Contact details for directors

I am so sick of being passed from one agent to another, from one department to another retail, to Openreach and back again, and all the while having no broadband service and no-one being prepared to take responsibility for the problem, which is a BT problem. I had to go and sit in a coffee shop with my kids today so they could access the internet and do their homework. Until quite even recently you could contact directors via Twitter (whether they actually read it or not is another matter. I suspect the Director of Customer Service is more interested in their large bonus and next holiday than customer service). Meanwhile the service agents are left to take the flack, and have absolutely no ability or authority to do anything to help anyone. Pretty shoddy really. Anyway, does anyone have any direct contact details for any of the BT directorate?

IIRC, prior to iOS 6 - you could search for an app using Google, click on the link in the Google page and it would take you to an iTunes store description of the app. The full blown iTunes computer version of the app description. Now doing the same takes you to the App Store and you get some sort of half-baked, crappy, description which is incomplete, with no developer contact information. There is no workaround other than to find the developer's website via an search engine.
It gets worse with every new iOS update. Sometimes simplicity is not the best approach.

HT4847 I am trying to find the contact details for refunding iCloud storage within the 15 Day condition.

Ran into the same scam today trying to cancel the bogus $40 iCloud upgrade.
Call Apple Support vs. the pay Apple $50 to get them stop charging you $40. Tell them you want to cancel the iCloud charges. It took me five calls and finally one of the reps put on her surpervisor who looked up the account and removed the autopay and "upgrade". They would not refund the money from the "free signup" scam, only cancel it going forward. Even that is problematic since on the iPhone under Settings/iCloud/Account/Storage Plan it still shows $40 a year being charged and it will not let you change the plan.

Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

how do i get a carier to unlock my i phone 4s. it was given to me from a friend of a friend (yes it was legitamate).They were emmigrating due to partner getting job abroad. it has been registerd with apple in my name and details. the carrier wants the original purchaser to contact them but i have no contact details for them. would apple unlock this for me or request carrier (3 network) to unlock it?

unfortunately they still insist on previous owner contacting them even though i have explained the situation? have just come back from usa and apple store over there said to get in contact with apple customer services in uk and they could request on my behalf to carrrier for unlock code. Do you know if anyone has tried this with any outcomes?

Selecting Contact details not working

When I'm in 'Contacts' when I click on some of the contacts the phone goes BLACK and then goes back to the main screen. I've checked in my phonebook on my Mac and the contact details for these people exist.
Is this a common problem? Will a full reset resolve the problem?

Standard may not support this requirement. You will have to try a workaround through identifying business area with a plant or profit center or cost center and derive the address accordingly

Help in writing logic to abaper for printing contact details from partnr fn

Hi friends,
I have to give the logic to the abaper to print the contact details of one partner which is manually entered in the quotation at header level.
i have a partner z1 with partner type PE which is manually entered in the partner fn field at the header level. this z1 partner fn is an employee. The name and contact details of this employee needs to be printed in the header of the output.
What is the logic i need to give to abaper for this.

Hi Anand,
In case you do not find an ADRNR for the respective partner funtion in VBPA table, then, it means that the employee number derived from customer master is correct. Then, I think you can take KUNNR number for the employee partner function thro' VBPA and put the same in KNA1 table to get the right ADRNR. (As explained by me in the first post).
My question now is, are you maintaining the employee in XD01 (customer) or in VPE1 (Sales Rep)?
You can try with tables PA0002 Personal Data and PA0006 Addresses only if you maintain employees thro' VPE1 Tcode. PA0006 has PERNR field. But, what you have to make sure is that the table is getting updated. Else, you may not find the data here as well.

PDFs for partners / re-sellers with last page editable so they can add contact details and logo.

I need to be able to share a brochure with partners and resellers as a PDF and they need to be able to add their logo and contact details to the last page.
How is it best to go about doing this?
I have both the PDF and InDesign files for the brochure.

It may not be possible unless your partners have copies of the paid Acrobat Pro. It can't be done with free Adobe Reader. You definitely can't do it with InDesign.
