    We have made a GR 5000186897 on 03.09.2010 amount 1.920 and tried to cancel it with GR 5000208866, but it takes the invoice amount 1.724 instead of 1.920. What is the correct way to undo this orders, so we cancel the 1.920 and not the 1.724?

    You have to cancel the IR first...and then do cancel the GR...
    yes, there will be diff. in the price(if the price changes in bwtn)..if no changes in the price , the price will taken as old one..
    Process:
    1. Cancel IR
    2. Then cancel GR..
    3. then go the PO and try to delete the line item..

  • I can't contact Adobe to cancel my account

    Please help.
    I signed up for and Adobe PDF edit subscription but I never got the verification email or sign in details.  I tried to find contact help on the Adobe site but it was impossible because without a user name or log-in, I could not log in to ask for help.
    What makes me angrier is that I signed up for a service I never got yet Adobe STILL charges me a monthly fee which I have no way of cancelling.
    It's been two months that I've been trying to get help from Adobe but it's impossible to contact anyone.
    My credit card is being charged monthly for a service I still can't use. I can't contact Adobe as the Chat service is always busy.
    I want to cancel my account but PLEASE do not direct me to the contact page, as I've been there with no success.
    Can someone at Adobe PLEASE contact me, cancel my account and STOP taking my money for service I never received.

    Let's see if I can help. I checked your account and didn't see any subscriptions tied to the email address/Adobe ID that you use to post in here in the forums. So, it's likely that you signed up using a different email address, or that you purchased your subscription via the Reader mobile app (Adobe doesn't have record of those subscriptions as they're managed by the various app stores). If you purchased via the Reader mobile app, please contact the app store from which you made the purchase.

  • Other apps don't respect Contact Sort and Display order

    I just noticed this on my iPhone 4 and am wondering if anyone else has seen that the Map and Mail apps do not respect the 'Sort Order' and Display Order' settings that are chosen in 'Settings'.
    I'm referring to when you get access to your contacts list when inside these apps (when you are composing a new email in Mail and use the '+' icon in the 'To:' & also when in Maps when using the 'contacts icon' to load an address in the 'Search' or 'Direction' fields.
    On my iPhone 4 these two apps have the Sort and Display order apparently hardwired in that they don't change the ordering when it is changed in 'Settings'. It used to be that the contact list would always update everywhere to respect the odering chosen in 'Settings'. I thought that this must be an OS issue but for some strange reason on my old iPhone 3G that also has iOS 4 on it, I don't see this seemingly incorrect behavior....so at least in my case it is hardware specific.

    1. I have a simlar problem with my new iPhone.
    2. Settings configured to be "Last, First" (both sort&display).
    2a. The Contacts app does not following this setting, but...
    2b. The Phone app contact list correctly follows the setting.
    3. In Settings app, configured to be "First, Last" (both sort& display).
    3a. The Contacts app follows this setting
    3b. The Phone app contact list follows this setting.
    4. Could be that the Contacts app does not depend on the Settings (hard-coded?).

    How do you cancel purchases made on the i-pod? My recent purchase included unauthorized apps and I need to cancel and refund the entire purchases.

    I need to cancel this subscription.  Adobe says I need to contact their customer support but their customer support page sends me on a never ending loop of links that doesn't tell me anything other than I need to contact customer support to do this.  HELP! HELP! HELP! Who designed these sites?

  • Brand new iMac. Indesign CS6 will not work at all. It will not reinstall. Tried to contact adobe and I get nowhere.

    I can't reinstall from the adobe site. I get an installation failed message. I can't use the version that I transferred from my old iMac. I am missing plug-ins. Something called JBX and LILO.Indesing.Plugin. I can't find any of these on the web or on the adobe site. I've called apple they say they are third party things and can't help me. Other users have had similar issues but I can't find out how they solved them. I am in a panic. I have a ton of work to do and can't get my swell new computer to run my software. RUNNING CS6

    SJ1122 have you removed the migrated InDesign CS6 installation using the uninstaller located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder?  If so then please also run the CC Cleaner tool - Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to ensure complete removal.
    Adobe applications are not designed to be copied/migrated/transferred to other computers.  In the future please migrate/transfer/copy your documents and settings and reinstall your Adobe Creative Applications.

  • I had photoshop 10 on my mac pro.  I bought a new computer and tried to transfer it.  The transfer did not work in that the software said it was incompatible.  I contacted adobe and they are no hope.

    Adobe said to ask you guys what to do.  One of the support personel gave me a link to cs3.  The link did not work.

    If you want to use the official "Get Adobe Reader" graphic, then you'll need permission to embed it into anything other than a website.
    If you're simply linking to the Adobe website using a text link or another generic button, you don't need permission.

  • Can't contact Adobe... Are they really that unprofessional?

    I'm a Camtesia Studio User and I am looking at
    converting over to Captivate. The software continually crashes on
    me. It is a trial version that I have just downloaded. I understand
    that things like this happen and I am not so upset about that. I am
    however rather frustrated that I cannot seem to even send Adobe an
    email about how to fix the problem.
    Here is the problem...
    The software crashes sometimes upon opening a new project.
    The software crashes everytime upon ending a recording. In my
    search I found another person with the same problem. One user
    responded with suggestions. I followed those suggestions to no
    avail. I have uninstalled the software... cleaned up my system and
    reinstalled to no avail.
    So I would think that my next course of action is to contact
    Adobe and ask.... "How can I get your software to work?".
    45 minutes of searching Adobe.com and I can't find anyway of
    contacting them to ask such a basic question.
    Am I missing something? Is Adobe really that
    unprofessional?

    The contact method has been supplied though I agree they
    could make it
    easier - one thing Adobe said they looked forward to with the
    Macromedia
    integration was the community relations Macromedia brought to
    the table.
    It seems that aspect of the integration hasn't been all that
    successful
    so far...
    Anyway, Captivate crashes as you describe I would suspect
    being a result
    of video card issues. Try adjusting the Troubleshooting
    slider (assuming
    XP; Display Properties > Settings > Advanced >
    Troubleshoot). Bringing
    that down a notch or many may help the stability...though may
    also
    effect the quality of the captures.

  • Need Help With Adobe Subscription I ordered more than and week a go and still no confirmation email

    Order year subscription to Adobe Audtion. Order last week via phone through credit card. No confirmation email has been sent. I have contact suport over phone and propsied solutino would be fixed and recieve call back and email. None of which I have recieved. Someone please help I need this for school/

    We need specifics... as in who did you order it from? 
    If you ask me, this sounds fishy and you might have just been taken.  You might also want to consider looking up your recent credit card charges, and if necessary, cancelling your credit card.

  • How do I contact someone at Adobe about an order problem?

    I can't find any way to contact Adobe other than Live Support. I'm currently overseas and don't want to call on the phone.
    I placed an order on Aug. 20th for upgrades to Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 3. I have the order number in the confirmation e-mail, and the transaction is still Pending at PayPal.com.
    Today, the order number can not be found in Order Status. Live Support said the order was cancelled because the "credit card was declined", and I should contact the "bank". As I told him (or her), the transaction was still Pending at PayPal.com.
    Live Support simply said to resubmit the order, with no other offer of a solution.
    I received no notice of any errors or issues! If an order was cancelled, wouldn't it be prudent to let the customer know?
    When I started to resubmit the order, because I really want these upgrades, I realized the promotional pricing was no longer effective. So, my replacement order is now more expensive than the one that was mysteriously canceled.
    What's going on with Adobe.com? This is by far the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had! I use PayPal all the time to order products and have never had a problem.
    I think the worst part is how Adobe simply abandoned the entire process, leaving me completely in the dark, and leaving the order in a Pending status at PayPal.com.  What am I supposed to do, just wait for another three days for some kind of notice?
    So, is there any other way to contact someone at Adobe and get this resolved, or will I need to stay up until 3:00am to make a call at my expense?

    I apologise for the trouble you have gone through. I will look into this matter for you. Did you happen to place the order while you were overseas or placed the order back home itself ? The reason I ask this question is if you had placed the order while overseas the order will definitely be rejected since the IP address from where you placed the order will contradict the billing zip code which is a big deterrent when orders are processed.
    I apologise the way you have been treated by support regarding this issue and let me assure this will not happen again. I will ensure that you are offered the same price for the products you had ordered initially.
