of a team developing a website that may change the way people act towards
conservation and may indeed change the future of conservation volunteering

set up the way the site works will require a few trusted overseers, it must
be stressed that the site is none profit making in intent possible small
amounts may be paid for its construction but these will not be large. Anyone
interested in helping in the construction of this website will be rewarded
but further down the line and through simplwe satisfaction of seeing a
useful and well thought out idea coming to life at their own hands. please

Ah, my bad. I took it you were either coming back to BT or was explaining to us that you were already a BT customer and was thinking of taking out BTVision and was wondering what cables were needed. The reason I mentioned scart and hdmi was purely to let you know that the only additional cost would of been an HDMI cable.

Help please, combining AND filters with OR filters

It's working fairly well EXCEPT, and this is a big except: selectors WITHIN each fieldset should be "or" but BETWEEN fieldsets as "and"
In other words, clicking "red" and "yellow" in "color" should get you both kinds of tomatoes. This is how I set it up.
Now, if you check "class" = "heirloom" is adds all the ones that match that term, so you get more tomatoes. I would like "heirloom" to be an "AND" so the user would get yellow or red heirloom tomatoes.
Make sense?

HELP! Finder and other applications keep crashing after application install

Okay, this was probably not a good idea considering I did not read that it was only for snow leopard... but I downloaded the Metalik theme from Julien Sagot's webpage (http://juliensagot.com/). Now, when I logged out and logged back into my account, I see that Finder keeps quitting and relaunching itself. Safari and other applications do the same thing. I cannot open any files or webpages!! (I am writing this on my other computer, haha)
What is happening!? How can I fix this and return my computer to normal?

Boot the machine into safe mode, holding down the Shift key. If that's successful, delete the nonsensical stuff you installed and try a normal boot.

Airplane help with Webhelp and HTML Help

Hi. We are generating 2 outputs using Robohelp v.6.0: HTML
Help and WebHelp. Standalone they both work fine. The context
sensitive .chm works too. Problems are:
1.) the primary help (Webhelp) does not appear - there isn't
any error msg either.
2.) when an invalid url is used the secondary help file does
appear (HTML help). But this doesn't happen with the correct url of
the primary help - Webhelp
Isn't there supposed to be a reference to the mapping in the
<head> of each htm file?

First, move the styles from the form generator to the <head> of your document. Otherwise there is a possibility browsers could ignore the invalid code.
Then move your form div inside the banner div and set the attribute float:right; in your CSS for the form div. Then you should be good to go.

New Laptop w Vista - Need help transfering Palm and other software to Vista

I got a new laptop that runs Vista. My Palm TX has been the Palm and all other software fine on my Windows XP desktop computer.
How do I move all my Palm info over to the laptop without starting a lot of problems.
Will I still be able to sync my Palm on both my desktop Windows XP and my Vista laptop?????

To sync on your new 32-bit desktop you will need to download the Vista-compatible Palm Desktop 6.2.
You will also need to install Documents To Go v.10 on the new desktop as well...should be fine with Vista. From what I've seen of Beyond Contacts, you will need to upgrade to 3.0083 to gain Vista support. I don't know if that's a paid upgrade or not.
If any of your other third-party apps also have a desktop component or install a conduit for synchronization, you'll need to check with each of them to verify compatibility with Vista and Palm Desktop 6.2.
When you connect to the new computer for the first time after you install Palm Desktop software, just select the TX's current Hotsync ID to sync with, and the data on the TX should automatically migrate into your new installation. But it's always best to be safe rather than sorry. Get a copy of NVBackup (google and download from any legit source such as www.palmgear.com ), and run a complete backup onto a SD card. That way, you'll be minutes away from a full Restore if anything does happen in the transition.
Lastly, if you plan to sync with your two computers, you will need to be careful and only use one of them for full 2-way synchronization, and use the other purely as a clone to hold a copy of the data on the handheld, using Handheld Overwrites Desktop conduit settings on that second computer. Stalled Scrolling and Other Problems- NEED HELP ASAP! HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED/SOLVED, STILL NEED HELP.

Ever since I downloaded Firefox 25, I have had an issue with scrolling. If there was some way to record this, I would, but at this time I cannot, so a description will have to do. If someone knows a way to record what is happening, I will gladly do it to make what I am saying easier to visualize.
On some sites I visit, scrolling will be what can only be described as "choppy"- I will attempt to scroll down, but there will be a small delay before the page responds and scrolls down. Thus, the scrolling does not go smoothly. This mostly happens on sites (tumblr pages especially) with non-scrolling backgrounds (ie backgrounds that do not scroll with the page) on them.
First off, I do not think this is a problem with any extensions, my computer, or the sites themselves. When I open the same pages in Chrome, the issue does not occur and the issue does not occur in all pages.
I have tried clearing the cookies and cache, resetting my browser, disabling hardware acceleration, checking the plugins (problem still happened even when all plugins were disabled), updating my graphics card, and disabling website colors. The first few produced no lasting result/fix, and while disabling website colors did fix the issue, it made the rest of the site/other sites (ones that were working fine) difficult/impossible to use.
One interesting fact of note is this: If I downgrade to Firefox 24, the issue not only disappears, but stays away, and does not occur.
Another fact of note: I have written a previous thread on this issue, but ended up not getting an answer to a second question I had. In the first thread, I was given this possible solution, referring to a bookmarklet I could use/try: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/976244#answer-496960
So my questions here are these:
1) What is going on in Firefox 25 that makes scrolling choppy in that version, but not in version 24 or any other browser except version 25?
2) How exactly do I use that bookmarklet I linked to? Where do I need to place it? How do I get to where I need to place it? How would it work? Is there a way to/Can someone make it into a Greasemonkey (I have Greasemonkey) userscript, if it does work?
Also, is there a way to "bump" my thread without actually commenting on it?

Hi there two things really..... I have a small video booth company in ireland and use prem ele 7 to edit clips for final dvd, normally 120 clips ranging from 15 secs - 45 secs Do i have to drop and drag transitions one at a time or can I drop bulk transitions in for all clips???????
Also I am editing a scotish/irish weddding at the moment and yup someone lifts there kilt and reveals his manhood aI want to keep clip but wandering if its possible to blur or cover it up????????

In version 8, Adobe added the ability to add transitions to several clips at once. In version 7, you still have to drop them onto clips one at a time.

Newbie Needs Help Please - VoIP and VPN

I have a question about some voip/vpn configuration. I've got two sites that have 1760 routers with fxo/fxs cards that are going to be tieing the two phone systems together with a couple of voip trunks. These are secondary devices on the network with no data traffic or real LAN even, but addressed with a 2nd wan ip on the fa 0/0 port. The only traffic going through these routers is voice/voip.
My question is about this voip setup with vpn. First off, should I or shouldn't I, or even can I? If I configure a site-to-site vpn connection, will the voip traffic pass over that? How would I set up a VPN tunnel for only the fxo/fxs cards with no "LAN" behind it? Is there a need to have a vpn? Any benefits to sending the voip data across vpn, other than the obvious encryption of the "call"?
The thing is, I've only setup a VPN with Cisco a few couple of times, and once was from a pre-configured script I found and the other was from some software called SDM. I've only known about setting up VPN's for connecting the LAN behind router A to the LAN behind router B. This setup has NO LAN. The only interfaces are the fa 0/0 (getting static wan ip), and the fxo and fxs cards handling the voice. I have no clue on how to configure a site-to-site VPN for this, or if I even can, or if I should.
The next two replies will have my voip configuration as it sits on the bench in testing; I have both fa 0/0 interfaces connected to the local LAN just for a connection and testing, but each will later be getting it's own static WAN IP on the fa 0/0 interfaces:

Xfi Xtreme Audio Problems with Microphone and other things NEED HELP!!!!

? Alright i have exhausted my search for an answer for my problems.... This is a last resort now!
Im running Windows 7
st Problem: I was having problems with my microphone where people heard themselves through my microphone. Ok well i have a creative Fatility series headset with a supposed noise canceling mic. So last night i was like screw it imma put in the install disk for my sound card Xfi Xtreme Audio.
This Arose my 2nd Problem: Now that the drivers were installed and i finaly got a volume panel it says im running Windows Vista. The name next to my card says Sound Blast X-Fi Xtreme Audio (Vista). Alright so i am running windows 7.... What the heck! Next thing is my microphone doesnt even work! This is just awsome btw and im pretty sure the volume panel isnt even the way it was when i was on an XP system.
So if anyone has a fix to this problem let me know it would be great!

A quick update i was able to fix Problem 2, i had to get rid of what i installed so im just back to Problem . I dont have the VOlume Panel anymore but my microphone still seems to make it so that people can hear themselves....

I recently got BT Infinity installed in my home. The HomeHub3 was installed along with a white box which it connects into and it connects to my phone socket. Everything is working fine.
But to cut a long story short, my Engineer was "Snowed Under" and could not install the extra socket for free as he did not have time. He did say that he could leave me the bits if i weas happy to do it myself. I fix copiers for a living, so i said "no Problem" and hey presto, my good deed for the day was done.
He left a socket (Network port type with 3 slots for wiring on the rear face. a length of 6-core Cat5 type cabling with one end pre wired to a network-type plug. and a small leaflet that came with the cable. The leaflet says to connect the blue and blue+white to two of the connectors on the socket rear face, which i have done. none of the other colours are required apparently.
Now...
I dunno what the pre-wired end plugs into? I have tried the following combinations:
Wall > Infinity white box > Hub3 > Extra socket > Network cable > PC
Wall > Infinity white box > Extra socket> Network cable > Hub3 > Network cable > PC
Basically what i need to know is where do i plug the extra socket cable into???
I should say that the Phone socket/master socket in the hall has only one socket on it, so i cannot plug it in there?

Yes, it is infinity. what i should have said is that the master socket has no SPARE sockets to plug anything into.
So having read this, does this mean that my data extension kit is simply the same as my master socket but farther away?
i.e.: i plug the data extension socket into the master wall socket in my hall and then the modem and HH3 into the other end in my living room?
I thought it would have been an EXTRA socket, in the same style as if i just ran a long Network cable to my living room PC from the HH3?

Help please with 2 users - but need completely separate iCals.

Hi. Hope someone can help with this?? I have a Mac OS X Mountain Lion. I use BusyCal (which I love!) which then syncs with iCal and then to iCloud. All good. On that calendar I have approximately 20 colour coded calendars along with birthdays and holidays etc. Recently I set up a new user on the Mac for my hubby. We synced his new iphone with his itunes on his user account and signed up to icloud. Now... when he views his calendar on his phone, or in iCal or iCloud he sees the option of ALL my 20 odd calendars. He doesn't want them.. I don't want him to have them... How do I stop this happending please? They are listed under available calendars, not showing any events in the calendar, as I have unticked them all. I am just going to check now that I don't have his entries - I didn't think of that - but I need to sign out of his user and go back to mine. Hope someone can shed some light on tis for me. Thanks.

Just checked my iCal and BusyCal and iCloud and his calendar is not there, as far as I can make out anyway - and no entries are in the diary.

insert(K, V): inserts a row (value) with the key specified. The key must not be null and must be unique (not already in the TableIndex). The row (value) must not be null. If the row is successfully inserted true is returned, and the row becomes the current row..
modify(V): change the current row's data to the row (value) specified. The key and the current row key are to remain the same. If successful true is returned.
modify(K, V): change the current row's key and data to the key and row (value) specified. If successful the changed row becomes the new current row. If successful true is returned. Note: this is more difficult than modify(V).
remove(): remove the current row. When a row is deleted the next row (if available) becomes the current row, otherwise if there isn't a next row the previous row becomes the current row, otherwise the table is empty therefore the current row is null.
iterator(): returns an iterator to the rows (values) in the index. The rows are to be retrieved in order. The remove method does not need to be implemented (its method body can be empty)..
the equals method uses the name, and the rows (values) in order when testing for equality.
the toString method should return appropriately formatted data members and the rows (values/data) in the index.

The application class is to make use of the TableIndex class and your data row class. It is to clearly show how the TableIndex class is used, and in doing so, test it. The class should have an appropriate name. The application class should create two indexes of different key data types. One of the indexes must make use of the Comparator interface to have a key that is in descending order.
Output
Output in the test classes/programs is to go to standard out or a text file. There should be no output from the TableIndex class or your data row class. A GUI interface is NOT required. There is no need to input data from the keyboard or file. Use the Unix script command or write output to a text file (etc) to provide example runs of your test programs.

If anyone could Help Please, Variables And just how they work

I think I may have taken on a bit more than i can handle with this project.
I have been asked to create a "Picture in Picture" situation, What i am wanting is to have the background of the File Static with the food menu consistently rolling over coming from a .txt file so it is easy to change the wording and prices, while having adds (up to 50) running on the other half of the screen cutting in and out of Bloopers. I have seen in done once before and was told it was all done in flash, can anyone please help me out, even a tutorial would be great, I have tried the Variable text to no avail, does this need a starting code??
