Consolidation in SAP B1 2005 patch level 36

Hello Everyone
      I want to know is Database Consolidation possible in SAP B1. If yes how?
For Example:
>>  i am maintaining Two companies  say XYZ Ltd. and ABC Ltd. with two different databases say XYZ and ABC,
         -->  now when i am posting an A/R Invoice from XYZ to ABC is it possible that a reverse entry is posted automatically in ABC Ltd.i.e. a sale for XYZ will be posted as Purchase for ABC. 
         --> if  both the companies are running there own MRP process then can we get a consolidated MRP report for both the companies?
can any one tell me how these can be done????

  • SAP GUI 720 (patch level 6) - Date field problem

    in selection screens (like transaction IW38) some users use the F4 help and the enter key to select a date (like field "Period"): they jump with the tab key to the field, delete the current entry and then press F4 and hit the enter key in the popup to get today's date. (Reason: faster than using the mouse, they say...)
    This does not work anymore with SAP GUI version 7.20: The enter key is not working in the popup. Does anyone know a fix for this or is it intended to work this way?

    Interesting is:
    I have a PC with an older version of SAP GUI 7.20 (patch level 2). There it works as previously with 7.10 (hitting the enter key in the calendar popup window works).
    The reason is (haven't noticed that before), that in 7.20_2 the focus in the calendar popup is in the calendar itself (the lower part). In 7.20_6 the focus is on the top line, where the current date is displayed (like 29.08.2011), and the day is highlighted. The user has to press the tab key to jump from there down to the calendar, and then can press the enter key.
    Now the question is: has this been changed from patch level 2 to 6, or is it an SAP GUI option, that can be changed (and that I cannot find)??

  • Create an install CD for SAP GUI Windows Patch Level 4

    Hello,
    I would like to create an Install CD for SAP GUI 720 for Windows with Patch Level 4
    so that my user just install once.
    From the market place, I can download Patch Level 0 distribution.
    It is a Zip file that I can extract and use to generate an Install CD.
    But it is LVL 0 only,
    Then, I can download the Patch 4 executable file.
    Unfortunately, the only way I can go to patch 4 is to execute this new program on my installed GUI.
    Is there a way to generate, or even better download, an install  CD that would contains the PL4?
    so that the user just does one install and does not have to run the patch executable after the install.
    If yes, how can I do it?

    You can do that using an installation server, you can create a single .EXE file and burn in to a CD for the user.

    We tried to do that in the last 15 years we're doing SAP, unfortunately there come always situations, where you don't get around installing patches on PCs. This is especially true for BW, where the tools used depend (more or less) to the patchlevel of the backend system.  However,

    The patch dates/weeks are listed in "Note 1053737 - Expected release dates for SAP GUI for Windows & ITS Patches", however, they are estimates.
    I would assume that the next compilation will be released with Business Suite 7i2010 (or whatever name it is actually). Those compilation CDs are neverless always at least one patch behind the actual one.

  • Customer Credit Balances upload probelm in DTW of SAP 2007 B Patch Level 11

    Dear All,
    I am using SAP 2007B Patch 11. When i am trying to upload customer credit balances thorugh the DTW of the same patch (11), then DTW shows no error and says uploaded successfully. But when i open the front end then the entries are not showing there. I am using oCreditNotes on DTW to upload the customer credit balances. I also checked up the table RIN1 but ot does not shows any record. What can be the possible issue?

    Yes i did removed the 'Test Run' tickmark. Anyways i have managed to solve that problem as i have made some fields mandatory in the credit note form thorugh the Sp_Trsansaction stored procedure. After removing those validations the entries has gone perfectly.

    You can install RSP, and check software update there, or you can contact SAP partner and ask for downloading.
    BTW, PL05 and PL06 is out for 9.1.

    After upgrading MS IE to release 7.0 some HTML-Controls did not work
    propery anymore
    Actual Version is as folllows:
    640 Final Release

    Build: 819511
    Patch-Level: 18
    So I want to upgrade my SAP-GUI to Patch level >= 6.22 (23)
    But I can't find this new Version.
    Does somebody know, from where and how to download it ?

    You can download the patch from service.sap.com.
    Click SAP Support portal, enter creditials,  now click downloads,  SAP SUpport Packages,  from the left, click Entry by Application Group,  now on the right,  SAP Frontend Components,  Now click SAP GUI for Windows, SAP Gui For Windows 6.40,  again SAP Gui for windows 6.40,  Win32.   Now in the table below you need to download the following.
    setup640_23-10001615.exe
    gui640_23-10001615.exe
    First run the setup patch, then the gui patch.

    Which is the stable patch level for 2005-B for SDK Customization purpose.
    Previously PL 25 is stable. As now PL 41 is already in market.

    The most closest patch that you can get is patch level 27, you can find it in SAP PartnerEdge.

    I have installed SAP GUI 7.10 client.
    After restarting the PC, I tried to install the Patch-Level 7 but I got the message:
    This SAP Front End Patch cannot be applied. Either this patch is already installed or the components to be patched are not yet installed at all.
    My version for the SAPGUI installer is 2008.0.0.187
    From Windows, I looked at the version for the installed file saplogon.exe, it is 7100.1.0.1027.
    Does anyone know if my SAPGUI would require Patch-Level 7?

    goto service.sap.com -> click on SAP Support Portal (on left panel first link) -> You will get the Support portal home page, here the 3rd tab is Software download(click on software download tab) -> On left side of web page you will get Support Packages and Patches as second link -> after clicking on it, you will get link for A-Z index (click on it)-> Now on the right panel you will get the a to Z index, since you are searching for HR, select H -> in the next page select third link HR Country Legal Change Packages -> Now select the component as per the applicability(EA-HR, HR-CEE, SAP-HR).
