Contacting skype via email regarding payment issue

I would like someone to contact me via email regarding the following issue:
I received a notification my account with Skype has been canceled.  I surmise that for some reason or another Citibank has not been sending payment via electronic payment per my contract with SKYPE.
I have contacted Citibank just now via email, sending then the following message.
(please email me back with your contact phone numbers so I can resolve this unfortunate incident or issue which I have first heard about an hour ago via an email to me from SKYPE)
Received this from your accounting operations.
Something wrong here as the payments are suppose to be make automatically when they g3et near the ten dollar mark.
I have not been following payment as it has been done automatically-and this is the first notification.
How can this be?  This amount shown is very strange and very incredulous to be this high unless Citibank Guam Visa has been not paying the amounts when charged by SKYPE.
Obviously if this is true, for about the past five or so months by my estimate this has been happening.
What is perplexing is that the credit card is still good and ca not understand how it was’t paid.
Could you send me the past 2012 payments so I can see what has been going on?
I will send this on to Citibank as an inquiry.
Anyway, I do not want to cancel my SKYPE account.

    I got my Mac Mini in march but it came pre-installed with iLife '04 and the classic DVD has never worked from day one (I'm on my windows system so I can't tell you the error from my head, something about a Format OSX can't read)

    Sorry, but Apple does not have any tech or customer support via email. You'll have to wait in the phone queue. The problem may be in the drive itself, not the disk, so they'll want to talk with you before deciding what to do. You can also take the Mac to an Apple Store, if you have one in your area.

  • Recieved a bogus email regarding payment via credit card

    On May 14th I received two email notifications that appeared to be from Verizon about my bill.  It stated that there was a problem with my credit card and my service would be suspended by the 16th if nothing was done.  When I attempted to click on the link in the email my anti-virus software notice an issue, so I did not go any further and just ignored both emails.  When I look at the sender the address was not something that appeared to be from Verizon but a person and the source showed it was a "Hotmail" account.  The main reason I wasn't concerned is I don't pay by credit card.  Be careful some one is trying to get spam into your system with these emails.  The data within the email has since disappeared and the email is now just a small black box with an x in it.

    You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
    Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
    In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.

    And to answer your specific question, Apple does not provide technical support via email except for issues specifically with the iTunes Store. For issues other that with the iTunes Store, you have to call Apple technical support if you want assistance directly from Apple. Note that the call may not be free.
    I would echo Phil's suggestion; post details about your issue here (you'll probably want to start a new topic so that the subject line will apply to the problem) and it's quite likely that someone here will be able to help. There are a number of people who participate here that I would stack up against any of Apple's technical support staff in terms of expertise and ability to help solve a problem.

    We have been running the auto-email with PDF payment attachement via F110 for quite some times. Recently my user feedback that some of the vendors receive the email sent by SAP system, however, no attachement being sent to them.
    I have checked the F110 log, which the requested email is generated successfully. However, i couldn't check whether there is email attachement being to them via SOST.
    We are in ECC6. The reported cases are perhaps 5% of the batch payment document running affected with no pdf file attachement sent via email.
    I have been searching around any similar case and how we trace the problem. Can someone share on it?

    Ask to these vendor what kind of software they have to avoid SPAM, or if they manage black lists, 'grey' list. There are other software tools managing these messages. Sometimes these tools remove the attachments.
