My Macbook Air 11" is Mid 2011 and has bluetooth LE ... why isn't Continuity available??

Turns out the more hardware required, present in newer machines that make the new features possible in how they work. Ok... fine.

If this doesn't resolve it you most likely have a hardware failure. Fortunately, your phone is in warranty, so if you take it to an Apple store they will replace it.

The Elements 12 shortcut can't find the Elements12.0.exe file so the program will not load. I can load the editor from its .exe file but not the organizer.

You must close Firefox to install the update after it is saved to your hard drive. Follow the instructions below.
There are 2 versions of Adobe Flash. Both must be installed and updated on Windows systems. In Firefox it would show as Shockwave Flash in your plug-ins, if you had it installed.

Lync 2010 phone not available when users have two Directory Number Associations in CUCM

Hello everyone,
We currently have a little issue with our LYNC 2010 to Cisco UC Integration (CUCM 8.5.1), I’m wondering if someone can shed some light please.
There are some users in our organisation having two Directory Number Associations in CUCM (Primary Extension for work number and IPCC Extension for team number), which result them not be able to dial out from Lync. For these users, it appears the Cisco phone
is not available in Lync.
I tried to disable the team number from them, and after reboot, the Cisco phone came back available and dialing out from Lync was enabled.
Is there any workaround for this issue? Thank you in advance.

As far as Lync concern lync only do a number translation and send the call to cisco for reaching the destination.So you have to check how the call split is configured for users with respect to the team number and Extension.So in this case you need to have
2 different dial pattern to cisco based on how they accept the calls.
One pattern will translate the Primary extension number to the format cisco accept
Second pattern to translate the Team extension number to the format cisco accept.

I have 1P button (1Password), but the dropdown menu of options is not available. I have uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it per Agile Web Solutions.

Agile Web Solutions provides an extension for Firefox that allows users to click a 1P button to communicate with their Macintosh password manager, 1Password. I have installed the extension, and the 1P button is available in the Firefox 4 interface, but the dropdown menu of options for entering passwords stored in 1Password is not available when the 1P button is clicked as it is in Firefox 3 and other browsers.

Tried to update to IOS6 and now my ipad is trying to restore -- getting error "activation server not available" help! Have I lost all my video files?

I was trying to do a simple udate of the ios software. I connected to ITunes and the Ipad screen popped up saying there was an update available. I clicked on the update and it started updating and also there was a message saying it was backing up. But then I got a message to click here to complete the update -- with a restore. I did that and now my IPad is n ot woking at all -- I get the initial startup screen and a message that says "your ipad cannot be activated because the activation server is not available" I've tried connecting to itunes and get the same message -- server not available. The devices menu option is grayed out so I cant sync, backup,, restore nothing.... HELP! please! I only wanted to do a simple update -- now I think I've lost all my pictures and video files -- is there a way to get them back??

Try restarting everything and then try to sync or reactivate. Quit iTunes, reboot your computer, reboot your iPad and then try again.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I have a Mac Desktop that is running OS 10.10.1, I am trying to upgrade my iPhoto to 9.6, but nothing happens after the perceived download. I even retarted and still my iPhoto is in not available, why?

I am tring to upgrade my iPhoto and when I follow Apple's instructions on how to do so, the download seems to occur, I click on the upgrade package and nothing changes.
I have restarted the computer after the download and still no change.

Thanks for the reply, I finally got it solved. I had to find the upgrade in the Utilities folder of the Finder...

ok i actually got a id set up and allegedly home sharing is on but the thing is the ipod when syncing keeps saying it can only use one itunes library do i want to erase my songs? i do not want to erase my songs. my itunes library i originally used is on my other computer which has no more disk space to add music to and this computer the xp also has not enough disk space to put both libraries on .. HT2693 Does anybody know what to do when you purchased a app from iTunes but some how enough funds were not available although I have 4 back up sources for payments. Which has left me with a balance to iTunes for 4.98.

I can't get any updates for my apps. I can't connect apps to Facebook and I can't even play some game they won't load all because iTunes must have been trying to take funds for a purchase. Although it doesn't tell me what purchase. Just that I owe them 4.98. I've written to them ten times and can't get them to understand this simple fix.."take your money". I even went as far as making a call to Apple which is no longer covered under my terms. 35.00 for a phone call. Only to find out it iTunes holding up everything with both my iPhone 4Gs and my iPad 2.
iTunes is telling me all this crap but not taking the money. I'm pretty clear as to what the problem is. But for some reason they just can't understand me.
So, how do you send iTunes 4.98 to clear your account? You can't.....I can't even purchase anything until they take the stupid money and hold off my account. But I'm getting no where with any of the people at iTunes. It sure seems simple to me but I guess it's not for them.

I've been using my Nokia Lumia 620 since like July'13. I faced quite alot of problems. But after the update, there arent so many problems now.
i searched for kik messenger in the store. No results were shown. Whereas one of my friend, who has Lumia 520 has it available in her store. Why is that so?
and songs and videos cant be sent on WhatsApp. Nor can we save any song. Why?
