Contract assign to SC

Hi,
I am using SRM 5,0 .
Can I assigned the Local contract to SC progarmatically .
I have choosen tax calculation in backend and in the local contract  LOGSYS_FI field at Header & Item level is blank .

    I think this  is one of the vendor data synchronisation issue like OA vendor .
    Vendor master team might change some data but in contract it will not be synched automaticaly. we may require action on CONTRACT equivalent to vendor master maintenance.
    if the contract has ERS .It might be available in PO too when you refer contract.
    debate come here like who takes precedence vendor master or contract ?
    However customer may expect this ERS falg has to set in the contract as well as it may replicate the same in po as well.
    for testing manually EDIT via ECC contract and flag ERS.

  • Contracts assigned to APO SNP purchase reqs

    I am using APO SNP release 7.
    I have a product for which a purchasing contract has been CIF'ed to APO and which is referenced on the transport lane from the vendor to the plant.
    If I run a heuristic plan in SNP to generate purchase reqs for the product, will the contract be actually assigned to the purchase req in APO, or will the assignment of the contract actually take place when the purchase req is in ECC (having been passed from APO)?

    HI,
    When you CIF contract to APO , the external procurement relationships get created for the same in APO which in turn result in creation of TLanes(From Vendor to Plant)
    On running Heuristic, the TLanes are picked up from APO itself. It is not that purchase req gets created in APO and when CIFF'ing back to R/3 , it picks the tlane rel data from the contract
    For confirmation you may want to test this by ensuring that the Pur  req does not get trasferred to ECC(U have an option saying, DO NOT TRANSFER RESULTS, use this). Please test it in TEST System

  • Multiple contract assignment using document flow

    hello
    i need to attach mulitiple contracts to diffrent lines items of the service order using document flow.
    One needs to attach contract header at the service order header and contract item at the service order item.
    This works fine if you try to attach single contract to single line item in servie order.
    But when you try to attach another contract to different line item  of the service it gives dump.
    The system issues an error  message CRM_DOC_FLOW 010 and gives dump.
    Has anybody faced this issues before.
    Pls advice.

    Hi Shaik i have a similar requirement but in my case iam using BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI to create activities and
    i want these activities to be link to campaign element,i had a look at structure BAPIBUS20001_DOC_FLOW_INS and i see there are few fields in this structure like OBJKEY_A- Identification of a Reference Object for Items,OBJKEY_B-Identification of a Reference, i feel this were we have to pass some values if you wanna to link the activity with campaign element, i donno when to use
    OBJKEY_A and when to use OBJKEY_B, can you please help me how can i do this is it possible to do it in same program while creating activity or has to be done seperately after the activity is created.
    any more ideas you have please

  • Automatic Contract Assignment in Ticket

    I have Configured SLA with the Help of All gurus in SDN,
    Now When i Create a ticket using Notif_create It will automatically Pick the IBASE / Component But in the Contract i am not able to Maintain the Combination of IBASE / Component it is allowing me to maintain only one.
    When i create a Support Desk In CRMD_ORDER as Follow up transaction With out any ibase / component it will pick contract correctly.
    So how to go about it, As i cant remove IBASE because i have Different systems connected with Different IBASE / COMPONENT.

    AS IBASE is not Mandatory to maintain in Contract Item level,
    I didnt maintain the Ibase in the Contract.

  • Check on open target quantity (contract/agreement)

    We would like a check on open target quantity on the contracts assigned to a pur. req. when this is converted (ME58). If the open target quantity larger than pur. req. quantity then we want a new pur req. to be created for the next contract in the source list.
    Do any of you know if there is something standard we can use there?

    I can't use Quota arrangement, because I wish to use up the first contract from supplier 1 and then switch to contract for supplier 2. I do not wish to supply from both at the same time.
    Regarding the meassage about that contract is exceed will not work either because contracts are made by different organization.
    We want some automatic in case of If the open target quantity larger than pur. req. quantity that will recalculate the pur. req. to the remaining quatity of the contract and create new pur. req. to the next contract.
    I hoped that there was a standard solutionf for that.

  • Need to restrict view of DIRs assigned to material, vendor, and customer

    Hello,
    SAP standard, version ECC 6.0. Different plants in use with requirement for differnt authorizations.
    I know that DIRs can be assigned to material master. However, the problem is that it's client level data. Now there is a need to implement DMS with materials, vendors, and customers.
    Problem is that company operates in different countries and with different plants. One material/customer/vendor is created and then extended to cover different plants.
    Material 1111 has a specification assigned to it, e.g. document type ZSP with DIR 1000001111, this document is at client level.
    Person A from plant 1000 can display and maintain it (1000001111) but person B from 2000 must not see this, she has DIR 10000011113 instead (and person A should see this).
    If person A has authorizations which are limited by the plant type because of the usage of MM already, do these restrictions apply also to DMS? I haven't found a definite answer for this.
    I cannot set a authorization object based on document type and maintaining different uthorization groups is the last option because of the vast number of  users.
    The same question is for customer. if there is e.g. a contract assigned to customer, can the view be restricted by distribution channel or another field provided by SD (standard solution).
    Vendor master is the 3rd major issue. How to limit access to documents?

    Dear all,
    We are on SRM 7.0 PDP scenario.
    Purchase Requisitions with Contracts assigned are being transferred to SRM. We expect these purchase requisitions with an assigned source of supply not to be transferred to SRM.

    Symptom
    You have a purchase requisition which is created from MRP. This purchase requisition has an info record and is already transferred to the SRM system. If we change the purchase requisition quantity later on, an error message "procurement profile cannot be changed" is raised and hence the changed PR cannot be transferred to SRM.
    However, you would like to allow the purchase requisition change even if an info record is present.

    This is a special functionality implemented for the customer.

    Implement the attached correction instructions to enable this functionality.

    Note 1318245 - Changing the purchasing group for unreleased PReqs
    Symptom
    In ERP, you attempt to change the purchasing group of a purchase requisition in transaction ME52N. To do this, you enter a new value and confirm this by choosing "Enter". Under certain circumstances, this causes the system to issue an error message informing you that you cannot change the eprofile. When you confirm this error message, the purchasing group adopts its previous value again.
    Reason and Prerequisites
    The following prerequisites for this are known:
    1) The purchase requisition is subject to a release strategy and was not released at the time you attempted to change the purchasing group.
    2) In accordance with the attributes defined in Customizing (table T160ex), the combination of purchasing group and material group determines the system that is to process the purchase requisition. This error only occurs if changing the purchasing group results in a different processing system.
    Solution
    To elimnate this error, you have to implement the corrections contained in this note and perform the following manual corrections:
    1) Call transaction SE11.
    2) Enter the ETRANSSTAT domain and choose "Change".
    3) Switch to the "Value range" tab.
    4) Add the following fixed value to the existing fixed values:
    Fixed value = 3
    Short description (in English): Transfer conditions not fulfilled
    5) Save and activate these changes.
    reagrding inforecord issue:- I am not aware. but contracts assigned automatically to PR aftre running the report . I dont use inforecord.

    Hi,
    On what basis the pricing is carried out in the case of value contratcs.....With Billing Plan
    IF The billing document is carried out with reference to the COntract then what will be the pricing carried out in the billing....
    What is the business process requirement under which the Billing document is created with reference to the Contract.....??
    Under the contract processing.... if release orders are created and then the billing based on the release order then in that case what would be the pricing in the billing ???

If you want the discount to be applied only when the sales order gets raised from Value contract. The easy and alternat way is go to "OVKK" and assign a pricing procedure without this discount type to the sales area and the customer pricing procedure and the contract pricing procedure. And for the sales order which is a followup of the value contract assign a different pricing procedure with the discount condition type. But you have to copy the standard order type "OR " and rename it and maintain this as an order type for the value contract and document pricing procedure for this should be some  customized one. Goto "VOK0"  and Create a new docu pricing procedure and assign this in "OVKK".Maintain the copy controls and pricing type shopuld be "C". Kindly please let me know If you need any more help on this.

    How contract pricing will work -?
    Scenario -
    Customer - xyz --having value contact with us for the period 5 years for amount $10000.
    So that he will get some disocunts Zxxx - extra disocunt $100 ( because he is under contract) when order created.
    How this scenario will work -?
    where should I  maitain this condition type. In the cotract or sales order. How the system will identify this contract customer and and give  $100 discount.

  • Order as direct material in catalog, with contract

    Hi,
    We are using SRM 5.5 and we have an issue concerning direct materials in a SC.
    In the shopping cart via a catalog, when you choose "Order as direct material" function for an item on the 'Basic data' detail screen, the information about the contract assigned to that item disapear.
    This situation doen't happen when we do a SC with reference to a contract, but without being in catalog.
    Do you have any idea about the reason of this behaviour?

    I hope you are referring to contract & not scheduling agreement.
    If you have contract assigned in source list with fixed source checked & MRP indicator as MRP relevant, MRP would generate the PR with contract as source of supply.
    Then you should have job running to conver the PR to PO for transaction ME59N with variant having "Contract" checkbox ticked.
    This would ensure that PO is released against contract for the generated PR.

    We are using SRM 5.0 Extended Classic Scenario with Local Contract.We have multiple types of contract such as service contract, commodity contract and so onu2026..
    Also we able to create all types of contract through u201CManage Contractu201D. But when we create contract from SC (Sourcing Cockpit) only one contract type is visible.
    I checked organization attributes, it has only on type of contract assigned. So I tried to add more but itu2019s not allowing me to add more than one. Itu2019s disappearing when I try to add more contract type.
    The objective is see all the contract type in the Sourcing, so buyer can choose the right contract.

  • Separate Doc.Type for MRP generated PRs

    Dear All
    We are facing an issue with MRP process where we want to automate the process from MRP run to PO creation.
    In source list we will add the existing contracts and make it relevant to MRP so that after MRP run we will get source (vendor defined in the contract) assigned purchase requisitions. After that, we will create a background job for ME59n in order to get the POs automatically after MRP run.
    In this process we are facing issue with the auto PO generation through ME59n as funds management (FM) related parameters such as Fund and Fund center need to be enetered manually at the time of PO creation in our system. So in order to avoid this manual entry we want to define FM derivation which automatically populate the fund & fund center in the MRP generated PRs.
    Further, we have two options for FM derivation one is valuation class and the second one is Document type. If we define the FM derivation based on the valuation class we cannot only restrict to MRP generated PRs. Second option is separate document type for MRP generated PRs.
    Please provide pros and cons regarding the creation of new document type for MRP. Also, please provide your suggestions or any work arounds for the above discussed scenario. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

    what about your source assignment standard program. hope it will assign source of supply if it is a valid unique source of supply else it will assign eprofile to your purcase request. check with technical resource how the satndard program behaves.
    i will also explore my side again. check mm forum too on your purchase organisation assignment for your userexists.
    one question to you.
    when you create a PR for material and go to source of supply .why do we get many fixed vendors like contracts,info record if we have valid fixed vendors as sap ecc standard.but in my PR i may not have Purchase organisation information.

    while automatic generation of PO's from Pr's through me59n i need to check if the PR has OA ( outline agrement ) or contract assigned to it. if only OA or contract is assigned to PR then PO needs to be generated else PO should not be generated.
    to summerize for PR's which does not have contract assigend to it. it should not generate PO's how do i restrict . please let me know.

    For automatic PO creation check the following steps.
    1) Material Master purchasing view tick automatic PO check box
    2) Vendor Master purchasing view tick automatic PO check box.
    3) Maintain Source list for Vendor & Material.
    4) Maintain Purchase Info Record.
    5) Create a Purchase Requisition.
    6) Use T.Code: ME59N & execute for PR for vendor, you will be able to create automatic PO.
    Note:
    1.Ensure that Purchase Info Record should be there.
    2.If you have more than one vendor then fixes only one vendor in source list.
    3.During PR creation select the check box of Source Determination
