Contract price not appearing in SRM PO

Hi
I have created a Contract in SRM of type Purchase contract. I have entered the per unit prices in the contract. When i create a Purchase order with reference to the contract, the contract price is not being picked up. Also the price is not being picked up in shopping cart.
If we use conditions for Price in contract the net price field in BBP_PD does not show the net price but displays the gross price. Need inputs to rectify the same.

Please check in transaction SXMB_MONI can found related information why it not transfer to SRM.
Also check the purchasing data of the PO.

Contract item not appearing in Shopping cart sourcing

Hi Team,
I created a contract from External Catalog that has Description and Product Category, but no product ID for the item selected.
Now, I created a Shopping cart from the same catalog. I need this Contract to appear in the Sourcing area of the shopping cart, but since there is no product Id, the contract is not appearing.
How can I resolve this. This works perfect if I create a Contract for item with Product ID.
Please help.

In your case, Vendor Product Number (Supplier Parts Number) is required.
Please make sure that Vendor Product Number is in catalog and contract.

Contract price not taken in the SC

We use contract management of the SRM EBP component.When creating SCs for internal Goods and service for a material on
local contract (PCTR) we found the price picked is the valuation price maintained in the material master rather than picking up from the source(contract).

Once the product price is imported from ECC to SRM and you maintain in product master (transaction COMMPR01), under conditions tab, the price details for the product in question, the SRM system will read locally the product price from this condition. This is the standard SRM system behaviour.
For example, the material xxxxxx was inserted in cart xxxxxxxx. This material which has a price condition maintained in COMMPR01. So, in this case, the price will be taken from the COMMPR01 and not from the local contract. The COMMPR01 condition overwrites the local contract price, as a price is maintained under the condition tab.

Contract number not appearing in PO while converting PR into PO using ME21N

Hi SAP MM Experts,
We are having scenario as Demand PO  SOPRHub PO. We are creating demand PO for company code 1700 by setting massage type ZYT1 in that because of which SO got created through Idoc. In that SO, PR is updated. This is the Hub PR which is created automatically for hub plant 4511 & company code 4500. In this PR, on source of supply tab contract & vendor are appearing as required. When I am converting this PR in PO using ME21N the contract number is not fetching into PO though it is there in PR. This is the issue.
I know the source list (ME03) having multiple sources & contracts so that I need to follow 2 steps as:
1) We need to fix the vendor in source list
2) In change mode of PR we need to assign source manually by clicking on u2018Assign source of supplyu2019 button.
But avoiding these two steps, how can it possible to fetch contract number into PO from PR.
Any pointers in this case will be great help for me.

does the item in your contract have a different item category or accounting category than in your PR/PO?

MAP & Std price not appearing in CS12

In CS12 the MAP and Standard prices are not appearing for all the components. Please advise if any settings are required or is an authorisation issue.

Dear Surendar,
It is the standard SAP behaviour,you cannot get any cost related data in T Code CS11,CS12,CS13.
Check the OSS notes mentioned by Mr.Prasobh,and you can get the cost splitup using T Codes
CK86 Costed Multilevel BOM
CK86_99 Material: Multilevel BOM
or else using the functional Module CS_BOM_EXPL_MAT_V2

MDM Catalog Price not transferred to SRM

Hi Experts,
I am running into issue of the Catalog price not getting transferred from MDM Catalog to SRM. While creating a SC from a Catalog item, all the details are carried over , but Price is set to 0,00 in SRM. In SRM MDM catalog the price is
20,00 USD.
Below are the OCI mappings have been setup:

Material price not appearing in SC

Hi Experts,
we have a strange problem in our system.we are having classic scenario(SRM 5)
when i select a material from Internal goods/services , system will not show us the Std price maintained in material master.
Inforecord is also maintained for this material but still it is not picking up from either of these two. It is showing Zero Price.
I have maintaine dthis material for 2 plants(X1 and X2). For X1 it is " V " and price is Zero.
X2 is maintained with standarard price with price 100.
Is there any FM or report which can update the pricess of material in to SRM.

use report EBP_GET_BACKEND_PRICES in SRM to bring valuation price from R3/ECC.
you have two options over here:
1.Average value of all prices - this will bring the average price (mean of all valuation prices) into SRM.
2.Use first price - this will bring first plant's valuation price (to check which is the first plant, run Tx MM60 in ECC/R3 for the respective material and see the plant which is listed first). If the price is zero for this plant, zero will be replicated to SRM. So in this case you need to maintain price in all the plants (generally this will be used if you have standard price S maintained as valuation price).

In SES(ML81n) Dicsounted price not appearing in Net Value field.

In Service po which is subjected to discount net and gross price will display accordingly however when i do the service entry(ML81n) for any discounted po it displays same gross price even in the net value field in the print preview. Is this standard behavior of SAP? if yes, then how to over come?

Pricing procedure is MS0000 for SES. checked in both tables in header table ESSR its coming properly where as in ESLL its showing same gross value in Net which is not correct.
Advice me on how to proceed.

Price not appearing in the configurator

Hi All,
I have a problem wherein I am unable to see the price of a characteristic value in the configurator.
I have a reference characteristic for pricing. When I select a characteristic 'X', I am supposed to see the variant key that I have maintained in the reference pricing characteristic. I have checked everything including the assignment of the object dependencies pertaining to that characteristic in the configuration profile. I tried running the syntax again but still not able to see the variant key for price for that characteristic.
Can anybody throw some light on why this is happening? Only thing I can remember is that, this was a multiple value characteristic and I changed it to a single value at the table entries level but for some products the price is coming and for some it is not coming, that is why I am getting a little confused.

Have you checked whether the SDCOM-VKOND reference characteristic is assigned to variantclass of the KMAT? Also, you should not change the settings of this reference characteristic - e.g. changing it from being multi-valued to single-valued is not recommended.

STO net price not appearing

I am trying to do STO between 2 different company codes with itemcategory U.
I maintained all the settings in OMGN, have vendor master, customer master and shipping data. Now, when i try to create my STO, the net price field is not even there (its totally suppressed). Since its between 2 different company codes, SD billing is there and i need net price column in the STO.
Can anyone tell me, what i am missing.

We use a custom field selection key for STO's and i checked the fields and now, NET PRICE field in Purchase order is greyed out.
Any idea?

Contracts tolerances are not transfering to SRM SC PO

Hi SRM Expects ,
contract tolerances not transfering to SRM SC PO .
We have created a SC based on the contract with Product category and Supplier , when SC is orderd and PO is created , i can see Contract number in item tab , but tolerances are not coming from contract in to the SRM PO.
contract allocated already before SC was sent for approval. The PO claims, when looking on item detail, it is connected to contract .. But no tolerance
limits have been transferred from contract to the PO.

Tcode does not appear

I am doing mass change to the contracts thru portals but the TCODE does not appears in SRM table. I there anyway to make the T-CODE appear in SRM. Tcode in SRM is bbp_ctr_mass.

Contract Prices are not changing when upload from PC to SRM

Hi all,
We have local contracts in SRM and downloaded this contracts to local PC. We changed price of this contracts and uploaded again into SRM, But the prices are not getting changed in SRM.
We downloaded in text format, opened in excel,changed prices and saved in text format.
did anyone faced this problem?

Condion Type "VPRS" should not appear in Sales Order, Inquiry, Contract

Hi Gurus,
Normally when you create Sales Order/Inquiry/Contract, in the Condition Tab VPRS Condition Type will appear and show the cost price of Materail from the Material Master.
My Client requirement is, VPRS Condition type has to be calculated as "Statistical" Contion but IT SHOULD NOT APPEAR IN THE CONDITIONS TAB IN THE SALES ORDER/INQUIRY/CONTRACT.

try sapnote 105621. this is about restricting view of condition types (i.e. vprs) in sales orders by creating anauthorization object for cond types..
i wish to discuss our experience with this, as we had the same business requirement.
first, we simply deleted vprs from the PP. this did not affect financial accounting, until the client decided to implement std cost estimates. we had to bring back vprs.
now, we did the sapnote, which required joint efforts among SD, ABAP and BASIS. although we were able to restrict view of vprs in the cond tabs at itm level, this was still visible at header level. also, a resourceful data encoder can always find ways to view the same in, for example, the document flow or materials movement data.
however, try this and maybe you will get it right.
