Contacting Apple support with a new iPod
Is there some way to contact apple support if you bought an iPod from the Apple internet web site. If so I can't fine the secret enterence to the support room.

Once you have changed your Apple ID, you need to set it up for use in the various systems such as iTunes, the App Store, etc so it can be used as intended. This article shows how to do that -

Hi! My name is Nazım . I live in North Cyprus. I’ve got Apple Ipad 2 and Iphone 4. My ıpad2 is iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G: Serial number: DQTFFVC1DFJ3., IOS 5.0.1 (9A405), model MC775LL .my itunes is last version. I bought my ipad from America.
I’ve recently bought Philips DC390 from Apple Store in Oxford Street. Althouh Philips dock 1 seemed to work properly (charged and player). The second dock isnot compatible with my ipad2. It didn’t work(play),It charges though.
I sended e-mailed to Philips.uk for assistance. They recomend met o reset my ipad2 to see if this clears any issue, but it does indicate a fault with the unit. It didn’t work either.s(everal time Ireset my Ipad2)
In addition to this, I contacted Apple support.UK on 22nd December 2011-12-23. I informed about the problem was likely to be with the apparatur.However I tried my father’s Ipad2 last night.software is the same my Ipad2’s IOS 5.0.1 (9A405), to my surprise it worked properly. I’ve already reset my ipad2 several times but it didn’work.
I would be grateful if you could make me some recommendations to sort out the refered my problem.Hi Nazim

So it started out not being about to conect to my computer then, when i changed to usb port, it went to disk mode. when i reset it it started to make odd metalic clicking noises and telling me to contact apple support. I'm freaking out cause i don't know what happened in I think its broken (its also my brothers ). I feel like i have tried everything but don't want to touch it anymore incase it breaks completely!! anybody know whats wrong with it? or possible how I can fix it?

You need to google iPod red circle with x or ask your question in the iPod forum. Judging from the amount of entries the red circle with x appears to be a fairly common problem with iPod classics.

I bought an iphone 6plus at $849 and it works well in China with a Chinese SIM. While the device went wrong, and I got a replacement in US Apple store. However, any Chinese cannot use in the replacement. I contact apple support, and they asked me to contact you to unlock the device. I want to know if you can help me with the issue.
The Verizon iPhone 6 comes unlocked, Verizon would not be able to help with a Chinese sim.

hacked/modified/jailbroken and tis now relocked it to the
original wireless carrier. If this is the case, only that wireless
carrier can unlock your iPhone. You must contact them to see
if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.

What wireless carrier did you use before this problem?
Does the app Cydia appear on your iPhone?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

the software licence agreement with my new IPOD prohibits use on a non apple branded computer (yeah, I know, no one reads these things) therefore, as I read the agreement, I am not allowed to install the software on teh CD that came with my new IPOD onto my computer - Interestingly enough, if I run just the itunes installer from the CD and not the "autorun" file, then I get a different licence agreement.
Will Apple compuer company please formally state that the supplied software may be installed on a non Apple branded computerhere is the section to which I was referring - it popped up when I first inserted the CD, and it runs when you install the IPOD updater - see the first sentence.

How do I sync my old itunes with a new ipod?
I have just got the latest iPod Nano, after having an extremely old version (from about 5 years ago). All my music (over 800 songs) is on my iTunes account on my home computer, but this computer only has Windows XP, which is not compatible with the new iPods. If I get iTunes 10.4 on my laptop, how can I transfer all my songs from my old iTunes to my new iTunes so that I can sync with my new iPod??
