Content aware fill, fills with black'ish color but not content "CS6 beta"

Hi guys,
I am working on a pano, which i am rotating and straighting, the idea being to use content aware fill to fill in the gap in the sky. However, when I apply the Content aware fill, I am getting a darkish block of color where i had done my marque selection.
Hopefully this is visable in the image attached
I am not sure if its because of the size of the image (approx 150x30in @ 300dpi) 2.8gb. but i have 96gb of ram so that shouldn't be an issue.
anyway, i thought id share this and hopefully also find a solution

Windows 7 Pro x64. Dual Xeon x5650, EVGA Sr-2,
96gb RAM, GPU: ASUS GTX-460,
Bootdisk: 4R0 Intel 520 120gb,
ScratchDisk: 8R0 Intel 520 120gb,
StorageDisk: 8R0 Seagate SV35 2TB 7200rpm

Just want to add, that small selections are ok, as in I can do contentaware fill, on small selections, but not across the whole pano.

Just wanted to let everyone in on a little trick I learned about 10 years ago with inkjet printers. This might not work for everyone but it worked wonderfully on this printer and all the previous ones that I have owned.
The printer head will get clogged. On this printer it seems to get clogged often. You will need to wash it under Warm water. It might take as long as 4-5 minutes to run the water thru the small circular apertures and also the bottom of the printhead-- where the ink actually exits the printhead.
What you need to do:
1. Remove all of your ink cartridges
2. Release the grey latch, or lift it up
3. Remove the printhead
4. place the printhead under a warm water stream cleaning both the inside and outside of where the ink enters and exits the printhead
5. keep running under warm water untill you dont see anymore ink coming out of the printhead
6. Dry with kleenex dabbing lightly untill you soak up all the water off the printhead
7. replace in printer
8. Run clean up twice and then try and print a diagnostics page or print alignment.

Hi Tom,
Your LOOKUP formula will return a value that it finds in the "other" table. That value can be used in conditional highlighting rules. (Numbers 3 calls it conditional highlighting, not conditional formatting. Just to keep us awake, I guess, but it works the same).
Please explain what you are trying to do.

We use CS6, yes we calibrate using x-rite. I have always had adobe manage colors when printing. This problem just occurred, all my settings are the same as they have been for years. The only thing we did lately is do an update to CS6. We thought it might be our printer but when we use the printer manages color it works fine, The problem with adobe manages color is it is not blending the light highlights like on top of the cheeks with the colors around the cheeks and its putting a faint red between the two it just does not have a smooth transition. I printed a photo that I had printed 4 months ago with no issue, and this time it had the issue that I am dealing with now. Somehow the photo shop manages color is not getting the right info to my printer.

IPod nano works with USB 1.1 but not USB 2.0

Anyone using an iPod nano that works with USB 1.1 but not with USB 2.0? I am using Windows XP and when installing the iPod software from CD it recognizes the iPod and am able to transfer songs using iTunes but when installing SP1 or SP2 to enable USB 2.0 transfers, Windows XP only recognizes the iPod nano as a USB Mass Storage Device. This is the same with iPod Updater.

I have a similar problem with the following configuration:
- Dell Dimension 4100 Desktop with 2 integrated USB 1.1 ports, Windows 2000 SP 4
- PCI 6-Ports USB 2.0 Card ("Mentor" resp. www.bona.com.tw), Model USB20-PCI/6P
What works well?
- All my USB add-ons (1.1 and 2.0) on the internal 1.1 ports as well as on the USB2.0 PCI card
- iPod Nano 4GB on internal 1.1 ports (external drive in windows 2000 as well as iPod in iTunes)
- iPod Nano works as well as on the USB 2.0 card ONLY WHEN my old 4-port USB1.1 hub is connected between Nano and USB card
What doesn't works?
My iPod Nano directly connected to the USB 2.0 card. Symptoms when connecting:
- Windows is very slow, process "scvhost.exe" or "system.exe" using 99% of CPU for some minutes
- iPod is recognised as external drive, but when I click on it, it is empty and copying files to it results in "I/O error"
- iTunes doesn't recognise the iPod (of course, if even windows itself cannot read from it...)
I removed all USB drivers, reinstalled iTunes, iPod (by the way, I still don't understand what "iPod update" is good for, except for updating the iPod's firmware), deactivate the internal USB1.1 ports, no result.

We bought the iPhones and Ipad so that we could send emails while we are out of the Office, but we are not able to do this unless we can find a WiFi connection. Incoming emails are fine. We use IMAP, for Business emails just incase this is relevant and I know that Hotmail is POP3.
Our technical IT knowledge is not great, so we look forward to your suggestions as to how to resolve this.

Contact whomever supports the email account and get the correct Outgoing email server settings from them.

Code is working fine with OIM9102 BP14 patch but not in OIM9102 BP20.

Using OIM API calls, I am able to fetch usr_key and ugp_key succesfully when utilityFactory is initialized with system admin login.
When utilityFactory is intialized with non system admin ID, usr_key and ugp_key is returning as "0".
This code is working fine with OIM9102 BP14 patch but not in OIM9102 BP20. Do user need any access right to invoke API calls ? Any thing related to this is changed in this patch?

No, no more rights are needed. If it is working fine into BP older than this one, raise a SR and ask support guys to file a bug. But you have to show them step-by-step working into the older one and not working on newer. It is quite difficult happen, but maybe this feature broken on new business patch 20.

Windows XP - ok with 4.6.21 but not with 4.7.25 (getting_started example)

I'm new to this.
I have installled BD 4.7.25 and 4.6.21 from the msi onto my Windows XP (SP3) m/c
When I compile the simple examples 'getting_started_examples' they
work with 4.6.21 but not with 4.7.25
The error happens in 4.7.25 when the dbp->open() is called:

Hi,
You need to make sure you are using the dll of db4.7 rather than db4.6. Rebuild db4.7 dll and the example program, and make sure the db4.7 dll is used rather than that of db4.6.

Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via control centre : swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen and it's the right-most of the 5 icons in the middle of it (if the icon is white then it's 'on', tap it to turn it grey and 'off'). I see the printer, in blue when I click on the hardware tab. Actually there are 2 things listed that have to do with the printer.
The first one is called:
HP Photosmart Prem C410 series (DOT4PRIN.... and under the Type it is listed as IEEE1284.4...
The next is listed as:
HP Phototsmart Prem C410 series and under the Type heading it says Printers.

I don't think that a software update from Apple will solve the issues that you are having. You have a rogue installation. After you posted I have just done the following:
Disk Utility can verify my partitioned Volume (including my boot disk) AND REPAIR the non-boot disks on the same Volume without a glitch. It repairs the non-boot disks containing data smoothly.
I have used Mail to send some mails from some Yahoo and Hotmail accounts to my Thunderbird client containing GMail accounts - absolutely normal.
I have iLife '09 but my iMovie '09 and iPhoto '09 open in a jiffy and I see no issues here. I have 6GB RAM (Maximum) on an early 2008 Macbook Pro with a 750GB hard drive partitioned with 120GB reserved for the Boot Drive.
I am sorry that I cannot help further but I am sure there must be a way to reinstall the software without having to revert to restoring your ML backup. I have two clones and if you have such I would attempt to do that through that rather than through Time Machine - that is of course if you have a cloned drive.
