Hi--
Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
First off, do you have a lot of these log entries, or just the one? Second, can you recall what you were doing at the time when this log entry appeared? Sometimes there's a date and time stamp at the beginning of the log entry that will tell you when the entry was made.
In the log itself, it's basically saying that the Pasteboard Server (pbs) logged an error where it couldn't read from a property list (a type of preferences file). And that it's the file located at that path. That file, at least on my computer, gives a bunch of names for parts of the day, and when they occur. For example, here's one of the entries:

This error can sometimes be odd, in that the error isn't really in that file, but some other property list. You should be able to check that file by opening the Terminal application and using this command (copy and paste it in, then hit the "enter" key):
<pre class="command">plutil -lint /System/Library/Frameworks/Foundation.framework/Resources/Languages/en</pre>
If the file is okay, then it should print the whole path back out, with "OK" on the end. If it doesn't say "OK", then post back with the message it gives...
