Connecting remote station

Question

i am planning a network with headquarter and 2 branches all 3 sites
connected to the internet, each site have the following
headquarter: 3 real IP's (router, nw 6.5 Server, firewall) - ISP 1
all other workstations on the headquarter having a dynamic IP's using
DHCP.
branch: 2 real IP's (router, firewall) - ISP 2
all other workstations on the headquarter having a dynamic IP's using
DHCP.
routers will be CISCO for one branch connecting to frame relay line and
Linksys with VPN support at headquarte and the other branch connecting to
DSL line.
the 2 branches does not have any server.
can i login from workstations at each branch to the main server at the HQ
using it's IP or server name as i do inside HQ LAN???
does any one try this type of implementations
note that workstations will be LINUX, and Win98
