Constructor not working

Question

The below given constructor does not work when I call it from another class. Actually, the control reaches inside the constructor. But the required functions inside that constructor does not work.
public class CreateWindow {
     public CreateWindow(){
}But it works perfectly with public static void main and running it individually as a class without any constructors.
What can be the reason?
