Contract Create,Change feild selection while processing a contract

SAP Gurus,
In create contract feild selection i maintaned one feild mandatory and change contract i dont want to appear that feild as mandatory.
Create Contract - Field Selection ZES
Chnage Contract - Field Selection ZMS
But one feild selection only will be assigned to a contract document type.
Where exactly i have to configure,Let me know and please suggest me.
But i want these two thing should get captured in the contract create and change

I'm not able to understand ur question, see the selection itself is your requirement based on that system will ask you for input & you can control this via tables attached in access sequence, then where is the question of changing fields. in case if you don't want any particualr field means in simple don't include that table in screen sequence.
anyway it's interesting i'm checking on this will post u if i'm able to findout.

we need to change the tax condition value whenever Value inclusive tax more than 5250 then it has to capture different tax code ( 12.5 percent ) else it should capture existing tax code ( 5 percent ), is there any user exits or can we do through configuration

Hi,
Please change the Tax code in Purchase order instead in Invoice.
There is a facility available in Purchase order for mass change of any field at PO level.
Entere the Tax code V0 and keep the cursor in Tax code field , then select Fast Change icon besides Copy item Icon above, you will get New values, enter V0 here and then select the radio button all items below and execute it, you will find all your line items will be having V0 tax code.
This is a best practise to change Tax code at PO level.

I have two active Implementation projects.
While creating change requests, it is not giving any popup to select the specific cycle.
It automatically assigns to newly activated Cycle.

if you would mention about sap solution manager version, this critical landscape transport and design before you state the problem, this would saved much time.
Now I dont think so Popup functions applicable for implentation cycles.

when i am trying to create/change configuration an application.
i am getting following error.

What has happened?

Configuration settings for Contract account create\change\display transacti

Hello all,
Does any one know IMG path for settings for contract account related activities (Tcode - caa1\caa2\caa3). We have 2 systems of SAP ISU. One system shows various fields blocks under 'General data' tab like 'Account management data', 'contract account remarks', 'invoicing', 'associated work activity' while other system only shows 'Account management data' and 'associated work activity' that too with very less no of fields in there.
Is it because of any functional settings through IMG or is there any other reason?

In IMG there is a setting where in you can make settings for the fields of activities like contract account create , change , display .
Following is the navigation for the same .
SPRO - Financial accounting ( new ) - Contract accounts receivable and payable - basic functions - contract accounts - field modifications - configure field attributes per activity .
Here you can make the necessay settings for your activities as to you want to make the field as hide , display , mandatory etc.
Secondly , in case of authorizations - System checks for following Auhtorization objects ;
F_KKVK_BUK - For co code .
F_KKVK_VKT - Contract account type .
F_KKVK_BEG - Aurhoization group in contract account .
E_REGIOGRP - Regional structure group .
do revert back in case of anyother issues .

In Cost Elements (Data is Dependent on Controlling Area), please go to extras and check your controlling area while creating the cost element, and make sure if u r creating Primary CE, it has been created as a G/L account and also make sure you use correct CE Category.

I am getting "An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]" error while opening the previous instances of the crystal report in BOCMC.
I am trying to run or schedule the report but it is always going to "PENDING STATUS".
(Previously it was resolved after restarting the server. Error : problem in ProcessingServer)

I have developed a Crystal Report using CR 2008 with SAP BW as the datasource. The report is executing fine in CR 2008, but when saved to the BOE, in Infoview it is throwing the following error:
An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]
Did anyone face similar issue? Is there any resolution for the same.?
I have deleted the report from enterprise and saved it back, still facing this problem.

Crystal Reports processing (CR Page) server is not operational.
There could be many reasons for this.
CR processing server traces will need to be enabled and analysed by support.
You should also be on the latest patch release.
Sometimes following steps help :
1) Stop all of the XI 3.1 processes using the ./stopservers command (ensure they are all down before proceeding)
2) Once all processes are stopped ensure the serverpids directory is empty
<install dir>/bobje/serverpids/
If any files are within the 'serverpids' folder, remove them.
3) Go to bobje/tmp
Remove any MW, .MW, mw, .mw and regss files and/or directories
4) Go to /tmp
Remove any MW, .MW, mw, .mw, and regss files and/or directories
5) start servers back up.
If this doesn't help - you'll need to open a Support Incident

As answered by Punnet, your Datasource SOALocalTxDataSource on weblogic console is in suspended state.
Login to weblogic console. go to datasources --> SOALocalTxDataSource -->Control Tab --> Click Resume and try again.
