Context : Context of an element is nothing but just the level, where
the XML tag appears in the given XML
document. Level of any element is set to the immediate parent node by
default.
Context Change : Context change is just changing the level of XML
tag(element level in XSD) in the XML document.
This means when we map one source field to one target field then that
both field segments should be at same
level.
Example
The reason that context changes can occur in mapping is because sometimes you want to manipulate the structure of the message that's being transferred between systems. For example, lets say you have a message being sent from one system as an XML file, and the structure looks similar to the following:

</header>

However, the system that the message is being sent to has a requirement that each field be split into individual <header> format (I know, this is not a real world example), then you want to use context changes to make the format look something like this instead:

Hopefully is just says that for a minute or two ...
It just means that iTunes calculates what needs to be done, and then while instructing the iPhone to do these operations, it is "Waiting for changes to be applied."

Once something similar happened to me. The external drives I had set up for FCP to use for some reason were not mounted, and FCP put all its render files on the main drive and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Go to applications, and control-click (and hold down) on your FCP icon; you should get a pop up menu that says "show package contents". Select that, select the "contents" folder, then the "mac OS" folder. See if your quicktime file is in there, or if you've got render files in the "render" folder or audio render files in the "audio render" folder that don't belong there.
That's where FCP sticks stuff when your documents FCP project folders are not available or when external drives you've selected aren't available.

IF you had find my ipod activated on the ipod BEFORE it was stolen AND it is on AND it is connected to wi-fi, THEN you may be able to find the registered address of the wi-fi router to which it is connected.

I've made a mapping. With several context changes. They all work fine when testing them in the message mapping and the operation mapping. But when I'm testing the actual scenrio all the target fields where a context change is used the target value is missing.

BW object status "Changed by IMPACT" - how to figure out who caused it?

We have struggled with this for some time - and it has just bitten us again in our BW production system - an Update Rule became inactive with status changed by 'IMPACT.' We need help/instructions on how to see just what process (transport?) caused the impact!
Please share your knowledge/process for this issue.

Thanks to everyone who has responded. I suppose that I could have/should have provided more information in my original post/question. In our situation, there are no "obvious" structural changes that would have caused the update rules to be inactivated. There were no transports, no "manual" changes in an "open" system. There were no InfoObjects added nor removed from the ODS. (The update rules in question feed ODS targets.)
So, I have a couple of related questions -
Is it possible that this condition (changed by IMPACT) was caused by changes in the feeding (R/3) system? Perhaps by the Data Source being replicated? We did a Plug-in upgrade on our R/3 system on 20Nov2004. These update rules continued to function - they became inactive the first time a developer "looked" at them in the production BW system. Only a subset of all the update rules behaved this way. We have not been able to determine the commonality - reference characteristics, compound characteristics, etc. That is why we have posted this question. Any further advice is surely welcomed!

You need to get control of your Apple ID. Change the password.

If you can't change the password because this person ahs changed the password to something that you don't know then contact the Account Security Team to get control of your account.

Essentially, the bare issue is that you have a 500GB hard drive with only 10GB free. That is not sufficient to run the system properly. The two options you have are to move/remove files to another location, or to install a larger hard drive (eg 2TB). Drive space has nothing to do with SMC firmware, and usually large media files are to blame.
My first recommendation is this: download and run the free OmniDiskSweeper. This will identify the exact size of all your folders - you can drill down into the subfolders and figure out where your largest culprits are. For example, you might find that your Pictures folder contains both an iPhoto Library and copies that you've brought in from a camera but are outside the iPhoto Library structure. Or perhaps you have a lot of purchased video content in iTunes.
If you find files that you KNOW you do not need, you can delete them. Don't delete them just because you have a backup, since if the backup fails, you will lose all your copies.
Don't worry about "cleaners" for now - they don't save much space and can actually cause problems. Deal with the large file situation first and see how you get on.
Let us know what you find out, and if you manage to get your space back.

The Disk Utility, Carbon Copy Cloner, SuperDuper, or similar software. For best results, place the second drive inside the computer or in a FireWire enclosure and boot the computer from it before removing the internal drive.
