I am constantly getting error 1034 with no apparent pattern. This is under the latest version of Windows 7. Apparently I am not alone in this. When will this be addressed by Adobe?

Please send the "MuseLog.txt" file from your "My Documents" folder to my attention along with a link to this forum thread at [email protected] The log should provide additional context regarding the error you're encountering. Thanks.

  • After  i have upgraded to Lion OS, this computer has become the worst computer on this planet. Everything is so slow as if i am in 1990's, where you can click on something and take a coffee break. Constantly get errors on MS Outlook and all applications

After  i have upgraded to Lion OS, this computer has become the **** computer on this planet. Everything is so slow as if i am in 1990 where you can click on something and take a coffee break. Constantly get errors on MS Outlook and all applications are taking for ever to open up. If you guys can't fix it i am going to throw this out the window. Completely fed up with this. Have always loved apple but this is the worst experience i have with the MacBook Air and its not even 1.5yr old.

There are two ways to upgrade to Lion - one is to install Lion overtop of the existing Snow Leopard and the other is to erase the hard drive, install Lion, and then migrate your applications and user accounts. This second option takes a good deal longer than the first so the preferred method for most is the first method and in most cases it works fine. But not in all.
captfred has told you what I'd start out doing if it were my computer. There's a good chance that you can identify an application or plug-in that's causing the problem. Upgrading the involved item(s) can solve the problem. Of all the Lion upgrades I performed I had a couple that weren't completely successful even though I'd looked for programs and plug-ins that needed upgrading first. I missed a few but I found them after the fact and had happy computers.
There was one computer that still had problems. With this computer I reinstalled Lion right over the old version. (If you didn't keep a copy you'll need to download it first.) I still wasn't satisfied so with that computer I rebooted into the recovery partition (Command R after restarting) formatted the hard drive, installed Lion and then migrated. That did solve the problem.

  • Constantly getting error 302 when trying to export release build

As the title says, I can't export a release build (any more) with Flash Builder 4.7 using AIR 3.5 (or 3.6 beta for that matter).
The compilation process is immediately interrupted with error 302: Root content ... is missing from package.
What can I do about this?
BTW: @Adobe support, please check the forum login! I also constantly get an error 413 wich cancels the login process. Had to go to a computer where my cookie has been saved to get here.
Edit: Using the debugger (iOS Simulator or ADT) works, though. Could someone please shed some light into this? I really have to test a release build.

So, even after setting up a new project, the problem didn't go away. Seems as if the problem sits within the libraries I'm using, though none of them do show any errors or problems.
    Edit:
I was wrong accusing Flash Builder on this one! I've had two asset source paths that overlapped and apparently, Flash Builder can't handle that when you try to make a release build. Again, debugging always worked fine. I didn't get any warnings either, so it took me quite some time to even think that that might be an issue.
Still, the pletheora of Flash Builder bugs remains!
    Found a new one with is also rather annoying recently;
Open the local history of a file and try to copy some text from that file, you'll instantly get a java nullpointer, resulting in the fact that the text isn't copied to the clipboard.
    Edit2:
That last edit was actually based on a premature thought of success. Unfortunately, the project still doesn't compile. There are no errors or problems whatsoever in neither of the library projects or the main project.
    Edit3: - Finally solved it!
After re-installing FB4.7, thus overwriting the old installation with all it's SDKs, I figured that the merged SDKs might have been causing this issue.
I've merged SDKs several times before using FB4.7 and it worked fine all the time, the absolutely ridiculous way Adobe forces us to update the AIR SDK with 4.7 is so prone to error, that I might have made a mistake this time though.
So for everyone who struggles with this issue as well, make sure your SDKs are in order! Also check the version numbers in air-sdk-description.xml which is located in the AIRSDK folder.

  • When dowloading itunes, constantly get error message 'Apple Mobile Device -could not be installed- Verify you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

When downloading itunes to my pc, get error message 'Apple mobile device could not be installed - verify you have sufficient privileges to install system services'
i am forced to abort/cancel. Can anyone help please?

Me too. And if someone comes back on here with the same solution of "uninstall and re-install", please provide further advice after you have done that 3 times and the program still has the same problem in addition to the "failure to load the C runtime library" R6034 issue. I have removed itunes 3 times however I do not have permission to remove the program files/apple file and the uninstall doesn't remove it.
    You're not alone buddy.

  • Safari constantly getting errors

Hello I am having problems with Safari 3.0.4 lately and I do not know why.I never had any problems in the past,I get errors all the time when I am on sites like Ebay, problems loading and pictures not coming up and Safari error pages. This seems like it started ever since my wife installed a Shutterfly plug-in, could this be the problem?

    Hello RMT07!
Sorry for the length of this post, and sorry I have no help to offer on this issue - but I can confirm it and add to it. I sure hope that someone else who also spends a lot of time on eBay can help with this. However, since your issue seems more generalized than what I've seen, you may in fact be having a problem with a plug-in, and that gives me an idea to delete Flip4Mac and see if that resolves my problem. If not, I think I'll next delete Adobe Reader as well, then delete my scanner software.
As you report, it won't happen for days, sometimes it only takes a refresh or two to get past it, other times I give up after 20 or more tries. Sometimes I can backup to a previous eBay page, but too often I get that same problem even when trying to access previous eBay pages by either back up, or by using an earlier eBay page from the History.
I am always able to back up to another website, or to access another website using the History. I can clear the cache, quit Safari, restart my Mac, and immediately have the exact same server error message when trying to access a completely different eBay page. Nevertheless, I can always go immediately to any other website except eBay without any issue showing.
I have never received that server error message from anywhere but eBay, and have never had a problem with any website other than eBay. However, for me this has been going on for well prior to the release of Safari 3.
I get the server error message for page not loading and send the bug report with the error code to Apple. Unfortunately, the release of Safari 3 made no difference for me, and the following advice from eBay surely made no difference either. eBay's email answer on June 9, 2007 to my specific site issue complaint was:

  • Constantly getting error code when trying to install Photoshop CC!

I have been trying for the past hour to attempt to re-install CC.  My PC had an error and had to go back to the last saved good image, and that was, unfortunately, before CC was installed. (Which was on the 10th)  I have removed, reinstalled, etc. The cloud app multiple times as well as used the cloud cleaner.  Along with that, I have gone into the appdata file on my PC and deleted the database file for the cloud app but still no luck once-so-ever.  I have checked for remnants of the original CC file and can find nothing at all!  The error code I am getting is below:
    Exit Code: 21
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW021 ...

I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me at this point, as I've gotten rather frustrated with the process as you can imagine!
    Thank you for your time!

I've had an open ticket since Saturday night, unfortunately, I have had no luck in a response yet!  I'm still holding out hope.  I haven't owned any other copy of photoshop but CS2 a long time ago!  Got out of it but coming back because I miss the creative freedom it allowed with website, content, personal documentation, photo, and artwork design!  So I'm sorely disappointed at the issue right now, I seriously want to subscribe to the PS bundle, but it's just not going to happen if I can't even get it to install!  Plus all this talk about fun stuff to do and re-learn in Photoshop is getting me even more impatient! Vicious circle, I tell ya!

  • I constantly get Error 7 (windows error 5) message.  I have installed and uninstalled repeatedly.  Any chance of getting Itunes on Windows 8.1?

I had the older version of ITunes and then it disappeared.  When I try to install the new version, I keep getting "unable to install ITunes, Error 7 (windows error 5) message.  I have repeatedly installed and uninstalled iTunes without luck.  Any chance of actually getting this on Windows 8.1 or not?  I am assuming I also lost my library during this.

  • I constantly get error messages that Firefox can't find a particular site.

I experience random trouble connecting with web sites using Firefox. The error message received is typically "Sorry, we can't find "www.xxx.com". Please check the spelling of the web address." I have cleared the cache and cookies, as well as checked the other settings recommended in the Help section. The problem still persists. It's pretty ridiculous when you can't connect to Yahoo! or YouTube.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

  • Constantly getting error 503 on FDM and HFM

    Hi,
We are new user, using version 11.2.2.3. Every time there are major processes that required a lot of resources (e.g consolidation, multiple load, multiple processes), our FDM/HFM server
server will spit out 503 error. It will lock the user and eventually kick them out of the system. We suspect there are something in the setting/configuration so that we can maximize the parallel processes better. We are not sure if this is the real issue. Our server is running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition.

I would recommend going through the logs as a starting point. Check the Windows Event logs, HFM event log, ODL logs, etc. You could also fire up performance monitor to monitor key activity (memory utilization, CPU, locks, etc.)
HTTP 503 I believe is 'Internal Server Error' which would be a server error encountered executing the web application code. Is 'everything' breaking or only specific pieces of functionality? You mentioned HFM and FDM; however, is workspace and shared services broken as well? The 503 error implies the web side of things is down; however, what happens when you use the HFM client program or FDM Workspace client?
Without knowing a lot more about your environment, it would be very difficult to effectively troubleshoot this. Initial thought is that the server(s) you are using do not meet the minimum requirements for the application/users you have.
If you go to the document repository for 11.2.2 documentation library, you can find a lot of information in regards to deployment and troubleshooting. (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17236_01/nav/portal_1.htm)
If this is a critical, time-sensitive issue, you may need to reach out to Oracle or one of the 3rd party consulting companies to get this resolved. Trying to figure this out over forum posts may not be the most effective way to fix this.

  • Constantly getting error 10057 with software deployments

    hey all,
i'm seeing this error a lot, and haven't had much luck determining the cause.
Last Status Message ID Last Status Message Name
10057 Program failed (download failed - content mismatch)
anyone have any ideas about this error?  i've been troubleshooting it for some time (recreating packages/programs, updating/recreating distribution points), nothing seems to work.  i've tried pretty much all of the suggestions that i've come across.
it's a pretty inconsistent issue; i see it happen for almost every deployment i do- the error happens more with some than others.  i'm guessing it's an issue with the package files getting downloaded to the workstation, but haven't really found a consistent
    "culprit" in my research.
    any would be greatly appreciated!

I think, Updating Distribution point is the solution for this kind of issue.
thanks, I've done that multiple times on numerous software packages.
doesn't seem to make a difference.
I'm in the middle of pushing out Adobe Reader 11.0.08 currently, finding the same thing happening with my test deployments; plenty have failed with this error.
here's what i see if i dig down to the description of the message:
The program for advertisement "PHX206AA has failed because download of the content "PHX0026E" - "Adobe Reader 11.0.08" has failed. The download failed because the content downloaded to the client does not match the content specified
in the content source. Possible causes: The content on the distribution point has been manually modified, or a local administrator on the computer has modified the content in the computer's hash. Solution: Refresh the content on the distribution point and
    retry the download.
this happens when no changes have been made to the package or its source files, so i don't understand what could be causing this.
I've updated the distribution point anyways and re-run one of the advertisements for my Reader update, so hopefully I'll see some difference.

  • When I try to install Photoshop I'm constantly getting error 16. Please help ?

The error says that I'll have to uninstall and re-install the software but I cannot find any previous installations in Adobe folder in program files.

    Hiya,
i had the same issue once I installed and starting using the Yosemite Beta(s).  I installed the App Store Yosemite version, assumed Adobe would have the fix, wrong!!! Error 16 continued.  back to adobe forums and finally found the FIX.... see below or check --> Updated Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator on 6/18, now nothing will open: Error 16
lifted from that thread... -> from DelisiArt "I found a solution on a post in the forum. Installing the Creative Cloud Desktop app caused my PS CS6 and Photoshop CC Cloud apps to go Error 16. After trying pretty much everything, opening Terminal and typing:
    sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe
    instantly fixed the problem."

  • Constantly getting error 3150

Can't download anything from iTunes store.  Rest of the internet works fine.  What's going on, Apple?  Every 30th try or so works... if I pound on the refresh button eventually stuff comes down but very frustrating.  Anyone else having trouble?

I just had this problem as well. I have Comcast Cable internet and am on the East Coast where there are still some internet issues from the storm that came through. My solution was to change my DNS server to Google's which is 8.8.8.8
To access this go to your System Preferences> Network > Click on your active connection (ethernet or wifi)
Next click "Advanced" and select the DNS tab. On the side that has DNS Servers click the plus sign and add 8.8.8.8
That did the trick for me. Hope it helps!

  • Can't reinstall itunes on windows 7 comp. Get error message "object already exists"

Difficulty reinstalling itunes on Windows7 machine. Despite uninstalling everything apple, I constantly get error message: "object already exists" and the install fails. I have gone through hard drive but can't find anything itunes or apple. Uninstalled everything apple in control panel. What am I missing?

Try opening Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates then checking for the Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB2918614). , Uninstall if you have it, then reboot.
There is a strong hint here that it should resolve this issue, although personally I have that update installed and have been able to remove and reinstall iTunes without any problem.
Click for more on KB2918614 which is an update to the Windows Installer Service released July 12th 2014. The timing and nature of the update suggest a connection with the "Object already exists" issue which affects other installations as well as iTunes.
