Bonjour,
j'ai fait ma mise à jour IOS7 avec mon iphone 5 ce week end, et depuis je n'arrive plus à me connecter à ITUNES STORE depuis mon iphone, à chaque fois j'ai le message "Connexion ITUNES STORE impossible", j'ai déjà refait une synchronisation depuis, je peux à partir de l'apple store acheter des applications, mais je ne peux pas ouvrir l'application itunes store.
qui a une solution ?

Selon mes pauvres connaissance cela n'est pas possible.
Ou pas encore. Qui c'est si apple améliorera cela dans ses prochaines mises à jour?...
Si tu trouves cela vraiment important tu peux encore le jailbreaker (aurosisé par apple, mais ils n'aiment pas trop).
Avec certains tweaks tu peux vérouiller les apps de ton choix. Par contre le jailbreak est assez compliqué.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

Voilà alors j'ai un Iphone 4S iOS 5.1.1, je peux télécharger des applications ou autres, mais je ne peux plus mettre mes applications à jour (je ne vois même pas si des mises à jour sont disponibles) car lorsque je vais dans l'onglet "mise à jour", le message "Connexion à l'Itunes Store impossible" apparait.

J'avais le meme problème sur mon iPad, tu dois faire une restauration via iTune, moi ca reglé mon problème

Try this:
1. Settings>General>Date & Time>Turn off set automatically
2. Set date one year ahead
3. Go back to iTunes and try again.
4. You will get the same error.
5. Go back to settings general date and time and turn back on 'set automatically'
Try connecting to iTune Store again.

s'affiche quand je veux mettre à jour une app ou en intstaller ou en acheter une.
Itunes fonctionne correctement sur mon Imac mais pas sur mon Ipad.
Que dois-faire ?

1. Double press the home button to pull up the quick access list. 2. Hold down the icon so you can "shut it down". And shut down the App store app. 3. Relaunch - this puts hte default selection to "Featured Apps" instead of upgrade. Once this popped up I was able to navigate to the Upgrades and everything worked fine.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your phone and re-download it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on it, or the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

The problem is from all the 9 songs I've paid for, only 7 are still available from this list on my iPhone. There is no possibility to download the other 2 without paying for them. I went back on iTunes I've found the the songs I already downloaded in October that should be on my playlist but if I click on them it will charge me again 0,99 cents. 2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. The problem is with version 10.4.1. I had to reload 10.3 to get it to work. The recommendation from a previous poster worked for me. Here was their list of steps:
Go to Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall
2. Uninstall the following Apple programs in the following order:
     a. iTunes
     b. QuickTime
     c. Apple Software Update
     d. Apple Mobile Devices Support
     e. Bonjour
     f. Apple Appllcation Support
3. Reboot PC
4. Find, Download and Install iTunes 10.3 (you can find it at FileHippo.com)
If you start iTunes now you will get an error message saying that the current iTunes library was created by a newer version of iTunes. To correct this:
5. Go to your Music>iTunes folder and delete the "iTunes Library.itl" database file
6. Within this iTunes folder find and open the "Previous iTunes Libraries" folder and locate the most recently dated "iTunes Library (date).itl" database file.
7. Copy and Paste this file back into the iTunes folder
8. Rename this "iTunes Library (date).itl" file by removing the date. It should say "iTunes Library.itl"
9. Reboot PC

If you are a US customer, try forcing all applications to close and power cycle the device. Test accessing iTunes Radio after processing these steps. I would also make sure cellular data is enabled for iTunes.
