Contacts are synces with wrong identity
I am using Outlook Express with two identities. Two different adressbooks. My Iphone since yesterday is unsing the other Identity than before, so i have the wrong contacts on the phone. How can i change the Adressbook the Phone is syncing with?

I currently have an email address I no longer use on my iPhone. Whenever I delete it, I always lose a bunch of contacts (I can tell because I have random numbers in my text messages). So I always have to add the account back. How do I get those contacts which are apparently attached to the email account (although they are only numbers, no emails) to "save" to my iPhone? I don't even know where to find which ones are going to be deleted until I delete them. Thanks in advance!!
You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them. -

First, your daughter needs her own iCloud account, otherwise her ipod will sync will all your data (email, calendars, contacts...). If you have a backup or a copy on your computer, you could turn off iCloud syncing on your iphone, then restore from your contacts via iTunes. After you get a new account for daughter, you can then turn on iCloud.

WWhat are you syncing your contacts with? A supported application on the computer or cloud service? They should still be there.

All of a sudden all of my facebook & email contacts are included with my phone contacts. I don't want that - how do I undo it?
Go settings, and in the app for facebook you can uncheck the contacts sync. Same for email, go to mail in settings, and go into the address you dont want to sync. Unsync.

My iPad is not syncing calendar events via iCloud that I enter on my iPhone 5, but events entered on the iPad are syncing with the iPhone.
On you phone, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar and make sure you have selected a calendar listed under your iCloud account as your default. If not, make this change, then enter a new event on your phone and see if it syncs properly now.
If your settings are already correct, or if after changing them it still isn't syncing properly, make sure all the calendar events on your phone are in your iCloud calendar. If not, enter any missing events either on your iPad, or on icloud.com from your computer. Then, after your iCloud calendar is up to date, go to Settings>iCloud on your phone and turn Calendars to Off. When prompted, choose Delete from My iPhone. After a minute or so, turn Calendars back to On to sync your iCloud calendar back to your phone. Then try adding a new event on your phone and see if it syncs properly now. -

I figured it out! Trying to delete this now....Deselect this option under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes followed by selecting Apply. Bookmarks will no longer be synced between the two.

I recently lost all of the music from my laptop's hard drive, and therefore from i-Tunes. I still have all of my music on my iPhone (3GS) (and a smaller version on my iPod Touch (3)), however when I try to sync them iTunes says the devices are synced with another computer & the only options I have is to erase the iPhone/iPod & sync with the very little music that has been able to be recovered back into iTunes, or to transfer the purchases. I have checked the computer is authorised for my iTunes account, and have transferred the purchases back. I really don't want to have to reload my CDs on when they are all on other devices.
Does anyone know why iTunes is suddenly not recognising devices it did previously, and how I get it to recognise them again? And most importantly, how I can transfer the music on my iPhone/iPod back into the laptop's iTunes?The music was accidentally deleted as I was cleaning up my SafeSync account (like a Cloud) & I unwittingly deleted My Documents & My Music from my hard drive as I did so - these are the only files that were affected. So no catastrophic issue apart from me not knowing what I'm doing.
And IT guy performed a recovery for me but was only able to retrieve about 10% of my documents and only 45 songs of the 1700 or so I had. There is no up to date back up of my computer - trust me I've learnt a lesson there.
Since then iTunes doesn't recognise my devices as being synced to that computer, but there is no other computer for them to be synced to so I don't understand how this happened or how to fix it. I understand that my devices aren't back ups, but it seems stupid to lose the 1700 songs I have on my iPhone. I have transferred the purchases, but the majority of them are songs I've loaded from CDs & obviously it would be a very time consuming process to try to reload all of them - obviously something I would like to avoid if possible. -
All my contacts are stored with country code for eg +233 244 123456. Contact names do not appear during incoming calls.

If it says you are synced with another computer, you are synced with another computer. The only alternative is you have wiped and reloaded the computer that you normally sync with, essentially making it a new computer.

Users getting synced with wrong upn with office 365
i have users on premise, already registered domain @abc.com, use which are synced with office should also come with @abc.com, but its stamping with @abc.onmicrosoft.com, where to check to fix it? thanks

Control which events are synced with iPad?
I have iCloud set up on my Mac/iPad, and it is successfully syncing my calendar events.
However, I don't want minor recurring events that I have on my Mac calendar to be popping up alarms and cluttering up the calendar on my iPad.
How do I control which events are synced with the iPad?

You could either make a calendar under "On My Mac" to take the events you do not want synced to iCloud.
Alternatively make a calendar under "iCloud" for them and uncheck it on the calendar list on your iPad.

First, disable iTunes Match on the iPhone. Open the Music app and let the content clear out. Now, in iTunes, disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key (Shift for Windows). Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, and re-open it. Turn iTM back on and let it complete it's scan. The songs that are "waiting" ought to get converted to "purchased," "uploaded" or "matched." Once the scan is complete re-enable the service on the iPhone.
