Contacting Help For A Zen Mi

I have had my zen micro for months now and have finally decided to try to fix the head jack problem. The trouble is that I do not know which help forum I should go to since I do not have a warranty. Also, can anyone tell me how much they charge to fix the problem. I appreciate the help!

I pressume you are from the US. The player bought should be cover by one () year parts, ninety (90) days labor limited hardware warranty. If you are well within the year parts warranty but excess the 90 days labour warranty you will just need to pay for a small fee for the labour charges. Either way, just contact Customer Support and get ready your proof of purchase(receipt) and they should be able to assist you further. You can contact them either through phone or email.

    i cannot get tracks onto mine.
    there WAS an error[now it should be cleaned, formatted and whatever else i do on the recovery mode]. i know what song file was corrupted and it is gone now. when i connect it, the media explorer opens and looks like the player is connected since i can press the options. but when i press add media is says its not connected or busy.

  • Trying to create a contact sheet for passport photos....HELP!

    Aperture 3 and iMac are both new to me and after a lot of research, I finally figured out how to make a contact sheet for my passport photo so that I don't have to pay 10.00 for a measly 2x2 photo at Walgreen's. I went to file>print>selected the 8x10 borderless size and adjusted the picture so that I would be able to print 20 2x2 photos on one sheet. PERFECT....but....I don't really want to print it myself ( I don't have any photo paper right now )...I want to SAVE the image I created and upload it to Walgreen's so that they can print it. Then, I will cut out the 2x2 photo that I need. The only problem right now is that I cannot figure out how to SAVE the image to my computer, either in iPhoto or Aperture 3. If anyone knows, can you please help me out with this. OR if there is another way to create the image in another area of Aperture 3 I would like to know how!

    Once in print after you have the layout you want select the Print button. This will bring up the  system print window (not actually print the image yet).
    At the bottom of the new window is a button PDF select that. From that pulldown you can elect to save the print image as a pdf or better yet for your need you can save  as a JPG (or TIFF)
    Once you have it saved as a JPG you can upload to Walgreen;s

    You are right, Adobe does not support CS5 because it is no longer sold.
    Simply download the trial version of CS5 from this Adobe web site and input your serial number.

  • I have a charge on my itunes account that I did not authorize.  Finding help for this type of problem from Apple or itunes is impossible.  Who do I contact to get this charge taken off my account?

    My checking account was debited by itunes for a subscription i did not order.  How do I go about having it taken off?  The entire Apple website and the itunes website is competely non-helpful for resolving problems.  They should make their site equally as unfriendly when it comes to enticing you to buy their products.

    You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar.  This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
    Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support.

    Probably the best place to start is the right forum for your product. This is the forum for Distiller Server, a long dead product used by big companies, and probably not what you have. If you can't find the right forum, please let us know the FULL name of what you paid for (please check your invoice, as Adobe have many similar products), and we can perhaps direct you. Good luck!

  • Need Help For Zen Xtra - it is as good as a brick right

    My Zen Xtra cannot transfer files anymore
    I have no idea why, but I am close to formatting the thing
    I can still see what files are on the player
    When I browse, The Data Folder takes VERY long to load, but the Music Folder doesn't take AS long
    I have 300+ albums and over 3000 files on it
    Is there any help for my player?

    I had EXACTLY the same problem.... i had to send the zen xtra back... never found out the exact problem, but in my opinion there was a problem with the usb connection on the unit.
    I lost pretty much 50gigs worth of music and files
    The player would connect but browsing took forever and transfers always timed out

    I am facing 2 issues now, and I will post them separately. Thank you in advance.
    First of all, it is very hard to contact Skype (as shownn by another latest post)
    1. the link of Support request page on the following page does not work

    2. When you scroll to the bottom of the page, the link of "get more help" does not work as well.
    3. When I sign up Skype, it displays that there is a "24 hour live chat". But I cannot find it.
    Does Skype really have customer support service?
    I accept Skype not offering any customer support service if all the services are free. However, a lot of customers are paying Skype for pre-paid, monthly and unlimtied subscriptions (for example, me), I believe we are derserved to contact Skype for help when needed.

    While it is possible you have a faulty unit I'd agree that the menu system took a step backwards with the itunes store centric take 2.0+ software. I think I'm in the minority here though. Apart from the 2.0+ top level interface being butt ugly and confusing to navigate, it simply isn't as responsive as 1.0/1.1 and I think most of this is to do with displaying a combined sync/stream menu. if you sync stuff try setting 'show only synced items' in the AppleTv device tabs in iTunes and see if it makes the issue go away - easy to revert back.
    Huge libraries (number of files not actual size of the files) can also be problematic given AppleTV's modest hardware specs but that's more exception than the rule.
    With streaming/syncing combined I also think any network deficiencies show up more than they used to.
