Continue to Play Music, in Both Accounts

I'm working on two separate user accounts constantly and combining them is not an option. It's irritating when I switch to the other account and my music stops.
Any way to enable access to the playing music on both sides?

Why not? Most of the time, when I hear someone doing something like this and they say doing something different is "not an option," it's because of a failure to understand something. That could easily be wrong here, but humor me and provide details.
It's irritating when I switch to the other account and my music stops.
Are you logging out and logging in to the other? If so, that's just the way it works. All apps stop when you log out. You could try using fast user switching instead (System Preferences -> Accounts -> Login Options). If you're already doing that, and the music still stops, then you're probably out of luck.

I have tried the method of authorizing my computer and then initiating transfer purchases method yet my purchases were not transfered. I was told Apple can put your purchases in a certain place for you to retrieve them in your I-tunes account.

There is no "adding" a device. Simply plug the iDevice into the computer. iTunes should automatically detect the device when it is connected.
iTunes can sync/manage as many iDevices as you want... there is no 1 device limit.

Trying to authorize my iTunes to play music from another account

I was trying to play music from another account in my iTunes. I got the message that my computer isn't authorized. I entered the email address and password of the account with which the music purchased and got another message that says "This computer is already authorized. Including this one, you have authorized 4 computers out of your available 5." Yet, I am still unable to play the music in my iTunes. Suggestions? Thanks.

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them:

That's normal and as designed. The song will play out. You can pause it by pressing one of the volume buttons or use an app like 'Stop the Music' to completely exit the player.

Quiting front row and continue to play music

It used to be that front row would continue to play music after you quit it from the same playlist but this isn't the case anymore. If you are using FR to listen to music and quit the music stops playing. Anyone know how to have the music continue to play?

Well as much as I like the look of the new Front Row, I don't like the same thing, That it stops playing music upon closing. The older one (Tiger) was so much better Animation and usefulness wise. It also supported Air-Tunes (my best friend). So I thought to myself, "is there any way i can switch back to Front Row from Tiger (A.K.A. Front Row w/ Air Tunes)". When typing the code into the terminal field, you can just copy and past for safety if need be.
Just rememeber to exorcize caution whenever using terminal, for it can really do damage.
And one more thing, I've realized that when going to the video/movies section it likes to freeze (though it always has for me for some reason when I was running Tiger). DVD Function works perfectly.

HT1206 my mom somehow ended up with totally different iTunes accounts, based on an old (dead) email address and a newer one as well. She's bought a lot of music on both accounts over time... is there some way to merge the old account into her newer one?

***? I upgraded to Vista. I try to play Music and I get this. I have music from 2 different Apple Account on my comp. I deauthorize them both from all computers, then I authorize this computer on both accounts, yet everytime I attempt to play a song/sync music to my iPod, it says I'm not authorized.
Help anyone?! Quickly too? I'm going on a trip at 3 AM, which is in like 6 hours.

Ipod screen freezes for 30 seconds but continues to play music

I mostly use my ipod while I run. This means that concurrently I have music playing and the stopwatch feature working. They both work well together, but at least 2-3 times during a run, my screen will freeze if I attempt to skip a song or record a completed lap for the stopwatch.
When the screen freezes thanks to my pressing either the left/right or center buttons, the music continues to play but it takes approximately 30-45 seconds for the ipod to respond to what I did. Fortunately, the stopwatch doesn't stop counting the seconds, so I don't lose the time I am tracking. It's really frustrating to not be able to change a song when I want or record a lap.
I have restarted the ipod a few times but have never completely restored it.
Has anyone had this problem and can offer a solution? I get so frustrated by this during my runs!

Apple TV doesn't show up in iTunes when AirPort Express is running at the same time - Can't play music on both Apple TV and AirPort Express speakers together

I am trying to play music from my Mac on multiple speakers, Apple TV and AirPort Express. But as soon as the AirPort Express station is plugged in, the Apple TV does not show up in iTunes anymore. When trying the same using iPhones Remote app it works perfectly.
Does anyone of you have an idea why iTunes does not show me both Apple TV AND AirPort Express? (it has nothing to to with the IP adress as the adresses are different).

As my english isn't too good I made a screenshot to show you what I mean.
As you can see in the image below iTunes only shows me the computer speakers and the AirPort Express. But at the bottom you can see that iTunes actually recognized 3 different speaker (Mac, AirPort, Apple TV 2). Why does the Apple TV not show up in the multiple speakers window? Any ideas?

Mix Radio unable to continue to play music in slee...

I am using Nokia Lumia 2520 Tablet. I am having an issue with Nokia MixRadio. Mix Radio app is unable to play the songs in sleep mode. I started to playing a mix in the app, It play till the tablet goes to sleep. As soon as the tablet goes to sleep mode, Tablet play to the end of current song and stops. It doesn't continue playing the next song. To test this furthur I compared it to the Xbox music application. This is what I did
To test this behaviour I used local music files stored in the tablet. As both the applications are capable of playing local music I used this method.
In Xbox Music app I set the songs play setting to "Repeat On" and the tablet is set to go to sleep in 4 mins. I started playing the local songs in Xbox Music app. The music didn't stop after the tablet is in sleep mode. Just to be sure I left it to play for another hour. It played the music with no problem.
Next I tried this with Nokia Mix Radio. The settings are set as same. The songs play setting is set to "Repeat On" and the tablet is set to go to sleep in 4 mins. I started playing the local songs in Nokia Mix Radio. The music started playing. Once the tablet got into sleep mode it played to the end of the current playing song and stopped. It didn't play the next song in the list. To be sure I tried it again. The behaviour is same. Nokia Mix Radio is unable to play the songs in Sleep mode or the music stops as soon as the tablet goes to sleep.
I hope this can be fixed in upcoming update to Nokia Mix Radio.

Welcome to the forum!
After reinstalling the MixRadio app, did you enable the permission to let it run in the background as advised by @mobiledatageeek and michaels? In case you missed it, try going to the MixRadio' settings > Permissions > select Alllow the app to run under the lockscreen. Also, check if the same issue happens with the Xbox Music app and other music players.
It's also best to keep the tablet's SW updated to ensure that the latest version of MixRadio app will work properly on your Lumia 2520. Check this link: Software Update for Nokia Lumia tablet with Windows RT.
