Context Header Area modification

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement where I need to show confirmed iObject on the context header , next to Confirmed Account on ICWC. The confirmed iObject should be visible on header once the user confirms the iObject. I know the component ICCMP_HEADER but I am not able to device a way to display Iobject on the header.
Any help is highly appreciable.

Hi Dhanraj,
you can try to use the Rule Modeler in SAP CRM. The basic concept is that after confirming the IObject there is an alert triggered (you have to create an Alert with role IC_MANAGER). To start you can use SAP Note 1330726.

Can't get rid of account icon photo in mail header area

How can I get rid of the thumbnail photo icon in the mail header area when I send an e-mail in Mail?
It is one of the supplied icons that is in system preferences for "accounts", to distinguish my account from my wife's on our iMac G5 (10.4.10). I recently only selected this icon....the boxer dog....but there was nothing in that area before when I used the generic sillohuete as my account log-in identifier.
Basically, I don't want to be sending e-mails with a dog's photo....as much as I like dogs.
I have read how to ADD a custom photo in .Mac preferences/profile but, I didn't see how to get rid of one and I did not consciously choose to add the photo that is there now.....it just appeared after I changed it in System Preferences/Accounts. I understand that it might appear in iChat, but, I am not/wasn't using iChat.

Those photos don't actually get sent. They are a "feature" of Mail. You probably have a "Me" card in your address book? Get rid of the picture there, and it should get rid of the picture in the header region of your emails as displayed in Mail.app. But, like I said, those don't actually get sent, anyways. Got Windoze at work? Send an email to yourself at your work email address -- you'll see -- no boxer dog. Another approach:
Open view CRM_WORKAREAHDR/WorkAreaHeader and change the configuration. There is a button in the bar named "Attributes" (probably hidden under MORE).
Once in there in edit mode substitute the content of attribute "UI_COMPONENT_3". It should be
Window=CRM_ALLSEARCHES.CRM_ALLSEARCHES/LauncherWindow;horizontalAlignment=right;
put there a
Width=0px;
The other way using business role is fine as well.

Link to folder in a room - missing header area and navigation panel

Hello Community,
I have a problem, again. While creating favorites to specific folders I got a problem while using and "publishing" them.
While using the "send to..." feature the recipient gets an eMail with the link to this folder. When clicking this link he gets as the result the opened folder, displayed in a browser. Until now nothing really unexpected.
What we want is that he gets not only the opened folder. We want that he gets the whole navigation around it (navigation panel, header area) for the specific room the folder is in.
Now my question. Is it possible to create a link with this behavior?

Hi Frank,
if you have navigated to the room / within the room to the room part you want, check the page toolbar, choose "Add to Portal Favorites", add it under some name; then in IE choose Favorites, right-click on the favorite just added, right click, properties (or just call it). The upcoming URL of the form http://portal:50000/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=navurl://1f9eaddf81792cb6f2b9f05381cce360&&NavTargetAsRoot=true should do the trick (this at least holds from SP14 on).

How to select all single values in the header area

Dear Experts
I got a request that the user wants to select a single value or all single values in the header area. E.g. if the values from characteristic master data are A, B, C and D, the selection can be one of these values or all of them. With the standard BPS configuration, due to the unique combination in the header area, selection of 'All' single values is not possible. Is there a way to select all single values in the header area?

Hi Jessica,
Here is a solution where you need not to change your planning layout or to create a new variable or any exit function.
Step 1 - Maintain master data value 'ALL' in the required characteristic.
Step 2 - Create a copy function to copy all the required data records to 'ALL'. you can use standard copy function where you have to include only this characteristic in the fields to be change.
Copy -
From = all values (A,B,C,D etc)
To = "ALL".
Step 3 - Call this function on layout opening. you can include it in the planning folder and change the function attribute to call it on layout opening.
Step 4 - Create a standard Delete function. you have to call this function on save operation. In this function, you have to delete all data records present in the buffer where required char contains 'ALL' value.
This approach can impact the performance of the planning application. It depends on the number of data records you are dealing with. Standard Copy and Delete functions are pretty fast in nature.

When running a slideshow from an album it will not run properly if the photos are sorted manually. Sort them by any of the other options, title, date, rating, etc. and it will play correctly.
Send a report of the problem to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html.
If you must sort them manually create the slideshow in the slideshow mode in iPhoto, not from an album.

I am trying to use my iPhoto pictures as my screen saver on my mac book air (lion)... however many of the pictures heads are cut off. How do I fix this without the pictures looking distorted?

Open the screen saver control panel. Right above the preview window there's a popup menu. You'll probably want to set it to "Fit to screen" so the pictures will be resized to show on the display.

The red colored "record ready" button has disappeared from my track header area. The other four buttons are showing fine, (input (i), hide (h), mute (m) and solo (s).

I already had that done IE. I had duet already chosen as input and output etc etc.
The problem seemed to be the issue that was addressed by Eriksimon:
(( ctrl-click the track Header.))
Following that advice gave me a drop down menu which allowed the various buttons to be
checked and unchecked.

I want to hide it for Interaction center for all roles. I have done the same by commenting the code in the page "crmcmp_ic_frame_contextareatable.js" of component "CRMCMP_IC_FRAME" .

I have a designjet 130NR that keeps indicating that some print heads are bad.

All heads are new and in date. They were replaced because of this problem.
When they fail, different heads are indicated, sort of randomly.
Send a print job, sheet starts printing, printer stops and cuts paper. Head indicators start flashing. Depending on its mood any one one several of the heads will be indicated as bad.
I suspect the carriage assembly or drop detector.

Styling TabPane header area / fx-border-bottom-color

I want to style the TabPane to my needs.
Especially I want to replace the ugly gray background in the header area, which is defined in caspian.css as:

There is much of CSS 3 that JavaFX doesn't currently support, and border-bottom-color is one of them. But the shorthand works.

Can I change header area while composing a message from blue to white

I'm using Tbird 31.0 on a Windows 7 64 bit computer. I had to reinstall the operating system, and since then, when I compose a message, the header area is blue. I can't seem to find a way to change it back to white, like it was. Can I?

I'm sorry I don't remember which version of Tbird I was running. I can say that I ''always'' upgrade as soon as the autoupgrade lets me know. However, when reinstalling, I got a message that one of my addons would not run with the version I was installing so maybe not the absolutely most current. In case you are wondering, I installed the appdata/roaming files from my backup so everything would be in place which is how I happened to have an obsolete addon, I would guess.

Header area takes half of the screen

The header area (the logo, tabs, breadcrums etc) takes almost 40% of the screen!!!
Does it really have to have that big OTN logo and other stuff at the top?
Just a suggestion..

On my laptop 17" inches screen, definition 1440x900, I must admit the header is just grabbing a lot of space:
* in a discussion: top red useless space+number of replies space+thread title horrible big, it's easily about 50% of the screen.
* in a discussion list: I only see the last two threads in overview tab, and the last 5 in the content tab. And yes, the left frame is taking about 25% of the widescreen.
There's also a lot of wasting space between each comment within a discussion, that make me scrolling a lot.
That' rather annoying, to be political correct. Is there 21" (or more ?) screen recommendation to use the new forum ?
Without saying the used red on top of the page is really like fireworks with all those people seeing in the cloud...
