Contact picture for incoming calls!!! Please help!!
After I updated my iPhone to 7.1, my incoming calls now show the contact picture in a dinky little circle in the corner of the screen! What happened to it being the size of the whole screen!?!? Can I change that back!?!?
Another horribly poor decision in Apple's ever-growing list of poor decisions.

It does for me, and everyone I know. Whithout any specific information from you, not even the phone model or iOS version, it's not possible to answer or help.

It used to display the names if there was a contact listed, now it just shows numbers regardless of whether or not the number corresponds to a contact name in the contact list. Can anyone help? I googled this problem and lots of folks have experienced it, however there is not a consensus for a resolution.
Alexandribill, I have been having the exact same issue. I got a new phone and restored my contacts. If the # doesn't have the area code first then the name isn't shown. I just added my husbands area code to my phone and called my phone from his and now his name shows up...Ugh, I have to go through and manually add the area code to all my contacts....
I'd say Verizon needs to rewrite their program to include the area code in the restoring from backup process! -

IPhone 6 contact picture blacks out after calling on the phone. This is a sort of a bug since all the others options are available just the contact picture is blacked out
Have you tried to delete the contact and then re add them?

Periodic loss of sound on incoming calls - Please HELP!
I got a 3GS and it's started to not ring when I get incoming calls.
Sound in general works fine and it's not everytime the calls don't make a sound when I get them.
It's not on mute nor is the volume down, I've checked it every time I noticed I missed a call even when the phone was just on a table in the next room.
I tried a soft reboot (holding down sleep + home button till it restarted), that didn't work and I've tried putting in the headphones a few times in case it was something with the jack.
The phone is updated to the lastest update and this started even before I updated it.
Is there anything else I can try? Or does it need to be repaired?Try sliding the button that is above the volume up and down buttons to see if you have it muted.

please help ... have new samsung ativ se windows 8 phone ... screen lock is on to require password, but on incoming calls its not locked ... how do i lock it for incoming calls too ???? thanks

It's not possible with Windows Phone 8. What's the point, a call is coming in and the phone allows you to answer. -
No sound for incoming calls but it works using speaker and earpiece. I can't hear anything but the other party can hear me clearly. I was told it's hardware problem. Would anyone please help me? Thanks
This is an annoying problem for many people. Most likely your dock connector (on the bottom where you plug in your phone) is dirty or screwed up and is probably just coincidence that it happened after you updated. Some people have had success cleaning the port with a dry clean tooth brush. There is a long discussion going on at the thread I linked below. Good luck...

No sound at all for incoming calls, txts, games. I have checked the side mute switch. Volume is all way up. All notifications are on. I can hear tones when I go to change them. I can hear my music. I can hear talking on videos I have taken. I have tried everything I know to do(reset,restore,reset network settings,reset content and other settings and mute button is not ON)Please help!
This is exactly the same problem I am having. I dropped the phone one time I think that was the reason. Now I cant seem to find any solution to fix it and it will cost me $149 to buy a new phone? There has to be a way to fix this problem.

YOu can't use the whole song for a ringtone, you would have to create one 30 second or less.
