Constant error.

Every time I try to open iTunes, this appears:
"iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Even though I keep sending Error Reports, this still appears every time I open iTunes. When I use iTunes and the error reporting box pops up, it works. Help please?

Which version of Photoshop Elements are you trying to install?
Are you installing from DVD or a download?
If DVD, make sure you are using the Windows one, not the MAC one.
What device are you trying to install on?
Does your system meet the required spec?
Are you on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1?

I am unable to install the latest update to iTunes, I get constant error messages, even when I attempt to uninstall iTunes completely and start afresh, iTunes is still listed in my program files on my hard drive and the shortcut is still on my desktop!?

It sounds like you are unable to open iTunes after installing a recent update. I would recommend the troubleshooting in the following article:
iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows: Unable to install or open

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

I upgraded to 20gb iCloud but it isn't enough to back up. I get constant error messages saying there is no backup space and I've not been able to use the upgrade. Apple promised to refund then didn't. Please help is there anyway I can use this space?

If you were told they would refund the price for the iCloud storage - Contact AppleCare and ask to speak with a senior advisor. Have the case number for the promised refund available.
If you are trying to update your device, but you don't have sufficient space to download and install the update, you need to delete content from your device. Buying storage in iCloud does not add space to the device which is what you need.
You can always update using a computer with iTunes installed - this method is faster, and will allow you to make a backup on the local computer (Local backups restore faster than iCloud backups).

Constant errors in Adobe Acrobat X Pro 10.1.5

I have Acrobat X Pro as part of TCS 3.5, running Windows 7 64-bit SP1.
Last week I started getting constant errors "There was an error during initialization. Failed to load an application resource (internal error)." Eventually Acrobat became unusable, so I used the Repair option in the Windows Programs and it worked OK. This morning the errors are back.

I haven't installed any third-party plugins. However, looking at the list of plugins, I see that there are two copies of ECMAScript: EScript.api dated 12/18/12, and EScript_AVG_RESTORED.api dated 1/21/13. So my bet is this is a side-effect of my anti-virus blocking the JavaScript security hole that was fixed by Java 7 Update 11. I deleted escript*.* from C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe and the errors have gone away.

CS6 version constant Error 16 message

Hi guys,
I purchased CS6 about 5 months ago now. And for the last 3 months I have been getting constant Error 16 messages when trying to start up the program. It has become a vicious cycle of uninstalling, deleting all my adobe products, then deleting all of my adobe file folders under the C: drive, App data folders, and my User folders, then having to reinstall everything. I have been doing this consistently for 3 months and it's getting to the point of seriously disabling my workflow and costing my business way to much time. I even now today had a new problem arise. When I reinstall Illustrator and enter my serial number during the installation process it accepts it and installs fine. But when I open up Illustrator it prompts me that my trial has expired and to enter in a serial number. So I enter in my serial number again and then it works for a bit. If I close the program and reopen it literally 5 minutes later it Error 16 again.
I'm running a Dell Inspiron 15R Intel i-7 processor, 8GB RAM and Windows 8. Does anybody have any ideas on why Illustrator continues to crash and/or Error 16 almost every other day/week?

I have not gotten the Error: 16 yet since I made the post. But I am still having trouble with the Activation and serial number recognition of Illustrator. I went to open Illustrator up today and I got this message.
It says "Activation Failed". The message is saying Product Activation is required to use this product. You must have a working internet connection to activate this product. I have full strength internet connection and I have already activated Illustrator when I did a fresh install on 12/12/13. First is was the Error:16, then it was the trial problem, and now This. Thank you for your support on this. However, I am running into some problems for completing the steps listed on the help page you listed. In the SLStore the deselection of "Read-Only" is not being applied. I deselect that attribute and click Apply and then Ok. If I right click again on the folder the "Read-Only" attribute is still checked.
Also for step 3 Set Permissions I cannot change any of the permissions for the SLStore even though I am logged in as the Administrator. The PCD folder does not have an Owner tab and I cannot change the permissions for this folder either.
What can I do to fix the file permissions if I am having the problems above?

Constant Error; Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working. But NOT running Trusteer Rapport.

I am experiancing this unbelieveably annoying and constant Flash error; Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working.
But NOT running Trusteer Rapport, I never have, and it's not even installed on my computer. So what's causing this?

There were a couple AntiVirus/AntiMalware products that keep coming up, but I haven't validated that in the lab and don't want to call anyone out publicly without reporting the issue to them first.  If you could tell me what antivirus/antimalware products and versions you have installed, that would be helpful.
So, third party stuff aside, I'd like to know more about the crashes your seeing:
1.) Please provide links to the Firefox crash reports. If you have multiples, the first few would be great.
     In Firefox, type about:crashes in the address bar
     If the link starts with "bp...", it's already been submitted -- just right-click on it and copy the link, and paste it into the reply here.
     If not, click it to submit it, and copy the subsequent link.
2.) In firefox, type about:support
     Just copy and paste the output into the reply.
3.) In Firefox, type about:plugins
     Please copy and paste the output into the reply
4.) Please provide the output of the DirectX Diagnostic Utility
     Click Start > type "dxdiag" [enter]
     Click Save All Information
     Copy the output of the file into the reply, or use Adobe SendNow/DropBox/PasteBin to share the file.
5.) If you can provide an exact URL and step-by-step instructions on repeating the crash (if it's consistent), that would be really helpful. My goal is to build out a configuration that matches yours as closely as possible, reproduce the problem and then debug it.

Constant "Error" Audio Sound when I open Quicktime

Hi,
Every single time I open a .AVI File in Quicktime I get a constant and repeated "Error" audio sound from Windows. There are no pop-up error messages or any other indication of what Quicktime is doing that Windows does not like....except for this constant and repeated "Error" audio sound from my PC.
It is obvious Quicktime is doing something Windows does not like.,...but I have no idea what. Can anyone help clue me iin on what the problem might be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is driving me crasy...!!

Have you tried completely uninstalling and re-installing the current version of QuickTime?
You could also see if there's any related error messages in the Event Viewer which might help to pinpoint what the problem is.
Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

Declaration of constant errors

I'm having a bit of a problem here. I just changed my variables into constants, and I'm getting errors on it. I can't pin point the problem can someone help me out.

They are not constants, they are final instance variables.
To make them into constants add the static modifier. To make them accessible to other classes, if you need to, add the public modifier as well;
public static final String message = "Some text in here";Then, you can refer to them within the class using their simple name, from outside the class with their fully qualified name.
Also, I cannot see anywhere where the constants are initialised. All you constructors seem to do is pass their parameter values on up to the matching constructor in the superclass.

DAQmx physical channel constant error

Hi all,
I am trying to get the labview 10.0 working in opensuse 11.4. I installed the components and all of them seem to be working fine.
The PCI card is also detected by labview. When I tpe lsdaq on the command line. I get the following output
Detecting National Instruments DAQ Devices
Found the following DAQ Devices:
NI 6025E: "Dev1" (PXI8::15::INSTR)
But when entering "Dev1/ai1" or "Dev1/ai0:3" in the DAQmx physical channel constant I get an error saying invalid channel name. How do I get rid of this error?

Thanks for your reply.
I am working with labview 10.0.
I installed DAQmx 8.0.2 but it did not help. DAQmx is not ideally meant for labview 10.0 and probably that is the reason why it does not work.
The installation also does not seem to go smoothly since it looks for support files from labview 8.6 and previous version which do not exist. I have attached the messages after installation of DAQmx.
Let me know if you find some way out.

Constant Error Messages with Purchasing & Downloading on iTunes with iOS 7

This is getting ridiculous. Ever since I downloaded iOS 7 when it first came out, I've had difficulties making purchases and downloading content wirelessly using iTunes on my iPhone 4S and iPad 2. Every time I tap "Buy" I get a message that says the "Content Cannot Be Purchased At This Time." I then have to close iTunes completely (double-tapping the HOME button and swiping up on the iTunes window), then re-launch iTunes, find the content again and re-hit Buy and then I finally get the button to Download Now and Download Later. Choosing Download Now, I get another error message saying "Content Cannot Be Downloaded At This Time," and I have to do the whole shut down/re-start process all over again to finally have the download start. This happens when I attempt purchases using 3G and on wifi (and I've tried several different wifi networks and I get this error all the time).
I never used ot have problems like this on my 4S or iPad 2 before iOS 7. I tried restoring to factory settings and then moving all the content manually back from the iCloud and my computer and I still get the error. I tried signing out of my AppleID and logging back in, still get the error. I downloaded the latest iOS 7 software (currently running 7.0.4) and I STILL GET THE BLOODY ERROR. Calling AppleCare, they have no freaking clue why I'm getting this error and neither do the Genius Bar people.
There doesn't seem to be anybody else (that I can find online) who has the same problem. But there also doesn't seem to be anybody at Apple looking in to this which is incredibly frusturating. I've been submitting Bug Reports to the Apple Feedback pages for over a year now and still no acknowledgment from Apple. I also have been having the issue where my iPhone/iPad iCal apps keep reversing my Alert preferences (which I've noticed people complaining about for over 3 years with no solution from Apple).
This is getting out of hand. I've been a loyal Apple customer for the better part of a decade. I switched to Apple over PC because of their committment to excellence and relatively lack of bugs in their software. But lately, Apple's quality has suffered tremendously. When there are iOS software glitches that continue after 3 major updates (and several minor ones), clearly Apple engineers don't give a crap about their customers or the user experience. If these issues aren't addressed, I'm seriously going to take my business elsewhere. There is simply no excuse.

LiveCam.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Constant Error. HELP PLEASE

Alright so basically, my parents got a buy-one-get-one-free offer on webcams at christmas, and so they gave me one for my own as i lost my old one. Everything was working fine, seemed like a great camera.
However, randomly one evening when i tried to open Live! Cam Center to record a video, it refused to open, instead giving me a small white box with the loading symbol inside (thats where live! cam center usually opens out into the UI) and a boz saying "LiveCam.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.".
Now i thought that it was just a random one-off thing, but it happens EVERY time, WITHOUT fail. The cam works fine on MSN and skype etc, just when i try to record anything or manually take pictures , cam center doesn't work. And it doesn't seem to just be cam center, almost every software i've tried for just plain recording/capturing failed.
Tried updating to latest drivers and software, tried using older versions, tried using the cam from my family pc (identical cam) - failed, tried using all different USB ports randomly, failed. I'm really desperate here now, i'm at the point where i'm almost going to give it away and buy a non-creative webcam cos its really annoying.
My webcam is the Live! Cam Video IM Pro. Here's a copy of the error report from windows, its the same every time:

See if there are any Crash Reports ID's saved.
Type '''about:crashes''' in the Location Bar and hit Enter.
Then open each Crash Report and once the report is loaded completely, copy and paste the URL of each report into the the '''''Post as Reply''''' box in this thread.
IMO, seeing that you are using WinXP, you might be better off with the older Flash 10.3.183.90 version. Flash 11.0 and later have "improvements" that don't work on WinXP - only Vista and later. Adobe did continue to support and provide security updates for Flash 10.3 until a few months before WinXP went EOL back in April of this year.
