Constant Pop-up Warning Message- PhotoshopElementsSyncAgent.exe-No Disk

How can I stop this constant pop-up box from appearing on my computer screen every 30 seconds even when Elements is not running. Never had it before until I turned my computer on in May- I am wondering if something to do with the change over for back-up of photos and synchronization. Inside the box it says 'There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk4\DR4.'
Please help me get my computer back to normal so I can actually do work on it!!

I have received, and I am sure it is about the migration to rebel. The  fact is they gave a very short opt out window and since I work away from home for several weeks at a time this has since been expired. I need to know how to opt out of this transition to Rebel.!

Please help me stop this very annoying and extremely bothersome pop-up message that occurs EVERY 30 seconds, over the top of any work [You cannot minimize it nor click on your work to bring work page to the top. I work away a lot and upon turning my computer on and going into Elements 7 I was informed of the transition to Rebel. The opt out date had already gone by. Shortly after I kept getting this annoying warning box pop-up every 30 seconds even when Elements is not running! Inside the box the note says 'There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk2\DR2.'    [The other day was exactly same message except Harddisk4\DR4] It is bad enough if this was just with using Elements but it is constant making work impossible and extremely frustrating that Adobe Technicians cannot be reached to and told to refer to forums! When I contacted live help I was told it was beyond their scope!! Please can I have some help so that I may use my computer for work when I am home. I don't want Rebel, I don't want to sync my photos, I have my own storage. I would also like someone from Adobe to get in touch with me. Thanks

    Hello Steve
The simple and quick fix is right-clicking on that little Safe icon in the system tray (near the system clock) and choose Stop Backup/Synchronization. Do you see that icon?
Turn it on and off as needed. Did this work for you?

  • I just reinstalled my PS7 onto a new computer, Vista, and now I keep getting an error message which says "photoshopelementssyncagent.exe-no disk.  I turned off Firewall, allowed Firewall to let in program and nothing works.  I can't even get into

photoshop at all with this.  I am about ready to get rid of this stupid program!  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Does this not work with Vista?

Attached is Dennis Linam’s Audition – “Log File” and “Log – Last File”
    Contact information Dennis [email protected]
Previous contact information with your organization (DURIM):
Dennis - i just finished my audition trial and bought the subscription the 2014 version.
created by durin in Audition CS5.5, CS6 & CC - View the full discussion
DURIM - Okay.  I would expect the "Cache Warning" message because your default directories would not be the same as the ones in the settings file I generated.
If you go back to the "7.0" directory and open the "Logs" folder, can you copy the "Audition Log.txt" file and send it as an attachment to [email protected]?  We'll take a look in that logfile and see if it gives us more information about why this is failing now.
Also, do you have any other Adobe applications installed on this machine, such as Premiere Pro?  If so, do they launch as expected or fail as well?
I do have the trial Pro version of Adobe reader, but I have not activated it, because I fear the same thing will happen did it. I cannot afford to activate the subscription for that product and take the chance of it not working either. I depend on those two programs religiously. Here is the files that you requested. I appreciate any help you can give me to get this audition program started

  • I downloaded Firefox 4.0 onto my Mac but when I try to open it I get a warning message saying "The following disk images couldn't be opened" What do I do now?

While running Firefox, I got a prompt saying their was an update. I did that, but then got another message saying that it was recommended I update firefox to 4.0. I downloaded it, but never received a prompt to drag the image into my applications folder. I also never saw an image of firefox 4.0 on my desktop. Firefox 4.0 was in my downloads folder but got the above warning message when I clicked on it. I tried downloading it again, but the same thing happened. Now what? It appears that Firefox is still running, although I haven't yet tried to go to another website.

  • Error message : hpqwutils.exe no disk device\harddisk1\dr1

    Hi,
Have been getting this message repeatedly since shortly after starting to use my new HP g6 notebook.
Comes up everytime I boot up, have to log back in after time out, and sometimes at launch of a program - drives me crazy!
Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
    Would appreciate any help!
    Thanks

    Hello!!
I  had this issue since the moment I purchased my Pavilion g6 1281sl one and half year ago. I thought it was a broken sector on the hard thisk, corrupting a section of the Windows 7 Os. I passed the whole period testing the disk, reinstalling the Os, etc. finally, I think that the message has its origin because of my Usb Onda MC833UP internet Key! I'm sure at least 99,99%, since I now remember that I never managed to have a succesful full install of all the drivers for this Usb peripheral. One of them was unsuccesful. And only now I notice that this boring and worryng message appears to me only if I turn on and off my notebook with the Onda Usb key inserted!!! Never, never had issues if it is not inserted when turning the notebook on or off! Maybe the Onda software doesn't ( well, on their web page they say the key supports 32\64 bits Windows 7 machines...) support the 64 bits Os or machines... Or it's Windows 7 that doesn't supports the drivers. I am not a technician, so just you choose the option. But I bet it's nothing serious. Only, maybe a drive among the several installed can't be recognized and accessed because the uncorrect drivers installation and doesn't appear when you open the resources' window.
Hope this could be useful for all the users, hoping that someone ( Microsoft? HP? Onda Communications?) would fix this problem soon...

  • Error message acrodist.exe - No Disk

I keep getting this message at various times and programs.  Repeatedly when I print to Adobe pdf in Illustrator.  I just have to cancel repeatedly to close the message.  I am still able to print to pdf.  Does any one have a suggestion?  The only changes in drives is for thumb drives for regular document files.

  • Warning message in asset cap.

    Hi,
    we have a following requirement:
"At the time of asset capitalization amunting less than 5000 then systen should give a pop up warning message that check dep. key in asset master"
To meet the above, we have written a validation rule that if posting key is 70 & amount is less than 5000 then system should give a pop message. Currently that validation rule is working for F-90 & KO88. I want to know whether the said solution is viable or not OR can we write any other better logic than above?
    Regards
    Anuj

    Hi
If you are sure that F-90 & KO88 are the only two ways in which assets can be capitalized, than this is fine. However, you may also look at the option of capitalization through WBS and through Transfer from other assets.

  • Warning message in an User Exit

    Hi folks,
In an user exit, I have to check a condition, and if it is satisfied i need to display a message box with some warning information. I am not supposed to use FM like 'POPUP_WITH_WARNING' as it is displaying big box.  So i am trying to use message-id with warning type. But as it is a exit (include program), i am unable to define a message-id in the include program. Is there any way to define a message in an user exit include or do we need to use any FM to display pop up warning message.
    Please suggest me.
                           Thanks,
                           Shyam.

you need not define the Message Class in user-exit. You can use the system class SY
    write the code as
    message w499(sy) eith <text>
    where 499 = message number
              sy = message  class
    hope this helps,
    Raj

  • Password expiry warning message

    Hi Security experts,
Is it possible to get an a pop-up warning message similar like windows/lotus notes like password expiry before couple of days in GUI/Portal.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Pavan

    Hi,
there is a user exit SUSR0001 that is called right after dialog logon (no RFC, no web) which can be used to display a pop up message. Good question is if it's called also for business client. I assume that it's not but I can't test it right now.
    Cheers

    Thanks & Regards,

Use your message as "I" it will be poped-up..
    Ex: MESSAGE I001....
    OR
    Use FM 'POPUP_FOR_INFORMATION' OR  'POPUP_TO_CONFIRM'
Close the thread once your question is answered.

  • A warning message pops and disappears very quickly! Why?

Hey guys, im using a mac book pro 10.8.3. i7, 8gb ram, 2.3Ghz. I use this laptop mainly for producing music on a software called Ableton Live. I also have an audio interface connected to my laptop to avoid latency. The audio inter face is called 'Traktor Audio 2'.
Recently when im on the laptop a warning message pops and goes aways to quickly to even read what it is. Also if there is any sort of connection, my logitech mouse has also started to act weird. Whenever i click a single time it double clicks sometimes and sometimes it is normal. i don't understand why either. i did some research on this topic and people said to open up your console and check. I dont understand what it means so i've attached a pic down here. Please help me solve this problem!

If the built-in firewall is active, deactivate it and see whether the alerts stop.

  • There is a constant pop up message of "Photos are being imported to the photo library."

I cannot close my iPhoto or import any new photos. There is a constant pop up message of "Photos are being imported to the photo library." However, I am NOT importing anything to the library. This is very frustrating.
I cannot force quit. I even tried shutting down the computer manually. When my BRAND NEW IMAC starts back up, the same problem persists.
I also tried re-importing photos from my camera and flip camera. My iPhoto will not allow an import because these non existent photos are being imported. HELP PLEASE!

Force Quit iPhoto. It's under the Apple Menu.
