i receive the message contact itunes support to complete purchase, i already rang up and they passed the case onto some experts that deal with this and they said that i would receive an emal within 72 hours wait as i got told thats the only way these people deal with it but i have waited 2 days already and heard nothing how can i resolve this problem? i have enough money in my bank and everything so why is this a problem i bought two in app items £2.99 each and they were purchased perfectly fine but i have tried doing the same with the same in app item 6 times but same message.

    Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

    Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

    As to why you are getting the message, then it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. past billing issues, account issues ...
