Every time I try and purchase something this is the message that decides to pop up. I don't know what to do about it

    i receive the message contact itunes support to complete purchase, i already rang up and they passed the case onto some experts that deal with this and they said that i would receive an emal within 72 hours wait as i got told thats the only way these people deal with it but i have waited 2 days already and heard nothing how can i resolve this problem? i have enough money in my bank and everything so why is this a problem i bought two in app items £2.99 each and they were purchased perfectly fine but i have tried doing the same with the same in app item 6 times but same message.

    you have paid for app and when app purchase will be approved then ony you should able to make payment for your TAX.
    I had same problem. I called apple guys and got my money back than I use web version ofn turbo tax.
    that works perfectly well.
    problme with app is that you can not see your tax paper next year as web and app does not have any sync link.
    use web version.

    Trying to purchase for my son extra points for his smurf village but every times I try I am getting this message "purchase cannot be completed please contact ITunes support to authorise this purchase" but I do not get redirected to the right support place to get it cleared up.     Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.
