Contract replication from ISU to CRM

Hi Experts
I have sucessfully replicated BP master data between ISU and CRM, Contract Account replication is done as well, i would like to replicate Contract from ISU to CRM. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Please also check the foloowing points:
1. Are there any contract account entries existing in the table 'TFK_BUAG_REF' (IS-U System).
2. Check the contract account entries in your IS-U system with the transaction 'CAA3'. Are they existing ?
3. The buag class entry in table 'TFK_BUAG_REF' (IS-U System) is corresponding to the buag class entry in your business agreement (CRM system).

Migration from ISU to CRM

Hi,
We are populating SAP ISU via Emigall and proposing to replicate all customer data including BP, CA and Contract and all technical master data including CO, Premise and Device. This is a lot of objects and data to replicate from ISU to CRM which will mean our migration takes a long time.
Are there any other options to populating data into CRM? Would you advice LSMW load into CRM and Emigall load into ISU?

My requirement is below
I have created a BOR object in ISU which is related to CRM order item
and in which the import parameters are date and status
now when i enter them and execute object then according there should be reflected in CRM program crm_order_read but i dont know why these are not reflected
i have also checked the FM it is retueming the correct values to CRM
Can anybody has reason why these are not reflected.

Initial Load of contract from ISU to CRM

Hi All,
We are working on the replication of contract from ISU to CRM.
We have done all the necessary setting,like assigning default product,running ecrm_generate_everh report etc
When we are running initial load on SI_CONTRACT,only single BDOC is getting generated which is error free but still it contains no data.
Since its without an error ,we are not able to figure out whats the error is.

Could you resolve the problem?? I've a similar error, the BDoc is empty. The table everh is filed but the fields contractpos and contarcthead have value '0000000000000000' i think that is the problem. ANd the recport ECRM_CHECK_EVERH say that are misiing contracts.

Classification View in BP is not replicating to from ISU to CRM

Hi All,
I am very new to SAP CRM Middleware. We are upgrading to CRM 7 in out project.
When we run a request load to replicate BP (Busines Partner) from IS-U to CRM, It successfully replicates all the data from ISU to CRM.
But only the Classification Data is not getting replicated to CRM. Please see screen shot sbelow:

Attribute 4 is not copied. Can anybody suggest me any solution to this problem?

You need to set up CRM middleware for Initial and delta load of Business Partners from R3 to CRM.

SRM 7 - Contract replication from ERP to SRM

Hi all,
We have SRM 7 and ECC 6.0 and we have a requirement to have contract handling for invoices functionality, in SRM, in order to create invoices with reference to a contract directly.
We want to have ERP system as the central repository for all contracts, meaning that we need to replicate the contracts to SRM, and all the changes made to the contract in ERP side should also be replicated to SRM.
Does anyone know if this scenario can be done as per standard? And if so, how can we replicate the ERP contracts to SRM and ensure that all the changes made in ERP will be replicated to SRM?

Issue with Contract Replication from SRM to MDM - XML structure

Hi
We are having an issue with trnsfering a contract to MDM. We have released the contract for update to MDM in the contract through the distribute to catalog option. An XML is generated in SRM that gets sucessfully passed to PI through Catalogupdatenotification_out. In PI the XML fails in the Interface Determination step. the issue that has been noticed is that the XML that is generated in SRM does not contain product category or product ID which is basically what the condition mapping in PI checks for. The conditions in PI were setup as per SAP.
But now the XML fails in PI because it does not find a combination for Catalog type code = 03 and product category. Please find the XML structure in SRM and you will see that it does not have a product category even though the contract has one.

Hi Srinivasulu,
Create the service contract type of ECC and also item categories under it in ECC in CRM. Map the number ranges.
Check the Partners mapping from R/3 to CRM and that will be all.
I tried but in CRM in the transaction type internal number range is mandatory. So, if you create service contract in ECC with one number it will replicate to CRM but with different number. But you can see ECC number under the transaction history in CRM.

Thank you for your reply Garcia, but isn't that for a Business Partner as a Customer? We don't have a Customer. I'm maintaining the business partner in the "Business Partner (Gen)" Role.
I still went ahead and made the settings you suggested but it still doesn't get replicated. I did notice though that the entires in the table are not the same as what show up in the Control tab in the BP transaction.
For eg. Control Tab has Text ID : 0001 as "Correspondence" where as in the table V_CRMTXTID the TextID:0001 is "Sales note for customer".
In transaction PITX I don't get to pick BUT000 as the R/3 Object. Is there a different transaction for Notes at Business Partner level? Do you know what is table CRMC_TEXT used for?

Customer Master Replication from R3 to CRM

Hi Experts,
I am going to replicate Customer master from R3 to CRM system.As we all know ECC or R/3 and CRM customer master data is based on two different data models. So in order to avoid the Errors I would like below clarifications cleared.
1- I would like to have customers to have all partner function assignments (Sold-to, Ship-to, Bill-to and payer as in R3 ) to be replicated in CRM. How can I achieve this?
2- As it said R3 Account Groups are mapped to Customer Clasification(i.e Customer,Prospect,Competitior,Consumer-Person,Consumer-Organization). How can I map Sold-to Party, Bill-to Party, Ship-to Party and Payer BP Roles to the classification Customer?
During the test replication all the customers from R3 got replicated as Sold to party ion CRM in my last attempt.
I request you to provide me the Mapping concept and as well as the solution to have this replication achieved successfully.Any Document with screen shot would be a great help.

Equipment Replication from ECC to CRM 6.0

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to Replicate equipments from ECC to CRM 6.0
I did all the activities as specified still encountering issue while replicating.
I did following activities
1) Default settings
OLTP-EQ-0401-0401-X(Delta)
2) BADI - CRM_EQUI_LOAD_STDIMP (Activated)
3) Specify adapter object for uploading objects
0401 - DNL_EQUIPMENT
I tried to load Equipment through R3AS for "EQUIPMENT" OLTP selected.
A) I checked SMQ1, SMQ2 - No Queues are blocked.
B) SMW01---Found 2 lines for BDOC Type CRM_EQ_DMBDOC with green light successfully processed.
C) But if I Check through R3AM1 (monitor Objects) the Adapter "EQUIPMENT" is aborted.
I checked the BDOC Message for the passed lines in SMW01 it says
1) Start of Initial load.
2) No Objects were selected.
In ECC, I see enough equipments in EQUI Table. But I haven't given any filters in EQUIPMENT so that it will select all.
Please correct me if I am following a wrong process or forward me the check list for Equipment load.
I tried almost a full day on this but nothing accomplished and I found similar failure postings for Equipments a lot in Forums.

I am getting the same problem as yours while trying to download EQUIPMENTs from ECC to CRM.
I have done the following steps:
1. Created a category for the object family 0401 and assigned the relevant set types to it.
2 Maintained the settings for downloading equipments into CRM at:
SPRO --> Master Data --> Installed Base --> Replication of technical objects from SAP ERP --> Define default settings for replication equipment.
3. Activated BADI CRM_EQUI_LOAD
On triggering the initial load am getting 2 F02 state CRM_EQ_DMBDOC bdocs w/o any classical / extension data in it. When I check for the trace I get to see the message 'No objects selected' for the ECC system though there are equipments in the ECC equipment table EQUI.
Would appreciate if you could share how did you solve your problem.

Customer replication from ECC to CRM

Hello everyone,
I am having some difficulty replication a customer from ECC to CRM.
In our environment, customers are generally created from CRM & then replicated to ECC.
Now we are creating a new Distribution channel & hence want to extend all our existing customers to the new DC.
Since I am a SD Consultant, I was thinking of extending the customers in ECC.
I tried extending a customer which was originally created in CRM. When I extended it to the new DC in ECC, it dint come over to CRM.
I cannot see any BDOC in SMW01 also.
Also when I checked the Filter setting in R3AC1 for objects BUPA_MAIN & Customers .. there is nothing set in the filters for the source ECC.
Do I have to check any additional objects which I need to check ?
Or is it that no settings means nothing created in ECC would come over ?
Can anyone guide me so as to understand why this is happening.
Also if there are any filters which i need to check, can anyone tell me what tcode & what adapter objects do i need to check ?

Hi,
If you are downloading Customers from ECC(XD01/XD02/XD03) then CRM uses the adapter object CUSTOMER_MAIN and not BUPA_MAIN. You can check if there are any filters in this object.
Alternately you can check if the delta is active in ECC. I do not remember the transaction for checking this but you can find the same from the menu path.

Master data replication from R3 to CRM

i have pulled the master data from R3 to CRM .data is showing in table but000 and crmm_but_custno but it is not showing in the BP transection.
when i am searching in BP it is not showing but i can see in the table(but000 and crmm_but_custno)
What should i have to do .

Hi sunil,
while searching for data in BUT000 are you searching based on BP number or content of the table? At the same time while searching with TCODE - BP on what basis you are searching?
If the data is replicated into the BUT000 it should come out with the T-Code BP also. For your problem there will be 2 possibilites.
1) the data is not at all replicated and you may looking at the old data.
2) Due to improper number ranges for R/3 and CRM eventhough the data is replicatd into CRM you can't find it because it taken some other number range.
For ex: you have created a Customer in R/3 i.e 5000456, when replicated it will take some othe number XXXXXX.
So, while searching with BP T-Code search data on the basis of first name, last name or searchterm instead of BP number.

Issues in employee replication from ECC to CRM through ALE/IDOC

Hi,
We are replicating the employees from ECC to CRM through ALE/IDOC.
Some times for some employees, the Idoc status in CRM is 52(Application document not fully posted) in CRM (WE02 tcode)
If I see the details its showing as " Identification Category BPCCOD is Not Assigned to Any Identification Type"
What I need to do now to avoid this.

Hi Babu, I'm having the same error when I replicate my employes. I have define BPCCOD in spro - Cross-Application Components - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Identification Numbers, but this configuration does not resolve my problem.
Could you resolve this problem?.
