Consignment delivery status is howing the status being processed

Dear Guru,
I would like to know the reason behing showing the status of consignment delivery document as "BEING PROCESSED".
The scenario is as below:
as we all know that in consignment sales process there are for steps that we require. The steps are as follow:
consignment fill-up
consignement issue
consignment return
consignment pick-up.
In this while going through the consignment fill-up there are two substeps that is required.
careation of sales order and creation of delivery document and pgi.
After doing post goods issue when i m seeing the doucment flow i find that the delivery document status is showing as being processed.
Why?

Open your delivery document and go to Status tab.  This screen will provide you with the necessary details about which step is not yet done because of which the overall status is being processed.  If you have difficulties in analyzing the status screen, provide me the status values against each status that you see on delivery and i will be more than happy to explain them to you.

Can anyone tell me how the Status Profile works in relation to BP's...
For example, how can I view a particular status that a BP has, and can a BP have more than one status against a status profile. Also what date/time details are set when a status is changed?.
    Can anyone help with this?.

    Arap,
Many thanks for the info. As with all these posts, you do your best to try and find out yourself, fail, then raise a question on a site like this. As soon as you do the answer(s) become clear.
I've found transactions BS02 which shows Status Profiles, and associated status.
The Order/transaction holds the status set and can be extracted using the FM/Program CRM_ORDER_READ and using the ET_STATUS table.
That's what I was mainly after.
    Many thanks for your help.

  • VL02N Change Delivery blocked - Sales Order is currently being processed

    Hi Experts,
We have a problem with only 2 deliveries. We try to reverse goods movement in VL09, and the error Text Text * ID * language  not found. Text Determination is ruled out because the rest of the deliveries can be reversed without this error.
    Here are some more findings:
    - When we tried to change the Delivery, error will show 'Sales Order XXX is currently being processed by user'. This is odd because it doesnt say the user name.
    - Sales Document Flow is correct, but when I checked VBFA (table for Document Flow), no entry for Sales Order as preceding document for the delivery, In fact, Sales Order cannot be found as preceding document.
    - When I checked LIPS, the Update Indicator for Delivery Document Flow is blank. Requirement Type and Planning Type also blank.
    - We were able to delete Sales Order even if Delivery is not yet complete. Document flow was then changed where the preceding document of the delivery is a billing document.
It's getting weirder as it goes, any idea is really welcome. Thank you so much.

    Hi Sridhar,
Thank you very much for your answer, that is certainly the case. Some tables werent updated with the preceding document.
    These tables/fields are:
VBFA - Sales Ord missing as preceding document
LIPS - VGTYP field (indicator of what type is the preceding document) is blank, as well as many other indicator fields. Actually, what were filled was just the preceding document number and item number in LIPS.
Additional detail is that we can see the SO in the Document flow of the delivery, but under the delivery item's Preceding Documents tab, it will say that there's no preceding document.
However, the delivery is already GI'd (hence we want to reverse it), and we cannot reverse because of this problem.I found an OSS note that will force update the VBFA table, but still doesnt work, until I added some codes that will also force update the value LIPS-VGTYP = 'C'. However, I dont want to do this because this is a force update...
Any advice will be a great help. Thanks.

  • How the invocation between process and sub-process work?

As I have read throught some posts here and know that the web service whicn is used to trigger the process is asynchronous.
so is the invocation between process and its sub-process asynchronous using web service?
supposed there is a process like below:
    Start Event -
    >Sub-Process ->Automated Task-->EndEvent
    I have some confused questions:
1: is it asyn to invoke the subprocess?
2: if the invocation is asyn, is the next "Automated Task" triggerred before the completion of the nested subprocess? It seems to be, but it is not so reasonable.
3: if the invocation is asyn, how the process get the return value of the nested subprocess?

    Hi John,
the invocation of sub-processes is done via an internal runtime mechanism and not via normal Web Service call.
The sub-process call is synchronous, so the calling process is waiting for the reply from the sub-process. There are a few things to keep in mind when using sub-processes:
If you are branching off parallel execution paths (via a split gateway) within the sub-process and are using a regular end event, only the first token arriving at the end event will return to the calling process. The sub-process will keep running until either the last of its tokens flows into the end event or until the calling process is being terminated. In any case, the calling process will not react to any more tokens arriving at the sub-processes end event.
If you are using parallelism within the sub-process, but want it to terminate once the first token arrives the end, use a terminating end event in the sub-process.
Don't use the correlation condition at the start event of a sub-process. If this condition evaluates to 'false', the sub-process will never be started, but the calling process will wait forever for a reply.
If you want the sub-process call to behave asynchronously, you can model the sub-process to split off a token to the execution path where it does the actual work and have another straight path directly from the split gateway to the (non-terminating) end event. That way the calling process will continue right away, but of course you cannot expect any response coming out of the sub-process.
    Best regards,
    Oliver

  • How the status of certificate can change from Requested

    I have create new wallet.
    The certificate has status Requested.
How can i change it to ready?
What is the role of Certification Authority?
Any one who have worked on ssl.
    Waiting for reply.
    Thanks to all.

You have to export the requested certificate and have it signed by a Certifcate Authority. This can be the Oracle CA (part of 10g AS).
Then use the signed certificate and import it.
Afterwards you'll need to reconfigure the httpd.conf to use the wallet with the signed certificate.

  • Delivery date issue in the ASn inbound process via IDOC

    HI
we want to start with ASN and we ´re already receiving IDOC´s
    DESADV Delvry03
we are using Fm /SPE/IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 and we have tried IDOC_INPUT_DESADV1 but teh reesult was the same.
The segment E1EDT13 Qualifier 007/009/006  exist and we are able to create a inbound delivery. The problem we have is that we are not able to calculate the delivery date in the inbound delivery.
The idea was that the vendors sends us the GI date (Qualifier 007) and our SAP calculates based on the plannend delivery time in the SA/PO the expected GR date 8what we see in MD04). But at the moment we only the creation date as delivery date.
    what do we miss?
    thanks for the help
    regards
    Alex

    Hi,
Firstly, for DESADV processing delivery date field (LFDAT) is taken from qualifier '007' while goods issue is from '006'.
As far as I understood you would like to get delivery date based on data from given delivery schedules. But note that inbound delivery items are not related specifically to delivery schedules. Instead, those are referenced to purchasing document items only. Therefore it is not exactly specified what delivery date should be selected for which inbound delivery.
Alternative could be to perform scheduling for inbound deliveries based on route transit times etc.But in standard inbound delivery types are not available for SD scheduling and thus it is not directly available.
If you need to get such functionality, you would need to use one of the DESADV processing u-exits available and include your own logic for lfdat calculations.

  • How the message is processed in the BPM?

    Hello,
First in XI I developed a scenario JDBC->XI->RFC. It worx now. This time I'd like to use ccBPM for the same process but with time dalay (to be sure, that the process uses the steps from the ccBPM). I've configured following scenario: ->START -> receiver for the message -> transformation -> time delay -> sender -> STOP. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. It still worx in the implicit way - without time delay (so, it worx the same way as it worked, when the ccBPM process didn't exist). How can I assign this process to use the way which has been developed in the ccBPM?
    Thanx very much! Peter

    Hi Peter,
you have to do steps in directory
    import BPM into directory
then use the wizzard twice to create routing:
    1. jdbc to BPM
    2. BPM to RFC
    then it'll work

  • How the 3rd party process will be updated in to credit management

    Hi gurus,
I have a doubt on how to update 3rd party process in to credit management.
So far I know update group 000018 will help to update it in to credit management.
But I already have 000012 in credit control area.
Then how can I place two update group in to credit control area.
    Regards
    Raj

    Hi Raj,
I dont think you can have two update groups into same cr control area.. And whats the need of it..?
By choosing which ever is needed for you business requirement, you can achieve the requirement.
the descriptions of these update groups are self explanatory and you need to chose the one that suits ur requirement.
What do you mean by thirdparty process? is it third party sales..?  if so there is always a sales order in 3rd party sales. Also you will have a customer bill too, select the update group accordingly to include open sales orders or / and open bills
    Thanks

  • How the destroy  xlet process everyWhere you want?

According to the Xlet state Diagram, the Xlet only canbe destoryed when the Xlet enters the "paused" and "active" state. But if "initXlet" and "startXlet" process take too much time, the Xlet will be out of control. (you cannot stop, destory Xlet. when Xlet is doing "initXlet" and "startXlet" process.). The only thing is waiting.
Anyone can tell me how to stop or destory Xlet that is in "initXlet" or "startXlet" process.

Is this introductory Java? There must be a better suited forum for this question... However, as most people in here are kind, I'm sure you will get an answer!
    Good luck

  • How the queries gets processed in data model of report

In a report for e.g there are four queries in data model.
In the first query there is a group there we are calculating the value of a formula column c_currency.
In c_currency for set of values we are calculating :p_curr.
:p_curr is a global variable i.e user parameter.
So :p_curr is getting used in format trigger of next group in second query.
So the first query will execute for suppose 15 set of values.
So :p_curr wil not retain the values for all that 15 sets of values or it will each time overwrite the value?
or whether the first query will execute for first set of value pass to next query then execute for 2nd set.or will it execute all set and will pass :p_curr to next query?

This has nothing to do with the number of tables in your query. Search for the error message in the Reports help and you find this:
Cause:     You are attempting to default a layout that, if created using current settings, would be too large to fit within the defined height and width of a report page.
Action:     Go back to the Report Wizard and reduce the values of default settings (e.g., shorten some field widths). Alternatively, you can increase the size of a report page using the Report property palette. Then redefault your layout. Continue making adjustments as necessary.

  • How to control the status of EDI message in delivery document

    Hello:
We use user exit:EXIT_SAPLV56K_001  in function:IDOC_OUTPUT_Delivery to block the IDOC generation if delivery is blocked in GTS system. The IDOC generation can be blocked successfully by this user exit but the EDI message type will still have the status of "successfully processed" in the delivery doucment after IDOC generation is prevented. So user have to manually repeat the EDI Message type so that this EDI message type can be retriggerred by the background job of RSNAST00.
I am wondering if the EDI message in the delivery document can have the status of "not processed" even after IDOC generation is prevented.
    BR
    Thanks

Did you raise any exception like ERROR_MESSAGE_RECEIVED from the exit when the delivery is blocked?
The most important is the RSNASTED should get some exception to set RC = 4 (Non-zero). Only in that case, the EDI message type will go to error (i.e. VSTAT = 2)  otherwise, by-default the RC = 0 unless we lead it to set to non-zero. Unless u make VSTAT = 2, you can't process it thru' RSNAST00 or better RSNAST0F for reprocessing the messages that go to error.

  • How to find the status of INS, CAP, NUM keys??

    Hello everyone,
I am trying to develop a text editor where i want to show the status of INSERT, CAPS-LOCK, and NUM-LOCK keys.
i am able to know the key pressed using KeyEvent.VK_CAPS_LOCK, KeyEvent.VK_INSERT, KeyEvent.VK_NUM_LOCK respectievely.
But, i want to know the initial status i.e the status of the keys at the time of starting the application.
Is there any way to get the key properties i.e whether they are on/off?
so that I can use them as the initial status and then can change afterwards.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,

    @Mr_Evil,
    Sir,
Does it have such a state? Since INS key is not locking key (coz, on the keyboard it shows Num Lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock..but not Ins Lock. The former one have led too to indicate the status) we are not able to query the Key directly.
    Isn't it up to the
application to decide whether it should be in insert
or overwrite mode?Exactly, this is done in EDIT (type EDIT at command prompt)...inspite of whatever the key status is, it starts with INS off mode.
But consider the case of MS WORD,
It does not start with a particular mode. It depends upon the system's INS key status..
Let, initially the Key is off.
Start MS WORD...OVR will be hidden in status bar
Again close MS WORD and press the INS key once.
Again Start MS WORD...and you will find out that OVR is showing.
This is my point, if we cannot do it directly...then is there any other way to do the same.any idea how to find this status?
I hope I am clear what I need?
    Regards,

  • How can I make the status messages appear IN the status bar / add-on bar instead of floating ABOVE the status bar? (like it used to)

now that I have the status bar back, why won't it show the status messages IN the status bar?

The Status-4-Evar add-on can do this, it makes the add-ons bar behave in a similar way to the status bar in Firefox 3.6 and earlier.
