Content in documentation pane missing from Help panel

I am using Flash MX 2004 on my Mac OS X 10.4.5. The content
in the documentation pane (right pane) in the Help panel is
missing. Can somebody help me?

You might have deleted the opera 6.0 directory in
/Applications/Macromedia Flash MX, which it uses to display the
xml-based help content.
If you have a copy of Dreamweaver MX, then copy 'opera 6.0'
from /Applications/Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 to your Flash
Directory. If that doesn't work you may be missing the content from
/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Macromedia/Flash MX
2004/en/Configuration/HelpPanel/
and will have to re-install the stuff.

The Startup Disk utility is missing from Preference Panel.

I recently realized that I no longer have the Startup Disk preference pane in the Preferene Panel. I sometimes boot from other drives and now I'm forced to hold down the option key at restart or startup instead of being able to select the startup drive through the Startup Disk pane. If anybody can help shed some light on this issue, I thank you abundantly.

OSB - Content length http header missing from business service out message

Hi all,
I am having some diffuclty with a business service in OSB. I created the business service from the wsdl and created a regular proxy service that just routes to the business service. When i run the test console i get the below fault.
<faultcode>soapenv:Server</faultcode>
<faultstring>BEA-380000: Length Required</faultstring>

After some debugging i find that the content length http header is missing from the outbound message the business process creates and sends to the acutal web service which sends back the http 411 fault.
Does anyone know how to configure the message flow of my proxy service to ensure that the outbound message sent from the business service contains that content length http header or any suggestions on how to fix this issue will be appreciated.

Disable the "Use Chunked Streaming Mode" property in HTTP Transport Configuration of your business service. By default it remains enabled.

T510 - Bitlocker missing from Control Panel

I just got my new T510 with Windows 7 Professional 32 bit and I was trying to use Bitlocker to encrypt the hard drive. But Bitlocker is nowhere to be found in Control panel.
Used Search option in Start menu and the only result is refering to manage file encryption certificate.
I looked in BIOS just in case I need to enable TPM chipset - nothing found. All my other DELL laptops in the office have Bitlocker present in Control Panel. Even on my old LENOVO T60P I was able to enable it.
I don't know what's happening here, what I'm missing ?
I cannot belive that the new T510 is missing the feature. Any help apreciated...

Correct, BitLocker is only in Win 7 Ultimate (and Enterprise). You can use the Windows Anytime Upgrade feature to upgrade your Pro to Ultimate-->hit windows-key + Pause to bring up the System properties, and there's a link at the bottom left of the window (I'm going by memory here) that allows you to do the anytime upgrade. You don't have to re-install your OS or apps or anything, it happens in-place once you've paid the fee.

InDesign 6 for Windows Free Transform tool is missing from Tools Panel

IIn my InDesign CS6, the Free Transform tool is absent from the Tools Panel.
How do I find it and place it on the panel?

It's in the same grouping as the Rotate, Shear or Scale tool. Click and hold on the tool (notice the little arrow in lower right corner?) to expose the whole group, or press E with no text cursor active.

Call Manager 7 Documentation is missing from Documentation Center

In the voice portion of the document center I don't see anything relating to CUCM 7.x. What's the best way to get this corrected?

Documentation link missing from front page?

Can it really be true that you have removed the link to the Oracle documentation from the front page?
I sure hope it's there and I just can't find it anymore - it would demonstrate a very limited knowledge of your users' needs if you on purpose remove the most useful single link from the front page...

Naturally, on IE with scripting enabled I can see menus and stuff, but that's not an option on my production system...

Content Aware Move Tool Missing

The Content Aware Tool is missing from the Tools Bar. How do I make it appear

You can also cycle the tools with an option/alt+click on their tool icon, in this case the first tool after the first divider of the toolbar.
If you right-click on a tool with an triangle on its bottom right corner, you get a drop down list with the alternate tools.

Startup Disks missing from Preference Pane - Help!

I have my Macbook partitioned with boot camp and I can start up in both Windows or OSX by holding down the option key and I get to choose my system.
However, in my preference pane for Startup disk, they only option that appears is Network Startup. Neither OSX or Windows appears there. This has only occurred since the last update. I haven't changed anything in my system in months.
So I now have to wait for an extra 2 min or so, while the macbook searches the network for a bootable drive before it finally decides to start in OSX.
Anyone have any ideas how to get my drives back in the Startup Disk preference pane?
Any help you can provide would be welcome.

Oh, I wish that had worked, but unfortunately they do not appear with any other user either.
I really don't want to do a complete reinstall of both systems. I hope I can figure out another way to fix this.

"Enable Access for Assistive Devices" is missing from Yosemite and my QuicKeys program depends on this to work. Help!

This is my second day trying to get my QuicKeys application to work in Yosemite, but "Enable Access for Assistive Devices," which QuicKeys needs to work, is missing from Yosemite. I have gone through the entire System Preferences panel (Security and Privacy, Accessibility, Keyboard, etc.) without success - it's just not there. I have checked this app in the Privacy pane and dragged
"QuicKeysUserEventHelper" out of the QuicKeys Resources folder into the Applications folder so it could "appear" in the Privacy pane, and then checked it there. Is there any way to enable access for assistive devices - a Terminal command, perhaps?
QuicKeys is my most used program, which I have had since its inception at least 10 years ago! Help!

Thank you for your reply! I did everything that Startly recommended (actually, gb2), and when I dragged the QuicKeys Helper into the Privacy box. I didn't see it, but after I quit and restarted QuicKeys, it worked! However,I had first dragged the QuicKeys app to the trash, emptied it, then restarted. Next, I redownloaded QuicKeys from Startly and THEN I went to gb2's directions. All together, my QuicKeys now works on my MacBook Air. BUT NOW, I keep getting the warning that says that this version and activation code are already in use by another user! I am also getting those warnings on my Mac Pro - which had the same problem yesterday (QuicKeys not working), until I heard back from a Technical Advisor from Startly, who told me about trashing the app and redownloading from their site. Last night, that version of QuicKeys worked WITHOUT my having to drag the QuicKeys Helper app into the Privacy pane. Perhaps it is there, but invisible - the helper app is not visible on either of my computers' Privacy panes.
OK, NOW WHAT DO I DO? Every 20 seconds or so, I'm getting those annoying warning signs (on BOTH computers) and requests to put in my activation key, and then told that it is being used by another user!!!
AM I EVER GOING TO BE ABLE TO USE MY 2 LICENSES FOR MY 2 QUICKEYS PROGRAMS???

Problem installing iTunes update: "Can't start" iTunes "because MSVCR80.dll is missing" from my computer. Please help!

Please help! I tried to update my iTunes as prompted, but it did not install correctly, and now I am getting the following message and do not know how to fix the problem:
"The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling this program to fix the problem."
Another window gives me this message:
"iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)"
BUT I AM AFRAID TO REINSTALL iTUNES and lose my library! Would greatly appreciate learning how to resolve this porblem without losing my music!

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Right-click any other panel head(such as Basic panel), you can turn on/off any panel in context menu list
