it to run basic commands. Ounce they are download run a test to make sure it is working right. Contact HP's store and asked them to send you a new set of insulation disk. Your old disk may have fine dust film on them. Clean them off pior to inserting them If you use glass cleaner and fine cloth make sure they are dry off before you insert them. If you used them before maybe a speck of dirt blocked out parcel program that caused it not to install correctly . frrw

  • How to connect my iPad to wireless dest 3511e all in one HP printer

How to connect my wireless printer to my iPad HP dest jet 3511e all in one SN [Personal Information Removed]

    Hi Alicerief,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you would like to know how to print from your iPad to your Deskjet 3511 printer.
Your printer is AirPrint and ePrint capable so you should be able to use either method to print once your printer is connected to your wireless network. The instructions on connecting your printer to your wireless network can be found in your user guide. You can designate it as a wireless printer during the setup as detailed in the section "Traditional wireless connection" on page 32.  If you have already installed your printer onto your computer using a USB connection, the instructions to switch to a wireless connection can also be found on page 32 in the section titled "Change from a USB connection to a wireless network".
I have included several reference documents for you. The first one reviews printing from an Apple mobile device to your printer. I have also included the document on how to setup ePrint and customize the printer's ePrint email address. There are two mobile apps available from HP that will allow you to send print jobs to your printer, the HP ePrint mobile app and the HP All-in-One Printer Remote app. The AiO app will also allow you to scan from your printer to your iPad. I have included the FAQ documents for both apps.

  • How to connect a second monitor/TV to HP ENVY Beats All-In-One

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is even possible to connect a second monitor to the HP ENVY Beats All-In-One Desktop PC, because I'm trying to connect my TV as the second monitor through HDMI and I've tried everything that I could, but have come up empty handed?
    This question was solved.

    Hi,
What is the model/product of your AIO machine ? I many cases, you can't use HDMI port to connect to a TV because it is HDMI IN port. You need USB - HDMI converter/adapter to connect to a TV (or monitor).
    Regards.
