Context menu doesn't appear when right click on VPN connection

Hi
Since I've upgraded to windows 8.1 from windows 8. The content menu stop appearing when I right click on VPN or wireless connection. I cannot change public to private network on any connection
Any idiea??

Hi,
You can delete the network profile using the next command.
netsh wlan delete profile name="HomeNetwork"
Then you can reconnect to the network again and choose the type you want to.
If you don't know the name of the profile, use the next command.
netsh wlan show profiles

I have updated firefox to 4.0.1, but the realplayer plugin doesn't work (the tab to dl doesn't appear and right-clicking reveals no dl option like it should either).
I have IE 9 too and the same videos tried in FF can be dl'd there but not with the new FF4, and i've checked the plugin against this page: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using%20the%20RealPlayer%20plugin%20with%20Firefox#os=win&browser=fx4, but it's exactly as it says it should be, but there is not dl tab appearing like normal.
I have also tried updating to the latest realplayer and there's no difference.

Spotlight doesn't appear when I click on it or when I use the cmd space....

I'm having the same problems. Spotlight doesn't respond when I click on its icon in the menu bar, and splat-space highlights the icon but doesn't open any windows.
If I click on a Finder window and hit splat-F I can open a finder window but it appears it stopped indexing a while ago because I don't see any new info. I've deleted the index and it's reindexing now, but no change in the Spotlight icon behavior.
I have Now-Up-to-Date as well, and I'm running the current version, but I'm a bit nervous about deleting that startup folder without knowing what that will do. If that simply removes the icon from the menu bar I'm fine with that.
Spotlight does occasionally work. I don't know why but it'lll suddenly kick into gear. These days, though, it's not available 95% of the time, which is a bummer as I really like it and used it a lot.

This option is by default there. Try reset IE settings and see the results.

I want to change the size and color of the pen, but can not get the context menu.

Could you please try following steps and let me know if this helps.
1) Open you pdf.
2) Tap on pdf to bring the top bar.
3) Tap on Comment icon.
4) Choose pen.
5) Draw the annotation with your pen
6) Press Save
7) Tap on your annotation.
Here you will get the context menu that will allow you to change Thickness,color and opacity of your annotation.

I want Time Machine to "back up now" as it should from a menu that should appear when the icon is addressed in the dock. I cannot get this menu to appear?

I have been using an external Iomega HD for back-up. It has stopped working automaically ( I have used disc utility to verify and repair the disc). I get a message that disc was unable to back-up. Mac help describes a menu which appears when you click on the Time Machine icon that includes the option to "back up now". This menu does not appear when I click the icon. What can I try next?

In Firefox Nightly (what will become Firefox 20), per-window private browsing has been added, so the menu item under the Tools menu is gone. It's been replaced by New Private Window under the File menu. I don't suppose it's very likely that you're using such a cutting-edge test version of Firefox though.
If that doesn't solve the problem, since it's a different issue, it would be best if you would ask a new question.

How to create a context menu which appears on right click

Hello Experts,
I want to create a context menu which should appear on the right click of a mouse anywhere on the screen.
I have seen this functionality in one of the sap applications, and i guess this is an inbuild functionality in Webdynpro for ABAP but in WebDynpro Java i haven't found any such inbuild functionality.
Does anybody have any idea about it ?

Context menus are not supported in NW04 and NW04s, they will be available in the next major release.

The words "Toast it" appears in menu when right clicking an icon but Toast has been uninstalled. How can I remove it please?

Firefox 6. When right clicking a tab no drop-down menu appears. Why do I not have the option to pin, unpin, etc.

I'm using Firefox 6 with all current updates. This is on a desktop pc running Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
At some previous time I was able to pin tabs - I pinned three. Lately I do not have a drop-down menu when right clicking on a pinned or unpinned tab. The feature is just not there.

If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. <br />

When right clicking an image in Bridge, the "open with" option doesn't display Fireworks

This is not the case with all the files, but some. For example, there was a .jpg file that I couldn't open in Fireworks when right clicking and choosing "open with", although Illustrator and Photoshop were both listed. Note: I have Cs5 Extended. Thank you in advance.

The "open with" menu is set in the OS, not Bridge, so open Windows Explorer and work on it from there to add what you want.

How to click, when "right-click dominant" is turned on?

My sister is on a 17 hour train ride now with her new macbook with Leopard. She doesn't have a mouse/wacom tablet with her now. Without knowing the implications fully, she went into the mouse settings, and turned on "right-click dominant". Her computer only has one click button, which now brings up the mini-menu that comes up with a right-click. Control-click does the same thing. She is stuck. She can't get back into the preferences to unclick the setting, because she can't click.
Is there a way?? How to click, when "right-click dominant" is turned on?

I am not familiar with the term "right-click dominant". The mouse section of the System Preferences has a "primary mouse button left/right" setting, but that affects the mouse, not the track pad. I would try all the modifier keys (and combination of) I can think of to see if one switches the track pad click. If that fails, a restart (press the power button and return) might straighten it out.
