Connecting Photosmart B209 by bluetooth to an android Smartphone in order to print directly

Question

I have a HP Photosmart B209 All-in-One printer. It states in the manual  "If you insert an HP Bluetooth Adapter (such as the HP bt500) into the front USB port, you can print to the HP Photosmart from Bluetooth devices such as PDAs, camera phones,
and computers". On the Galaxy S, I installed the Samsung Mobile Print application.
I inserted a Blue Soleil bluetooth adaptor into the front USB port on the printer and my Galaxy S Smartphone was recognised and both the printer and the Galaxy S displayed that they were paired, but I am unable to connect the two!
Am I misundrstanding something?

Hi there, firstly is the printer already connected to a wireless network? If yes, great, if not here is a link to the printer's user guide, page 5 is where the instructions on setting up the printer wirelessly begin. Post back if you are having any trouble with this.
With the printer connected to your WiFi network, next you'll need to install the free HP ePrint mobile app from the Google Play store on your Android device. Open the Google Play store app on the device and in the search function enter "HP ePrint". The app icon looks like the one below. Once installed on the Android device open up the app and you'll see a choice of "Photos" "Web" or "File" which represent the different types of content you can print from the app. Navigate to the piece of content you'd like to print and your Photosmart B209 should be found by the app as the available printer. At this point you can either press the Print button at the bottom of the display or adjust print settings by pressing the icon in the top right corner of the display. Here you can select paper type and size, print quality and number of copies among other things.
