je travail en ce moment sur une application cRIO que je veux l'afficher sur un touch panel, j'aimerai savoir comment faut faire pour pouvoir réaliser un petit sous réseau qui me permettra a la fois d'envoiyé mon programme à partir de mon pc et en suite que le touch panel puisse communiquer avec le cRIO

Pour établir une communication entre votre cRIO et votre Touch Panel, vous pouvez utiliser les variables partagées qui reposent sur une communication PSP.

Communication Compact RIO et Touch Panel

Bonjour,
Je suis face à un petit problème qui pourrait devenir génant.
Je dois faire communiquer un Touch Panel avec un Compact RIO de manière autonome (sans PC).
Jusque là, pour la programmation, j'avais connecté mon PC, le Touch Panel et le compact à un hub ethernet, et cela me permettait d'envoyer les programmes correspondant, sur le Touch Panel et le Compact RIO via le PC de développement, et de tester si le Touc Panel et lme compact RIO communiquaient bien ensemble. Jusque là pas de problème tout fonctionne. Mais lorsque je déconnecte le PC du hub (et donc du réseau, ce qui sera la configuration finale = juste une relation entre le compact RIO et le Touch Panel), la communication ne se fait plus!!!!
D'où vient ce problème? Est ce qu'il faut une configuration spéciale des switchs du Compact RIO pour qu'il communique de manière autonome avec le Touch Panel?

En effet, la configuration du CompactRIO ne pourra se faire que sur le port 1. En revanche, il doit être possible d'établir une communication entre le Touch Panel et le cRIO par le second port.

Compact Field Point with Touch Panel

Hi.
Have anyone designed a NI Compact Field Point or Compact RIO with a connected Touch Panel Monitor?
I have an instrument with RS232 output (serial data). Since I am using LabVIEW 8,
the executed application should run in Embedded WinXP. But, I need a touch panel for control and monitoring.
I would appreciate any advise please.

Hey Bon,
What kind of information are you looking for? NI sells a TPC 2006 device which is a touch panel and runs windows CE. This device can be programmed using LabVIEW PDA. This device has a Ethernet port so that you can also communicate to the cRIO or the cFP. Is this what you are looking to do? You can call in on (888) 280-7645 and a sales person would be able to understand your application much better and advise you accordingly.

J'ai réussi à faire fonctionner le Touch Panel avec mon PC, le compact RIO avec le PC mais maintenant je voudrai qu'il fonctionnent de manière autonome entre eux (le Touch panel devant réaliser l'interface graphique et lire/envoyer les données de/sur le compact RIO?

Je travail actuelement avec un Touch Panel TPC 2106, un modul Field Point 2120 avec la version 8.5 de LabView.
Je suis arrivé pour le moment à charger un VI dans le Touch Panel, un autre dans le Field Point et les faire communiquer de maniere autonome.
J'aimerais maintenant dans le Touch Panel pouvoir afficher plusieurs "pages". Est-il possible d'ouvrir de naviguer entre plusieurs VI comme sous LabView? Je n'ai pour le moment pas trouver la methode adequate.

LabVIEW Touch Panel -- I can not get activesync to connect between the TPC-2012 and my XP workstation. There is no USB client connection on TPC-2012

How do I get the TPC-2012 to connect to my workstation? I have read all the hardware manuals, getting started manuals: nothing works. The remote access using http://x.x.x.x/RemoteAdmin does not work. I have tried to get the FTP service working using the instructions in "How do I configure the FTP server on tpc-2006 and TPC-2016" . Active sync seems to want a USB connection only. I have tried to connect a serial line between com1 on the TPC and com4 on my XP workstation with no results.
I have been able to use the touch panel module with my iPAQ. It worked flawlessly the first time.

configured to obtain an IP address automatically?I' ve tried both static IP address and that it obtain IP address automatically, I have also done it with the TPC.
Also, does your TPC
get a valid IP address when the connection to your desktop is present? - when TPC is set to obtain adress automatically it gets IP address and then after some time it loses it - it is set to 0.0.0.0, and then it obtains the IP adress again and so on.
Can you provide the address, subnet, and gateway you're getting for
both machines?- I've done it, but it didn'e help
Also any firewall settings or exceptions you may have
active if the firewall is enabled? - firewall is disabled
I'd also like to know what
modules and toolkits you do have installed on both the TPC - TPC is new and I haven't installed there anything.
On my desktop - I have standard Labview 8.2,the real time module is installed. All I know, there are already drivers for TPC2012 in this LabView version. On the included CD I have only drivers for another TPCs.

C’est un site de langue anglaise.
Toutefois, trois barres signifient que le router wl fonctionne, pas nécessairement qu’il y a une connection effective à l’internet, donc tu dois vérifier que l’internet est vraiement accessible, pas seulement que le router est en ordre.

Ajouter des couleurs avec un Touch Panel

J'ai réalisé plusieurs VI, avec des boutons, et je souhaiterais colorier ces boutons (fond du bouton d'une certaine couleur), et surtout que cela se voit sur le Touch Panel.
En effet, changer de couleurs de fond des boutons, ça je sais faire, mais la plupart du temps le bouton reste gris lorsque j'exécute le programme sur le Touch Panel. Je dis la "plupart" du temps, car j'ai réussi à rendre un bouton jaune, mais pas moyen de rendre un bouton rouge ou vert!!
Aidez moi please!!

bonjour à vous, pour avoir réalisé des softs sur Touch Panel CE, il me semble qu'il faut utiliser les boutons de style 3D. Les autres n'ont pas le même comportement sur les propriétés modifiables.

Communication entre CompactRIO et SIMATIC TOUCH PANEL

Bonjour,
dans le cadre du retrofit d'une installation, je souhaite faire communiquer un compactRIO avec un SiMATIC TOUCH PANEL de chez SIEMENS.
Je sais qu'il existe des cartes Profibus et Profinet pour le CompactRIO, mais je ne trouve que des exemples de communication avec les automates et pas les HMI Panel.
Comme il s'agit d'un protocole propriétaire, j'ai un doute sur la possibilité de communiquer avec ces produits.
Y-a-t'il des retours d'expérience sur ce genre de genre d'assiociation?

Your questions seems to be "Can we communicate between a cRIO profibus module and a Simatic touch panel?"
If the Simatic touch panel supports profibus communication the answer is yes, it will work. There are several different types of profibus communication, and the levels which NI supports are documented here. Looking at the documentation for the Simatic panel should tell you if the communication is supported.

Suppression de fichiers sur Touch Panel

Bonjour,
J'ai un petit souçis avec mon Touch Panel.
Je souhaite céer des fichiers textes (compte rendus d'opérations), les sauvegarder sur le Touch panel et pouvoir les ouvrir par la suite.
La création se fait bien, l'opération d'ouverture d'un fichier aussi, cependant, lorsque j'éteint le Touch Panel (coupure de l'alimentation), puis que je le rallume, les fichiers créés ont disparus!
De même j'ai essayé de créer un nouveau dossier dans le répertoire "My Documents" du Touch Panel, il se créé bien mais de même, lorsuqe je coupe l'alim de l'écran pour l'éteindre et que je le réallume, ce dossier a disparu.
D'où vient ce problème?
J'utilise un Touch Panel TPC 2106

Avez vous essayé de sauvegarder vos documents dans un autre répertoire que \My Documents ?
En effet, ce répertoire est stocké dans une mémoire volatile sur le TPC. De ce fait, lors de la coupure de l'alimentation du Touch Panel, vous perdez vos données.

Can I use third party Windows CE based touch panel to control my system?

I want to use a WindowsCE based touch panel to control my system by connecting a CompactDAQ to it through USB and installing the.exe file built from LabVIEW and installing the CompactDAQ drivers.
It sounds doable, but I don't know if WindowsCE does support those .exe files or the hardware drivers or if there is something I can do to make it support them. I hope anyone has an idea about this and can help me.

"The deployment procedures discussed previously for NI touch panels are not guaranteed to work for third party touch panels. If the use of a third-party touch panel is desired it must met certain requirements in order for the LabVIEW touch panel module to properly work with it.
The LabVIEW Touch Panel module only officially supports the two operating systems and two processors that the NI touch panel devices are based on. The operating systems supported are Windows CE 4.2/5.0 and Windows XP Embedded, while the supported processors include the StrongARM, XScale, and x86.
Another consideration when using a third-party touch panel is that a LabVIEW Touch Panel Deployment License must be purchased for each deployment of an application developed with the LabVIEW Touch Panel module.
In addition, specific Microsoft tools must be installed on the touch panel target in order for the LabVIEW Touch Panel application to function as expected. The following Microsoft eMbedded Visual Tools need to be installed:
Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0
Microsoft eMbedded Visual C++ SP 4 or later
SDK for Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PCs

I suspect you really have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1. Are you sure you really do not have a 2G iPod? Those can only go to 4.2.1

Duplicate MAC addresses on touch panels

I have 2 TPC 2012 touch panels (out of 15) with the same MAC address. Of course since the MAC address is the same, this causes network problems such as duplicate DHCP assigned IP addresses.
How can this happen?

Hello,
Before we go any further, I need to confirm that the MAC addresses are really the same. I need you to submit a screenshot of the two addresses.
Can you type ipconfig/all in your command prompt. Take a screen shot of the Physical Address. Also, go to control panel > network connections > local area connection. Right-click and go to Properties. Left-click on Configure. Take a screenshot of the Advanced Tab as well. Post those and we'll go from there.

Controller and Touch Panel having slow communication over network

I'm using a cFP-2100 and a Touch Panel CE 4.2 Device, and they're communicating over my company's network via an ethernet switch. The controller and touch panel are in constant communication, since the touch panel reflects the current status of the VI using network-published shared variables. However, when I make a selection on the touch panel, it can take a LONG time to register at the controller. Is there any way I can speed this up? Does anyone know what might be causing the long lag times?

Hello Eric,
How long are we talking here? What sort of traffic do you have on your work network? If you connect the two of these to a switch on an isolated connection do you still see a significant amount of lag time between updates.
