Archiving Of JIT Outbound call.
Please share the step wise discription of Archiving Of JIT Outbound call.
Hi,
Can you be more specific?
We have a matching Dialplan and working VoiceRouting in place (normal calls to that number are working), but if we want to add the number to a meeting, the same error message appears.
We do not use the External Access prefix in the Dialplan, we have configured our external access through a normalization rule.
Regards,

Hi All,
We received a request from the business to be able to provide a forecast release and then send some kind of re-order point releases. Now in standard SAP you can either order with re-order point but this without sending a forecast generated by MRP.
Now we have found in the automotive functionality the "outbound summarized JIT" call which we think will solve our requirement. We have set-up this scenario and are able to generate JIT calls. However when we try to send out the JIT call the output is not transmitted.
In the messages you find the status on RED and the processing log states as error Summarized JIT call XXXX does not exist.
This message is twice in the processing log.
However when you call up the JIT call in transaction PJ02 you can see it.
Any ideas where this error might come from?
Regards,
PeterHi Ben,
First off all thx for your help on this issue.
The message created either via PK23 or S2L can be seen in the JITOM transaction.
If you can provide me with an email I can send you the configuration documentation that we have created.
The configuration that we have done is in the following areas of the JIT outbound:
Control profiles
Define JIT call profile
Define external procurement strategy for sequenced JIT call
Call Control
Define Actions
Define internal processing status
Define call control
Message determination
Maintained configuration for all steps
Summarized JIT call
Define replenishment strategies for external procurement

Cisco Jabber for Windows in Extend and Connect mode and making outbound calls
Hi guys,
I've set up Cisco Jabber for Windows to use Extend and Connect to control a remote PBX endpoint. I've configured the required CTI-RD device, remote destinations, associated the users to the line and added the devices to end-user controlled device. The extend and connect part is working flawlessly without any issues. I'm able to receive inbound calls on the remote PBX endpoint and control the call (hold, resume, transfer etc.) using the Jabber call window that pops up.
However, I'm unable to make any outbound calls via the Jabber client when in extend and Connect mode. Reading the Extend and Connect guide, I need to configure Dial Via Office (DVO) Reverse. So when the user initiates a Dial-Via-Office reverse call, CUCM calls and connect to the Extend and Connect device (CTI-RD). CUCM then calls and connects to the number the user dialled and finally connects the two call legs.
After attempting to configure DVO-R for Jabber for Windows in Extend and Connect mode following the CUCM feature services guide, i'm unable to get any outbound calls working. From RTMT, i am receiving the following Termination Cause Code: (27) Destination out of order. What i also notice is that there is no calling number for that trace either. I would've thought that the calling party would've been the Enterprise Feature Access (EFA) number.
Has anyone got this working or can provide some guidance?

Outbound Call in Cisco Finesse
Anybody please help what all configuration to be done in Finesse to do the outbound calls.
I am using Cisco UCCX 10.0, in which i have both the option for Cisco CAD and Finesse. When i run a outbound campaign its coming as an incoming call in Finesse.
When i answer the call, its showing the error "Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. Outbound option not available".
Please help how to enable the outbound controls in FinesseThis is ineed the case, from RN (somewhat cryptic :-) ):
Cisco Finesse
Cisco Finesse is the next generation browser-based agent and supervisor desktop for Unified CCX. Finesse is an alternative to Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco Supervisor Desktop, and Cisco Desktop Administrator. Finesse is available with Enhanced and Premium license packages and provides typical inbound voice contact center functionality. It supports Unified Communications Manager-based silent monitoring and workflow-based recording with MediaSense and Work Force Optimization (WFO).

Hi team,
I was referring the below statement to understand the control cycle.
The Kanban Control Cycle business object is used to control the flow of information and material between the demand source and the supply source in a pull environment. It controls the material quantities in production. It defines a loop between demand source and the supply source for recurring replenishment.
In the above statement, it is mentioned that, it is linking the demand source and supply source. In SAP, how we are linking the the demand source and supply source?
While creating the supply area in PK05, we are providing the storage location. Is this supply source or demand source?
In SAP, where we are assigning the another source (supply / demand source)?
Regards
pskHello Mario,
Thank you very much for your detailed explanation on storage bin and container.
1. So, if the storage location is not WM managed, there will not be any storage bin. The storage location itself will act as a storage bin. Am i right?
You said that, Containers are the physical means in which materials are kept in this process. a container usually equals a KANBAN. Normally there are at least two (but can be more) containers in a control cycle.
2. We are using pallets to replanish the supply area storage locations (production store which is near to work center). So in this example, the pallets are called as "containers". Am i right?
Consider the below example:
3. In control cycle i have maintained the number of kanban as 4. As you said above, i need to maintain 4 containers. But i have only one field to maintain the container. How to maintain 4 containers in one field?
Thank you.

Hi,
I want to use the following IDOCs to execute the KANBAN process in an external system.
Inbound SAP: CONF51 (for Kanban status)
Outbound SAP: PKHD5 (control cycle) + PKHD5 (kanban) information
How can I trigger that the outbound information is sent once a day?
Using a job I guess that is checking what happend the last day in table PKPS. I want to put in 2 fields different information from other tables. How can I do that?
What must be setup to sent out IDOC information from SAP?
I already setup for testing via WE19 the following and it worked:
- Partner system with the relevant outbound message types.
Cheers
MathiasHi,

The call flow is

there is no subscriber at branch side, so the outbound call should travel to call manager at head office and then get exit from branch gateway to ITSP through sip line. -
BAPI /FM to create /change KANBAN control cycle
Hi
Is there any BAPI or FM to create or Change control cycle?
Thanks.Check
BAPI - BAPI_KANBANCC_ADDEVENTDRKANBAN
Short Text
Create Event-Driven KANBAN for Control Cycle
Functionality
With this method you can procure a material quantity for a control cycle. To procure this material quantity one or more kanbans are created in the control cycle and set to status EMPTY.
The essential entry parameters are:
o Control cycle (if the function module is called as a method for the object kanban control cycle, this parameter is not available, but given by the object.
o Material quantity
Information about the status change is issued.
COMMIT and ROLLBACK WORK: the function module does not carry out any COMMIT work. Command off. This must be ensured by the initiator after ending the function module. Each time the function module is called, a COMMIT WORK must take place. It is not permitted to call this FM several times and to post the result with a COMMIT WORK. If, during the process,
the FM comes across an error, in some cases the command ROLLBACK WORK wil be carried out. In these cases the kanban is either set to ERROR status, or in the parameter RETURN an error message is given.
Hope this helps.

SUPPLY AREA & Controlling Cycle
Hello,
I am working with PP REM scenario.
I want to know more about the customizing and master data and Function of following terms.
1. SUPPLY AREA
And
2. Controlling Cycle
MaulikDear Maulik,
Dear Maulik,
The Master data required for Kanban production control includes
1.Supply Area:A supply area is an interim storage location on the shop floor which is used to provide material directly to the
production line or the work center.
The supply area can be a shelving area, an area marked off on the ground, special boxes and so on. Defining the supply areas
for a plant is part of the material flow design for KANBAN. The supply area is defined in Customizing and is assigned the following
objects:
Plant
Storage location
Person responsible
Goods movements are posted to the storage location assigned to the supply area.
One storage location can be assigned to several supply areas, however, one supply area cannot be assigned to several storage locations.
2.Control Cycle: The control cycle defines the relationship between the demand source and the supply source.
The control cycle contains the following control data for KANBAN production:
● Kanban circulation, that is, the number of kanbans and the quantity per kanban or per call item as well as the number of load carriers
● The basic data required for automatic kanban calculation, if necessary
● Replenishment strategy
● Printing kanbans, if necessary
● The delivery address, if necessary
3.Replenishment Stragegy: The replenishment strategies define in the control cycle how replenishment is to take place:
Using in-house production
Using external procurement
Using stock transfer
The replenishment strategies also determine whether and which replenishment elements (run schedule quantities, production orders, and so on) are created by the kanban signal.
The replenishment strategy is assigned to the material in the control cycle.
1.You can create the supply area by executing PK05
2.Control cyce can be created using PK01.

Outbound Calls stop working when Lync Edge server is offline
All,
We have had an issue inside our environment after one of our virtual hosts died and took out our sole Edge server, basically users could not dial out and were getting the error "Network is busy" on the client. Internal dialling worked perfectly to our Lync
users but the users could not dial out via our Cisco CME server.
Our configuration is a Lync Enterprise Pool with 2 servers, DB cluster and a single Lync edge server, the mediation servers are installed on our enterprise pool servers as a single server and the CME is looking at the mediation servers directly and has nothing
pointing at the edge server.
This issue affected internal users (as the external users were all kicked out due to the server being down), the strange thing was that you got errors in snooper about the server being unavailable when you dialled out, no idea why it did this. Even stranger
was that the call itself was sent to the CME as a debug SIP showed traffic being attempted between the user and the number which confused me even more as my mobile actually rang for a single ring as well.
Has anybody got any ideas as to why the Edge server would do this to internal users?
Thanks
JamesLync checks the bandwith policy against the Edge server. As the Edge is not responding Lync is unable to check the policy and the call fails.
For the time being you may want to remove the Edge from the topology, then Lync checks against the Front End server.
I hope you do understand, that this is not a great solution, but a drastic workaround suggestion to a hidden product defect! In hidden product defect I mean Microsoft Lync document team is cynically silent and trying to cover the tracks of this product defect.
What I would consider as a straight and honest retroactive action for the Lync document team, to add a big warning section to a) single server edge deployment page + b) the Call Admission Control caveats page on Technet:
"Warning: PRODUCT DEFECT / PRODUCT LIMITATION comes here
If you associate an edge server or pool to a FE pool, and enable Call Admission Control, your single / pool edge will become SINGLE POINT OF FAILURE for your entire enterprise telephony when doing outbound call attempts!
So if outbound calls is important in your company (hell, of course it is!) then deploy at least 2x Edge servers in the same pool before enable CAC!"
But I think that warning message is way too much to ask for, thatswhy is this 2,5 years old topic still open. -

I compared control cycle in a different ECC system where source information is appearing.
How can make the screen appear in my ECC system.
Please find the screenshots.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
This thread is further to the threads in Production Planning and LE/WM Forum. I could not resolve the issue with the threads.
Hope that I will get any pointer in EWM forum.

Hi friends,
I am using SAP 5.0 and material is WM activated, getting error while creating control cycle in PK01.
Error -: Storage bin 002 / / does not exist {Message no. PK033}
Note-:it can be solved with PKMC but in SAP 5.0 Pkmc T-code is not available.

AmitHi,
Check in the material master for the material, whether you have maintained any fixed bin in WM2 for the storage type 150.
Thanks,
