Consumo eccessivo dati cellulare

Buongiorno, c'è qualcuno che ha il mio stesso problema? Ho l'iPhone che continua a scaricare dati con la rete cellulare, anche se sono sotto wi-fi, ma tra l'utilizzo che posso controllare nelle impostazioni non ci sono app che consumano e neanche servizi. Come posso controllare cosa sta scaricando?

Aggiornamento della mia situazione:
mi hanno restituito l'iPad ed il problema si è ripresentato, quando passa da 3G a Edge o comunque in presenza di scarso campo, cioè non switchando da wifi.
Ho fatto resettare la sim dalla Tim ( anche se non aveva mai dato problemi con l'altro iPad ) ed il problema si è ripresentato.
Ho fatto un ripristino totale da iTunes com NUOVO dispositivo ( senza cioè ripristinare da backup ) ed il problema si è ripresentato.
Ho riportato l'iPad al premium reseller dal quale l'ho acquistato, pregando il commesso di aiutarmi a spiegare bene a quelli del laboratorio in cosa consiste il problema.
Se ne riparla la prossima settimana.

ogni tanto ho riscontrato un insolito problema con la rete 3g, in
pratica anche se mi trovo in pieno campo 3g con TIM l'ipad non naviga
restiruendomi come messaggio di errore "impossibile attivare la rete
dati cellulare".
Ho provato di tutto dall'attivare la modalità aereo, disattivare e attivare i dati cellulare,
l'unica soluzione è riavviare l'ipad.
E' solo un mio problema o qualcuno ha il mio stesso problema???
Posso chiedere la sostituzione o no?

Podcasts 2.1.1: Huge data cellular data consumption since update

Hi,
Since updating iOS Podcasts app to 2.1(.1), I have noticed huge cellular data consumption... Despite having disabled cell data for iOS Podcasts, the new iOS podcasts seem to be downloading again podcasts episodes that have already been downloaded and are shown as is in the app... I have lost over 1GB out of 3GB for a month among the past few days, which is pretty unusual... iOS Podcasts now often asks for using temporarily the cellular data even for podcasts episodes that are shown as downloaded.
Have you noticed the same?

It is because v2.1.1 does not delete played podcasts for a 24hr period. That holds storage that prevents you from storing new podcasts or other files.

IPhone 5 (iOS 7.0.4) location and airplane mode bug - kills data cellular connection

So I swapped out my 5 to apple for a 5 with a working power button, and now I have all kinds of issues..
if the phone is put to airplane mode then taken off airplane mode, cellular will not connect (searching..., NO SERVICE, etc.)
if you want to use any kind of location service, once you approve the use of that location service, it also kills the cellular connection.
the only location service that doesn't kill the signal is weather, all else wipes out the connection.
anyone else noticed this bug?
This replacement iPhone is the ATT-Tmo compatible new refurb version, which I intend to swap to apple for a standard ATT version.

I concur with your suggestion. Not sure why they replaced the phone as they did, since replacement devices are supposed to be in kind. In otherwords, they give you back what you bring in. I've never seen this issue where turning on location services turns off cellular. I would take it in as soon as possible.
You never said, were you trying to use this on AT&T? Did it activate correctly?

There is no problem. Even you turn data cellular off, you can keep turn on Wireless, so you can access internet, send/receive iMessages or anything else.
But, I have present my battery during 34 hours (charged until 83% on Saturday 22:30 and drained till 3% on Monday 08:00) ! Amazing ! And, I already posted this solution before: recharge the battery until reach 80 to 90%. IOS 6 User's Guide says make a full recharge just once a month. It takes few days to see the improvements. Restore your device will improve the results as well. All of this improves my battery fife over 15 hours, but my last battery life tes was 34 hous!

My 3G stopped working on my Iphone4 after updating it to 4.3.5. The hotspot keeps loading but never gets to conect to the cellular data (cellular data is on, but personal hotspot keeps loading).
I just can go on line through wifi. Any suggestion?

I restored my phone and it now works but the service is unbelievably lousy like never before.
So still not solved.

Weather App Affecting my Data Usage

Back in October 2013 when I changed my IPhone from a 4S to a 5S I had to go from an “Unlimited” plan to Tiered plan. I went to a tiered planned capped at 2 GB per billing cycle. This didn’t bother me because I would never use all of my allocated data and I usually came in way under 2gb’s
Under my new plan, I set up my data alerts to monitor my usage.   This past week on tuesday, I was notified that my usage was at 75% of the data allowed.   I immediately called VZW to ask how and the tech said that my phone had streamed for an inordinate amount of time around 18 hours while using a app, on the days where my usage was high. The tech was unable to tell me which app, but advised me to take it into the store immediately.
I took my phone into the store and luckily the manager had the same issue on his IPad. He replaced the Sim Card and reset the settings on my phone and credited my account $20 to pay for the extra usage.   Really great customer service!!!
Monitoring my data usage, I noticed that my phone would incrementally use the data plan even while on my wifi.    It would only do it in 8 hour increments, I was led to a previous post via Google (on the apple forums) and I found that the culprit may that I had set up my phone to automatically send diagnostic data.
I shut this feature off, being nosy I looked at the data that was being sent and noticed two odd diagnostic reports titled: Weather_2013_11.08_17:55 and Weather +Stacks 11/10 20:37:47.
The latter (Weather +Stacks 11/10 20:37:47.) diagnostic report I can only assume was informing me that the weather app stayed opened beyond its allocated time. Which prevented the phone from sleeping so it the OS finally crashed the crashed the program.
Also I assume that the report was informing me that informed me in the app it had stayed connected to the weather server for 66,447 seconds, which is about 18.45 hours and used 1147387904 bytes of data or just over 1 GB of usage….
Now I’m not saying that these separate instances are related, but the interesting thing 11/10 I was shown according to VZW that I had amassed 66.51 MB’s.
I am wondering if anyone else has seen this correlation. I have attached screenshots to clarify any confusing parts of the story.   there are three pics, so scroll all the way down

Settings > Cellular only counts cellular data. I can verify that because I'm on AT&T and that carrier offers a service whereby you can telephone *DATA and receive a text message from them telling your month-to-date cellular data usage. I can compare that number to what I see in Settings > Cellular and the two are pretty well equivalent.
Again, I do a Settings > Cellular > Reset Statistics at the end of every billing month.
UPDATE - I said "month-to-date cellular data usage" above. I should have said "billing period to date."

How to check AP data properly transfered to GL

After Payables Transfer to General Ledger is run
1. How you ensure that all the AP Approved and Accounted Invoices is transfered to GL.
2. How you ensure in AP all expenses amount will tally after it transfered to GL. ( Rent 200000, Interest 23000 in AP) will be same amount transfered to GL accountwise. ( though you will check Batch Total and Lines in JE import program)

The suggestion from Nabtech will not give you cellular usage.
To get cellular usage go to Settings > Cellular Data > Cellular Data Usage.
This will give you your usage for a set period, not your balance. Click on View Account, login and see if your carrier provides that information.

Newbie Q about wi-fi & data

I just got my very first iPhone! It's a 3GS. I can't wait to use some cool apps for my son who has special needs.
If I am on wi-fi, am I using data? How do I know when I am using data? My understanding is that apps can be played w/o using data. What about the maps, weather & game center?

There are two types of data - cellular data and WiFi data. You don't pay for WiFi data, but you do pay for cellular data if you go over your limit. WiFi data also does not show up in Usage (Settings app, General/Usage).
You don't know directly when you are using data, except when receiving email or using the web browser. Many apps use data, however. Some are obvious (Stocks, Weather, Google Maps, Facebook, News apps, etc), but others are not. Usually (but not always) when an app is using data you will see a rotating circle on the top line of the display.
When you are using WiFi there will be a "fan" symbol next to the network name; when using Cellular data there will be a display of the type of connection (3G, o or E) in the same location.
If you have apps that use data when the phone is asleep (such as apps that send you Notifications or content streaming apps) they will always use Cellular data because WiFi is turned off when the phone is asleep to save battery energy.

Make sure that your Cellular Data button is turned on:
CELLULAR DATA>CELLULAR DATA = ON
Then the number should show up where Diavonex indicated above

3G not working after ios7 update. Internet connection works with wifi but out and about phone won't conect to the internet via 3G. I've tried resetting the network settings but that doesn't work?

How fast? For an interactive game that uses data (cellular or WiFi) you should expect about 5 hours of battery life. Are you getting less than that?
