Constant registration prompting in iTunes 7.5

Hi,
Every time I plug in my new iPod classic, the iTunes software prompts me to register the iPod & create an iTunes store account. I've registered it 3 times, twice by the iTunes software and once by the Apple website. It's getting annoying, and I'd like to know how to fix this up. The version of iTunes is 7.5.0.20.

I think most of them checked the box so they wouldn't have to see the message again.

How can Apple be so irresponsible to their own firmware failure??

My itunes opens after 2-3 hrs after doubleclicking it to open;it happened once or twice with itunes 11.x , but its a constant problem after updating itunes to 12.x ....my operating system win7;processor i5 intel haswell and 4gb ram...i hav no issue

1)iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues
2)iTunes for Windows doesn't open after upgrading in Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
but my problem doesnot get solved even after trying all the methods in the above pages...
now i realized,it opens after 2-3 hrs and at will...after opening it keeps hanging.finally it doesnot again open immediately after closing...kindly help me out as soon as possible

Constant Keychain prompts

I work in IT in an enterprise environment at a local university. We have several Apple computer labs on campus, running 20" iMacs with OSX Mavericks 10.9.2 on them.
I have setup Magic Triangle with Open directory and Active directory services for login. I use the Workgroup Manager to mange Group Policies for our Apple Labs.
One thing that is annoying our users out of their minds is the CONSTANT Keychain prompts that keep appearing when a user logs in. Is there a way to permanently disable these through Group Policy or some sort of script? Keychain pops up and prompts for passwords to "Local Items" and "Login" keychains constantly, to the point users are almost discouraged to use the labs.
Any help would be appreciated!!

Try running Keychain First Aid and resetting the original keychain.

Unable to remove the irritating prompt on iTune!

Been receiving these prompts on iTunes each time I tried to download updates application from STORE..
There were problems downloading some purchased items.

These solutions provided on the link are not useful for me because of the peculiar layout of my report.
In my report I am supposed to show details of multiple items (upto 5/6) in a single row.
All solutions suggest about adding additional header (below group header) and use the formula to use that header to put the data for initial first object and details section for the subsequent objects.
But, since i need to display multiple items in same row...and data cannot be set as 'format with multiple columns' in the header, hence this solution does not work for me

I have the same problem, but not only won't iTunes 7 launch, but my HP Photosmart all-in-one printer (on my LAN) freezes, with buttons flashing and a cryptic error message, whenever I try to launch iTunes!
I have found that if I turn off my printer, then I can launch iTunes 7 and it works fine, but I cannot use the printer AND use iTunes at the same time.
Is this weird or what??? Anybody have any ideas on what might be causing this? HP printer support was no help.

Stuck on the 'Registration' page on iTunes when I try to update my iPod

I started a topic before but it got archived so I'm trying again, hope thats ok.
Ever since I've had my iPod, every time i plug it into my laptop to either update, delete songs etc I've been able to skip past the registration section but a good few months ago it decided to not let me skip the page so after many frustrating attempts I decided to just register it, I did so on iTunes and received emails from Apple to say its registered. So i thought it would be fine but it still does the same thing,
I get the options of: Never Register, Register Later and Continue but no matter what i select it either doesn't let me move past the page or just sends me back filling out the same registration form which still doesn’t disappear when I’ve entered all my details.
I thought if i left it for a while it might change but I’ve tried again this evening and its still the same!

I'm hoping someone somewhere may know what to do? I know previously someone suggested adjusting the screen resolution but its nothing related to that.

I never registered it until it got completley stuck on this page earlier this year, before i just clicked register later i think and then when it wouldnt let me do anything but that registration page i decided to go through all the various things to register it. So it is acutally registered now (i did that back in May) but nothing has changed since.
If i click continue it shows me all the details i entered in May but still does not let me progress to see/edit my music...

I have deployed Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional to a few workstations using the Custom Installation Wizard and I randomly get prompted to complete the Registration. I have added the following to my installation but continue to get prompted randomly:
1. Disabled Registration in the Custom Installation Wizard.
2. Placed the registration file in c:\documents and settings\username\app data\adobe\
3. Ran these two reg keys.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\AdobeViewer]
"Registered"=dword:00000002

In any case, any major edition in a PDF file is best done in the original file (the one from which the PDF was produced), creating a new PDF when finished.

Registration problems using itunes Music Card

Hi - anyone out there having a problem registering with a music card? Seems music store has acknowledged redemption of card but will not allow registration because payment field demands credit card details which, naturally,I don't want to give!
Also support says there is a "None" button in payment field to indicate no credit card because you want to use a music card but when I register there is no such button!
Could my problem have been caused because I redeemed the music card BEFORE registering for an account?
Have sent an inquiry e-mail to iTunes but thought someone out there might be able to help out a bit quicker! Thanks

You redeem a card one time only. The entire amount is then transferred to the account that redeemed it. The card is of no use after this. The credit has beenr edeemed. it does not stay on the card at all.

Change country of registration without losing iTunes Match

I have recently moved from the UK to Australia for 6 months, and just before I left I took out a subscription to iTunes Match thinking that would be a good way of not losing my 19000 song collection (through luggage losses, or electromagnetic radiation to hard drives, or whatever). Now that I'm here I want to change my country of registration so that I can get local apps in the app store. However, when I try to do this I get an error message saying I have to unsubscribe to iTunes Match to do so! I've only just taken out the subscription and totally don't want to do this!! Are there any workarounds for this problem?

No, there is no "workaround." I would suggest that since you are only going to be in Australia for a short period of time just continue to use your UK store account. You still have an address and bank in the UK, yes? It will be fine. Do not bother with the hassle of trying to completely change iTunes stores just for 6 months.

Why the constant signing in to iTunes?

This question has arisen once or twice before (around 2008) but the replies seemed uncertain and I am hoping more positive details are now on hand.
When I go into iTunes, I am invariably presented with the following prompt ...
Sign in to use this computer for automatic downloads.
Enter Account name and Password.
If I click cancel twice running, the prompt goes away and I can play music or download App updates to my heart's content.
So why the irritating prompt, especially as 99% of the music on file is my music gleaned from other sources and had nothing to do with Apple.

Thanks for your interest, Limnos. I haven't really looked (but will later on). But as I see things, that's a pretty authoratative statement and not something one would expect a disabling option for.

Date Constant Dashboard Prompt

Hi,
I would like to know how would you go about creating a Date Constant prompt in Dashboard.
For example : User should be able to select 'LastMonth' or 'LastYear' or 'LastWeek' constant time frame and run a report.
Report query should translate those contant to dates in the prompt.
Example: if user selects 'LastMonth' teh date range shoudl be translating to query ( where DATE between '01/11/2008' and '31/11/2008' )

To select last month use repository variable Add_months(sysdate, -1) and give variable name. in the same way to.. other last week or last year also...
Now use this variable in writing logical SQL in dashboard prompt...
For second prompt use Logical SQL like,
select date from SA where month = (selected month in prev prompt)
