Contact Sheet X v2.1 - how to increase space between caption & images?

Contact Sheet X v2.1 has been working very well. But I can't find a way to increase the spacing between the captions and the images. They're practically touching. From time to time I need to move elements of the proof sheet. The dialog box for Contact Sheet X v2.1 doesn't appear to have anything to control the distance between caption and image. Does anyone have a solution? Using Photoshop CC, Mac OSX 10.9.5. Thank you.

Somehow setting width="400" did not change anything. I also tried:

to no avail.
Anyhow, I've reduced my columnWidthRatio to 0.8 though as you suggested. It looks better, but I'd still like some more space between the columns.

we can give space in the smartform in the same way as in the scripts with two commas one space can be given.
when u click on the text in the window ,
there in the general attributes at the left hand side u can find a small icon for editor in that u can define the spaces with the variable to be printed in &var&.

Why do my vector files rasterize when I make a contact sheet in Bridge? How can I change quality?

I am trying to make multiple vector files (Adobe Illustrator) into a PDF contact sheet. In doing this through the Output function of Bridge, the vector files are rasterized into a fuzzy, low resolution versions. I'm able to change the quality of the PDF itself; however, that does not affect how the vector files are rasterized. I can't seem to find any way to change this. I can make a contact sheet in InDesign or rasterize these things myself in Photoshop, but I thought Bridge was suppose to help "bridge" some of these functions and save some time. Has anyone found a workaround or some hidden quality box that I'm missing?

Contact sheet - just 2 pictures - How?

Hi,
I'm just trying, in iPhoto - to make an 8x10 print where I've placed 2 - 5x7 prints (one on top of the other) on the paper.
I'm trying to do that very simple exercise, and can't seem to make it work.
Or . . . just take 3 or 4 prints and resize them on an 8x10 paper - and make a contact sheet of that - but resize them to how I like them.
Can iPhoto do this (and I'm just doing it wrong!) or maybe iPhoto can't do this?
I have a Canon printer - MG5200 - if iPhoto won't let me make 2 5x7 prints on a page - can anyone maybe recommend software I might use, to just do this simple thing?

Thanks for the link, John, I hadn't noticed this in the knowledge base.
I should correct my earlier posting - it's only when I click on File, Print or File, Page setup that I get the problem, and as I said earlier, it's only on 2 PSD files - all others are perfectly OK.
From the KB article:
Solution 1: the moment I press File, Print, I get the message so can't change printer.
Solution 2: the moment I press File, Page setup, I get the message so can't change the page setup.
Solution 3: tried this - hasn't made a difference.
Solution 4: I have, but it only happens on 2 PSD files, no others.
Solution 5: Not tried yet, but if it's a faulty printer driver, why doesn't it affect all my PSD files, only 2 of them?
Solution 6: tried that - didn't work!
Solution 7: As with my previous comments, I don't understand whjy all other PSD files open OK, and as they do, I don't believe it can be a profile issue.
Solution 8: I'm a PC (to paraphrase that famous advert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) :-)

I had created few items( for the search perpose in report.) I want to increase the space bettwen these items so that it will look better.
I tried with the hidden item but it not working.

The <img src....... is working but in my case I had created total 15 items for the search perpose.
when the complete report is diplaying with output the space between item is as we defined in "Post element text" but when there is no report to display only items are there the space is coming below the item which doesn't looks good.
I don't know why this is happening

How to increase space in Iphoto site

Have already emptied all the albums to an external hard drive.
Have no difficulty uploading photos from camera to the computer.
When drag the pictures into the albums...computer indicated that low space in the disc ..and unable to transfer all the photos...
Any suggestions..?

How to Increase Spacing between characters in textfield

Hi Guys,
I need some kind of solution. I have a textField which I am using to getPassword( I don't want to use JPassword Field) because of older JVM.
suppose TextField is 15 characters wide and number of charactes I want to allow is 5 so I want an "*" then 2 spaces.
Is there any way I can create Custom character( like "* ") or any function to increase spacing between two chars in jtextField.
following are two ideas I have
1. get a char and append multiple white spaces after each char
2. create another class with multiple textfield with spaces between each textfield.
If you guys have any other easy way around.
I would really appriciate your help.

How to remove space between pages in Oracle Reports 6i?

Hi,
I have customized one oracle report (rdf). Earlier, the standard report was showing the ouput in pages i.e. there exists space beteen the pages. But I want my custom report in such a way that it should show me the result in one page i.e. there should be no space between the pages as user wants to spool the output into excel sheet (xls format) after getting the result output obtained from my custom report. Presently, when i spool the data into excel sheet, there is still the space exists between the pages like...few records will come then white space...then records.
How can I remove this space, so that user can easily spool the data into excel without existence of white space.
Any sort of help on this will be highly appreciated.

My report is running on Unix. When I checked the output file in unix where it is getting generated, i saw ^L characters wherever the space appears when i see the output in apps (notepad) , like after every page where I am able to see the space in my output, there ^L is appearing in output file in unix, so how can I avoid this.
I tried to adjust the frames and repeatinf frames also, even i tried changing the properties also of main region (body), but nothing is working for me and still the same issue occurs. I am not aware of this. Please suggest me.

Gradually increase space between a series of objects

I have a row of lines all with the same stroke I want to distribute them so the space between each one incrementally increases from one line to the next.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

I can't think of any straightforward way, but here's a roundabout way that may help.
The trick is to think about the spaces between the lines and not about the lines themselves.
Start off by drawing a blend between a thick line and a thin one using Specified Steps.
Next expand the blend and outline the strokes. Ungroup.
Now use the Alignment palette to distribute the spacing between the lines.
Colour the lines white and put them on a black background.
Now it looks like equal black lines with non-equal white spacing.
If you want more than just 'looks like', make a compound of the lines and 'Minus Front' them from the background using Pathfinder.

How to eliminate space between rows in my gallery?

I have been trying for days to figure out how to get rid of the space between these rows. Padding and margins for the gallery as well as the rows individually have been set to zero. What are those markers (circled in red)? They seem to indicate the break between rows...

There is no need to have your gallery in rows, or have each element inside it's own div with class. You can make this much cleaner by making a list - like your menu.
Your issues were caused by the large amount of <p> tags (which have margins and padding by default) and the fact each image was wrapped in a <h2> tag (which should only be used for headings and also has a default padding and margin). Add to this the <blockquote> and you have a bit of a difficult scenario.
I have cleaned the gallery up for you. Use the HTML below, with the CSS provided. You will need to clean up your CSS afterwards as a lot of the classes you don't need - at least for this page. Another thing is you have 3 containers for the gallery - content2, galleryframeformovie and gallery. Why? Remove the movie one and place the gallery div inside the content2 div.
