Content of the album I purchased is partially downloaded. Songs doesnt play after 1second and skips to next song. How do I get the complete album downloaded without such errors?

I had the same problem so (assuming under the Purchased items in the Store you have a song stuck at 'Downloading'):
I went to Music, then Artists.
From there I chose the album.
The song that failed to download had the cloud symbol next to it.
I clicked the cloud symbol and the song completed the download for me.
(Please note this was in iTunes for Windows - I expect it to be similar in iTunes for Apple)

A music track I purchased only partially downloaded. I am unable to re-download it again as there is no option, so cannot get the full track I have purchased. Any ideas?

I purchased an 8 minute music track on itunes which only downloaded about 22 seconds. It does not give me the option to re-download what I purchased on itunes, only to play it - so it only re-plays the partially downloaded track. I know the full track is available as I managed to download it to my iphone but when i connected my iphone to itunes the one which was only partially downloaded saved in my music directory overwrote the full version I managed to get on my iphone so I'm back to square one again. Any ideas? Thanks

Delete the track from the iTunes library, allowing iTunes to move the track file to the Trash. Then download the track again from the iTunes Store via this procedure:

That fixes the problem for many people. If problems with the track persist, go here:
iTunes Support
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Since your iTunes store purchases are connected to your account, you should be able to redownload them. Check out this article for directions on how to do so:

You should be able to copy it to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases so that you can make a backup of it.

I understand you are having issues with a couple of songs you recently purchased. It may be that these songs did not download fully, or correctly. The best troubleshooting step may be to delete the songs from your library, and re-download using iTunes in the Cloud (if available in your country).

Symptoms
Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
2. Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
3. Download your previously purchased song from this list.
Note: iTunes in the Cloud, which allows you to download previously purchased songs from the iTunes Store, is not available in every country. Learn if iTunes in the Cloud is offered in your country.

Select the iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.

Why are only the albums i purchased from itunes only visable on my Apple, but all are visable on my ipad

On itunes I have a mix of albums I purcahesd from itunes, and those uploaded from original CD's. I now have an Apple TV with itunes match, but only when the computer and itunes are on, are all albums are visable and playable on the Apple Tv. When itunes and computer is off, only albums purchased from itunes are visable in my music on the Apple TV. However, on my iPad, all albums are visable and playable, (cloud icon with down arrow next to track). I am on home sharing, and I thought Match would alllow playing of albums without the computer and itunes running, as on the iPad. I must have missed something somewhere? so a hit of guidance required plesase.Thanks

Hi again. Yes I did try turning match on and off both in the Apple Tv and itunes several time to no availaile.
However!!! I turned off home sharing and Match on itunes and shut it down. On the Apple TV I did a complete restart, which led to a lengthy period to carry out an upgrade. once completed I set up the Apple TV turned on Match, and lo and behold all the albums now appear in My Music!. Also confirm they are on computers by turning on itunes and home sharing and match. Everything appears to be OK now.

I have tracks missing of the album I purchased. Can anyone help?

I purchased the Skyrim soundtrack yesterday and listened to it fully. Today I connected my Ipod to my laptop to charge and so the soundtrack is on my laptop aswell as my Ipod. But now, both my Library and my Ipod say I have only purchased 18 of the 53 tracks off the album. Does anyone know what I can do, because I can't re-downlaod the album without buying it again for some reason?

What region are you in? I believe in most places you should be able to redownload your past music purchases on demand, but they will only show in iTunes Store > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer if they are not already in your library, whereas you say they downloaded and played successfully at least once.
Perhaps something has gone wrong with the index of the main Music playlist. Download the current iTunes Free Single of the Week. I know it sounds odd, but it should fix the problem. (Probably adding anything would do.)
If that doesn't work close iTunes and delete the hidden file sentinel from inside the main iTunes folder, then start iTunes again. It should run a consistency check when it starts up which may resolve the listings to show the entire album again.
Failing that use the "Report a problem" links in your account history to get in touch with the iTunes Store support team.

Hello and thanks for the help. I've purchased multiple songs and albums from iTunes. Recently, I've downloaded 2 songs from same artist, different albums, and only received a partial download (approximately 17 mins of a 50 min song). My library is showing that the entire song has dowloaded but stops at the partial minute mark. How do I access and/or re-dowload entire song?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

Bought an single then the album, same song wasn't downloaded

Hi I bought a single, love me again John Newman then decided to buy the album.
The album didn't download this song which I've paid for, annoying when you pick an album to play and it's missing a track. How can I fix this?

Check to see if Show iTunes in the Cloud is check to see if it is downloaded also you can check in your purchase history by going to the iTunes Store and click on Purchases. Then navigate to the album and see if it shows that it is downloaded or has a cloud symbol. If it has a cloud symbol, then click it to start downloading. If it is showing that it is downloaded, then you would need to search for it in your iTunes library and remove it to download it properly. If that has not resolved the issue, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

The album covers on my new downloads are wrong on my iphone, but correct on my itunes account, how can i fix?

The new AC/DC I downloaded has Adele and Aldo Nova (current songs on my iphone) as the album covers, how can i fix them to the correct ones. In my itunes account they are correct, just not on my iphone 4s.

So I purchased Navigon app on my iphone 4 with my iTunes account id then got a new iPhone 4s and signed in with the required Apple ID and now Navigon app does not recognize me as its owner. When I try to restore purchases I make on the app it tells me to buy it first. The problem seems to be it defaults to my Apple ID when I am asked for a password and does not give me the option of using my iTunes account ID and password which is what I used when I purchased the app. HELP?

HT4059 The book I purchased will not download.

I purchased a book from iTunes and it will not download. I get a message confirming my purchase and to tap download. I've followed the directions dozens of times but still no book.

Have you tried deleting the book from the bookshelf and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the iBooks app ? (And for the epub version did you still have the ibook version in the app - that shouldn't have affected it, but there's a small chance.)
