Connection error-need help

I am getting the following when I go to one of my email accounts:
Connection error
the following error has prevented a successful connectionL unable to connect to imap.vzw.net (read timed out)
and then it gives me the settings/retry part.
What Can I do to get this working

Database Connection Error - Need Help

I have a Crystal Reports report that "stopped working". When I preview the report, I receive a Database Connection error. I have a copy of the error posted at http://www.foreigncandy.com/crystalreportserror.jpg.
Anyone have any ideas what's causing this? We are new to SAP and Crystal Reports.

I'm not sure what database version you are looking for. it's Crystal Reports 2008 version 12.
Could it be a a problem with the setup of an item?

Connection Error - NEED HELP BAD.

I keep getting this error message. What is the problem and can't anyone explain it in plain terms of what I need to do? What exactly is the problem? I keep reading replies to others' posts about this issue and I can't make heads or tails of what I'm supposed to do. I am not a Mac Tech. I speak English and don't understand all the tech stuff! That's why I own a Mac!

I'm having the same problems with mine. I have a powerbook g4- 10.4.7. I bought my isight so that i could talk to my girlfriend who goes to school in washington. She has a Macbook. I can easily talk to everyone else but her. Amazing I know. Just my luck. Can anyone help me with this? I'm connected to my schools internet system and i can chat with people in washington also but not her. I also cant talk to my friend who goes to my school and is also on the same network as me. I am using an ethernet cable or i can connect to wireless. We are known to have a T1 internet. Please help me.

Failed to connect Error - Need Help, Please

I installed , created the simple "Hello" program and it ran fine on the simulator.
Then, I click the run OTA and now I'm in deep yogurt!
I get the message:
*** Error ***
Failed to connect to device 0!
Reason:
Emulator 0 terminated while waiting for it to register!
BUILD SUCCESSFUL (total time: 4 seconds)
I just want to restore things to what they were before I selected Run OTA. I've been reading for the past 3 hours and haven't found out to restore. I even deleted and re-installed but, still get the same meassge (probably some saved java pref file...). Anyway, HOW TO RESTORE to a virgin setup????

Acrobat Error - need help! - Acrobat 9 Pro

When I try to open an acrobat files my it trys to Open EVERY acrobat file on my computer and does so until I get the following message
"There was an error opening this document. The maximum number of files are already open. No other files can be opened or printed until some are closed"
Then I have to force quit.
This just started happending a few months ago
I am on a Mac OSX
I need help! Any suggestions?

I have Nokia 5230 it has Symbian 9.4, 5th Edition
I am having some strange problem with my mobile, don't know what to do.
So here is my problem :-
When i insert Tata Docomo Sim Card in my 5230, and whenever i try to call any one it says Connection Error and am not able to call anyone, nor able to receive any, although the network signal is full.
When i removed Docomo simcard, and inserted Reliance in 5230, than it works fine and i am able to send & receive calls.
When i put that Same Docomo simcard in Motorola, than it also works fine.
Why does Docomo simcard shows Connection Error in Nokia and works fine in Motorola??
So i am freaked out. What exactly the problem is ??????

Sometimes if a phone is branded (or even if it's not) you may need to contact whoever supplies your sim card to get them to send the settings required to your handset, try contacting your service provider, they should be able to solve your problem. This doesn't seam to be a Nokia/Handset problem !!

I think you need to configure proxy for the JRE
If you are using windows Go to control panel , you will find an icon called java plugin. if you have installed multiple JRE you will find multiple icons . Select the one which is configured to browser.
You will find a proxies tab in that window , add the proxy details there

Why my java program work well under C:\, but can't under D:\Java today? It worked well even yesterday. I had tried the "Hello World", it can not work under D:\Java either.

Without knowing what exactly you entered, I would guess that what you filled in wasn't exactly correct. Do you have an Oracle client already installed on your computer? If so, verify that what you filled in on the new connection matches the information for that DB in your TNSNAMES file (tnsping will report the server and port if you can't find the TNSNAMES file).

Mysql connections error needing flush

Connected SQL Developer to a mysql database which worked OK. Used latest mysql connector and added it to prefs.
Problem is that after awhile SQLDeveloper comes back that mysql has too many connection errors and I should use "mysqladmin flush-hosts". The errors are related to my sqldeveloper as other applicatinos continue to access the db ok.
I was careful to connect and disconnect in sqldeveloper but this still happens.
I know I can increase the connection count, etc. in mysql but I'm thinking that just extends any problem.
Any ideas ? thanks

"mysqladmin flush-hosts".
I ran the command on the mysql test box. I have not investigated it as a SQLDevelloper problem - I thought it was a mysql admin command.

Documaker 12.1 - ODBC - SQL Setup Error - Need Help

We are facing issues while trying to checkout/read the resources from the SQL tables. We are getting an error "An error occured getting the file". We use "ODBC" driver for connecting to SQL database and the ODBC test connection seems to run succesfully. This doesn't seems to be a connectivity issue as we are able to see that the resources are listed in IDE.
Studio somehow is not able to read/load the data from the application data table. Do we need to set-up any access privileges for the database and tables to enable the DMStudio to access it.

Hi,
When you run the Create New Workspace wizard in Documaker Studio and select your DBMS type it tries to deploy the tables through our ODBC connection.
If successful it will then create the workspace with some minumum resources and query for other info like Font Cross-reference file, etc. and when done you have a complete workspace which includes INI, DFD configuration files specific to your choice of DBMS type. This workspace and it configuration files (e.g. fsiuser.ini, fsisys.ini, deflib\carfile.dfd, etc.) are needed for access to the workspace properly.
If the wizard is unsuccessful (for reasons such as permissions, access, etc.) it will let you generate a DDL and pass it off to the qualified personnel but it expects you to either leave the studio running and continue from there or to re-run the create workspace to complete the task and configuration. If you stop at the DDL stage and don't complete the task but try and use internal defaults for the configuration files the resource may appear to deploy but they will not load upon studio preview or attempt by the publishing engine to process with them because the internal configuration does not use the appropriated datatype for the database. This situation would be classified as improper or incomplete workspace creation.
I suspect you hit this problem. Going back and configuring a workspace to just talk to the database is not appropriate and can have undefined results.

2) Do you plan on using the Express to extend the range of your network, or are you only going to be using it for AirTunes or printer sharing?
3) When and where do you see the error message? If possible, can you provide the exact wording?
4) Is AirPort Utility able to find the Express?
