Contact Apple with a great iTunes idea

Does anybody have a clue how to get idea submissions for iTunes? I have a great idea that I would love to pass along to them that would hopefully get built into iTunes. I don't want money, just a better iTunes.
I have about 13,000 songs on my Mac, although a lot of songs have intros or are just 2 parts. It would be awesome if I could lock songs together, so if an intro or part one of a song would play, the second part would follow.
I would imagine that could be done easiest just like locking a number of songs together just like you do layers in Photoshop, then assign an order to the locked songs.
How awesome would it be if you didn't have to go through the trouble of merging songs together to get them to follow suit. Like for instance, if Eruption started to play, (by Van Halen), You Really Got Me would automatically follow. Any ideas? Feel free to email me at [email protected]

Contacting apple with new product idea

I have an idea for a new product for apple and was just wondering if anyone knew a way of contacting them apart from the unsolicited ideas page. I am not prepared to give them this idea for free, seeing as they could make millions and millions of dollars off the back off it. I can see this idea being able to be sold for around $500 - $800 in america or £500 - £750 in the UK. The people that this idea is aimed at would be willing to spend that amount of money because they spend more on other things that go with this new idea. No new technology is needed everything already exists and just needs putting together
It is totally original and there is a market out there already for it. The market already exists and would be really easy to break into as there is not one major player in this specific market.

If the idea is that good, run with it yourself, wait for Apple to steal the idea and then sue them.
And that is exactly why Apple doesn't listen to unsolicited ideas, the fear that a very rough idea will be presented, Apple rejects it, but will in the future develops some other method that bears a vague resemblance to the original idea and the person who first mentioned the idea sues.
So, Chopper, you do indeed need to give this notion up. Either just send your feedback to Apple, develop your own company or approach some other company to develop your idea, or just drop it. Apple will not listen to you.

It's almost 7:00 PM in London please help me turingtest2 et al with the great Itunes update debaucle of 2014!

I have read every post regarding this Apple fiasco but this has been a perfect storm of Apple failure for me, the only reason I opened my Itunes last night was because my Ipod of 5 years died and I had to buy a new one, so my love for Apple has diminished greatly in the last 24 hours.
Running: Microsoft windows XP media center edition version 2002 service pack 3.
I know enough about computers to be dangerous, I may have deleted something trying to get this Itunes re-install to work. I've been able to follow everything posted like:https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5822688?tstart=30 I have deleted EVERYTHING more than once, restarted more than once, I even tried loading an older version of Itunes, but the problem I'm running into is my sound card can't or won't be detected, it was working fine before this fiasco so I'm not sure if it's the re-install that has caused it to be undetected or maybe it just died at the perfect time. I keep getting this message: I tunes has detected a problem with your aiudio/video configuration and playback may not operate properly. I can see video but no sound, I can get into my Itunes library but nothing will play, my sound card doesn't even show up in my devices section anymore.
I read a post that said something about messing with the msconfig and the inetcpl.cpl and the dxdiag in the START/RUN area so I may have done something stupid.

Most likely, you have a web plugin that depends on the Java runtime distributed by Apple. If you no longer need the plugin, remove it. Otherwise, install Java.

Check your account history for the relevant order numbers/purchase date, cost etc. of the disputed items
Go to the Apple Express Lane Support for iTunes

Choose iTunes Store
Then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Click Continue
Choose the devices and versions of iTunes that you normally connect to the iTunes store from and click continue
you will be taken to a page where you can e-mail Apple who will aim to respond within 24 hours

Basically they do not accept unsolicited ideas but if you insist on sending the idea to them they own it outright. If the idea is that good you should look into developing it yourself. Then once it's a hit Apple may buy to from you.

A great iTunes idea!!

With all the Apple keynotes (MacWorld confrences and such) that exist, wouldn't it be nice if Apple offered them on the iTunes store to purchase? This would be great because,
1.) Every conference video is historical and would be great for people to learn on how Apple came to be
2.) Apple already owns the footage so selling it on iTunes would mean that they would get a full 100% profit out of it
3.) Everyone loves to listen to Steve Jobs talk.
I saw a clip of the 1984 Keynote with Steve's historical Apple ad on YouTube and I was craving for more. Also being on YouTube the quality is crappy but with Apple now offering 640x480 video in the iTunes store, every keynote would be in great quality.

Is there a way to contact Apple with concepts?

I have a valid concept that would utilize existing Apple iconsumer devices in a way that hasn't been presented yet. It could probably get mostly built into an app, but think Apple itself would benefit by writing it into their AppleTV coding. Many have commented on the uniqueness of the idea right under our noses. Even Apple store employees have marvelled at the fact it isn't out there yet.

I'm having a difficult time trying to find a way to contact apple with some technical problems with itunes. is there an email or way to email? I've been looking around apple support and contact us pages, but i still cannot find a way to email them. please help!

And to answer your specific question, Apple does not provide technical support via email except for issues specifically with the iTunes Store. For issues other that with the iTunes Store, you have to call Apple technical support if you want assistance directly from Apple. Note that the call may not be free.
I would echo Phil's suggestion; post details about your issue here (you'll probably want to start a new topic so that the subject line will apply to the problem) and it's quite likely that someone here will be able to help. There are a number of people who participate here that I would stack up against any of Apple's technical support staff in terms of expertise and ability to help solve a problem.

At the bottom of many main pages in the Apple domain (like http://www.apple.com/support/) you will find a "Contact Us" link. Click on that to get various kinds of contact info, as well as a link that looks like a round country flag to change to country-specific contacts. One of these may be what you are looking for, especially the product "feedback" pages.

Contacting Apple - ipod nano replacement

Hi
Can anyone provide the best and hopefully quickest way for me to contact Apple with respect to my 1g nano replacement. UPS have tried to deliver the new one today, but there will be no-one home all of this week so I need to get the address changed. UPS have been given strict instructions as to who they can deliver to, so I have been told to contact apple, but I am trying to avoid sitting on a phone for an hour! (I am based in the UK by the way)
