We want to connect MII with Printer to get the data from printer.
How to connect MII with printer. if through custom action , how to do it?

Good. So the problem does not involve printer's drivers.
Have you followed the troubleshooting guide printing over a network.

Deskjet Advantage 3540 (Envy 4500): Computer won't connect with printer during software installation

I just bought this printer and I am trying to install it by using the HP installation CD but I am running into difficulties to complete the process. The problem is that the computer won't connect with the printer (but my printer connects fine with my Wi-Fi network) and installation does not complete.
The HP software installation process appears to go normally (at least no error messages are shown) but when it gets to the part where it asks me how I would like to connect to the printer (Wireless or USB cable) I get an error message when I select Wireless Mode. My printer appears listed but as soon as I select it, a dialog is shown stating that "network installation could not be performed".
Below are the dialogs and what happens (text is in portuguese but you get the idea)
Dialog 1: selecting wireless connection mode
Dialog 2: printer appears in list and I select it
Dialog 3: Error message is shown, no further details
Here are some more facts:
(1) Printer connect fines with my Wi-Fi network: the connection details are correctly shown in its display (Wi-Fi SSID and IP 192.168.0.6) ;
(2) If I go to a web browser in my computer and type in the IP address, I can access the printer's webpage fine;
(3) I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP software;
(4) I've resetted my router;
(5) I've executed "HP Print and Scan Doctor" utility and it states my software hasn't been installed (which I don't understand) and it tries to download HP software and install one more time and I get to the error.
(6) If I go to "Start" menu, I can see the HP group is empty (installation only creates icons on my desktop). See picture below:
My OS is Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate (Service Pack 1)
EDIT: I've just discovered the inkjet Advantage 3540 and Envy 4500 appear to be the same printer, each target to a different market.
Help is much appreciated as I tried a lot of things to make this printer work wirelessly with my computer but without success.

HP Officejet 6700 Premium: eprint works; connection with printer cable doesn't

Just bought a new Officejet 6700 Premium. I had the same model before. Setup worked well and eprint functions. But with the last Officejet I had, I could also connect it with a printer cable and then I could print directly without having to send an email. I find this useful, because there is not so much waste of paper and ink on pages I don't need (sometimes I only want to print one page from a series of several pages or I want to print something directly from the internet). With the new model I have connected the printer and my computer with the printer cable, but I cannot print with the option of, for example, "print this page", but always have to make a pdf and then attach this to an email and send it to hpeprint. Can someone tell me what I have to do in order to be able to print directly with the printer cable? Thank you in advance!

Iphone and ipad won't connect with printer

I just got an HP photosmart B210A printer. The printer works great with wireless from my pc. When I want to print from my iphone or ipad they see the printer, I press print and all I get is that it is connecting with the printer. Does anyone have any

Hi,
On both the iPhone and iPad..
Tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings
Then restart your devices. Try printing.
Restarting the router may help also.

Cannot establish wireless connection with printer

HP Photosmart C4780/Windows 7 64 bit/no error messages
This printer was previously running on this PC via a network router. I replaced the router with a new one and have not been able to reconnect the printer to the new network. The printer works when connected via the USB cable. The blue wireless light is ON on the printer panel.
Following the troubleshooting guidance of HP on line, I disconnected the USB cable and put in the printer install disk, hit launch pad/Configure Network Device which goes to a window "Reconfiguring Network Device". This runs for hours and never gives me the next step (never asks me to connect the USB cable).
I was able to print out a Printer Status Report when the printer was connected via the USB cable.

You have to run the Wireless setup wizard from your printer to connect it to the network with your new router-
You will have to enter the SSID & WEP/WPA KEY
Although I work for HP, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Cdero, welcome to the forum. Try printing a network configuration page. Follow these steps to print a configuration page.
Touch the button ( ) next to the Setup icon ( ) in the lower-left corner of the HP product control panel. The Setup menu opens.
Touch the Right Arrow button ( ) to scroll through the options and select Wireless , and then touch OK . The Wireless menu opens.
Touch the Right Arrow button ( ) to scroll through the options and select Wireless Settings , and then touch OK . The Wireless Settings menu opens.
Touch the Right Arrow button ( ) to scroll through the options and select Print Network Configuration Page , and then touch OK .
Let me know if the printer has an IP address. Should be in this format: 123.456.789

Installed snow leopard on 2006 computer, now cannot connect with printer

There is an error message that is not listed in the manual when trying to print now. Any suggestions? Should I unistall the driver and reinstall it? If so how? Thank you!

Well, you're not listing any information on your printer and no specific iMac model, so helping is a bit of a guess at this point:
First, go to Print Pane in System Preferences and uninstall (delete or the minus sign) the printer if shown. Then click the + to add it. Make sure the printer is connected and on at that point. If that does not work, go to the printer mfr's website and check their support for new drivers, how to uninstall old and how to install new ones.
This happens quite frequently - you have to update your softwares and drivers when you install an OS update.

TS1253 Connection with printer works, but keeps dropping

I am having the same problem. Was wondering if you ever figured out the solution? My set up was working fine for years until I moved. Now it doesn't work. I have to re-setup the connection every time I want to print. The only difference in my new place is the internet is AT&T DSL, where as before I had Verizon Fios. Do you think this is causing the problem?
Anyone out there in Apple Support Land have some answers for us? I am desperate!

Is it possible to be connected with a 3G modem for internet access and a WiFi router for printer sharing at the same time?

For our only internet access we have a 3G wireless modem. I have since purchased a WiFi printer and router to connect all the comptuters to in the house. The PCs have no problem with using both the 3G connection and the WiFi signal at the same time to print, however, the MacBook Pro will not connect to the 3G network and the router, it will drop the internet access from the modem and attempt to connect via WiFi (which has no internet access). Is there a solution that is available to remedy this? I attempted to create an adhoc printer network, however, the macbooks again will not print off of this, only the PCs. And I'm getting a bit frustrated overall with this.

The 3G wireless modem is on one of the PC's correct?
Why don't you pass the Internet through the Ethernet port to the router via Cat5 cable, then have that transmit a Wifi signal that everything else can use, then connect the printer to the router for print sharing?
You would have to turn off the wifi on the comptuer with the 3G modem as it's physically connected to the router and can't connect to the other machines as they are all connected to the router for sharing.
The Mac has the ability to pass, Internet Sharing in the System Preferences.
Do you have software for the Mac to run the 3G modem?

Well the easiest would be to plug your printer directly into your extreme using either the USB or Ethernet connection.
Make sure you then install bonjour and use the printer wizard to convert your printer...
